The most terrible restaurant of all the kfs I've been to.
The first is the toilets.There were three separate booths, one of which was closed, and the queue was huge.
The second is homeless people, yes they have a hard time, there is nowhere to go to the toilet and so on, but the fact remains that people have paid money, want to have a good time, but should enjoy such an excellent atmosphere)))
Third, as everyone knows, carbonated drinks are made independently by mixing concentrate with carbonated water.We ordered a coke-it's bitter!!!!!!!!!!!they asked to redo it-it was so bitter (which was generally logical, because they do everything from one container.
It's terrible!!!!!It's dirty!!!!It's just disgusting, and against the background of all of the above, my appetite has already disappeared

The restaurant is clean (people leaving garbage on the table does not count), the order did not wait long, the potatoes and bytes are super fresh and hot, the burger is also good, the filling is fresh, only the bun on top is like a loaf.

Passing by, we wanted to have a snack of junk food, went into this barn. It's amazing! It was worth leaving right away when the smell of piss-soaked homeless people was felt on the stairs, but we gave it a chance. The floors are sticky in the hall, napkins are lying around, traces of spilled drinks. The tables are dirty. It was very unpleasant to sit. And this is practically with an empty hall!
Well, the fact that the photos of the goods in the self-service terminal do not coincide with reality at all is another point of disappointment.
Some strips tasted like musty butter, while in the basket they even lay in a separate compartment, that is, it is clear that they were fried either a long time ago or in very old oil.

Disgusting attitude towards visitors, they came in half an hour before closing, they wanted to order through the terminal, because there was no one at the checkout. A girl was standing at the terminal, apparently completing her shift (at 22:30!!!) and with a very arrogant expression on her face, she said that it was no longer possible to order like that and began to poke the settings right in front of her face (although she had been standing behind the next one before). I understand that everyone wants to get home as soon as possible and all that, but it was very rude and disgusting.

Время ожидания средний показатель по сети, персонал на троечку по вежливости, чистота....они не знаю такого слова в принципе. На входе в заведение боишься чтобы не уйти босиком, на лестнице обувь как к суперклею прилипает, на террасе просто срач, просидела вчера там 1.5 часа, за это время сотрудник сменил мусорный мешок лишь в контейнере для мусора, а то что творилось на полу по всей террасе это не волновало никого. Птицы обгадили все столы, никто не протирает ничего....отвратительно

Место, конечно, кайфовое, но иногда, особенно, вечером проблематично найти место, где сесть, но благо текучка людей тут большая, сел - поел - ушел, поэтому ждать долго не приходится
Сейчас, зимой, красиво сидеть возле окон, которые украшены новогодними огоньками и из которых открывается приятная панорама вечернего города
Еду готовят быстро, говорить особо нечего, курица и курица, нравится акция 2+1 (кто понял, тот понял)
По нюансам: из-за большого потока людей, персонал не всегда успевает освобождать урны, в связи с чем, образовывается некоторая проблемка с утилизацией мусора с подноса, но это не минус, просто это следствие заведения фаст фуда

Очень медленное обслуживание! Персонал не организован вообще, от слова совсем. Один носится аля "волосы назад", принимает, собирает и отдает заказы, все остальные непонятно чем заняты, просто лениво ходят. Ждать заказ 30-40 мин в обеденное время, ребят, ну это трэш!

KFC как и вся сеть с оооочень долгим обслуживанием.
Иногда, хочется просто пойти и им помочь, особенно когда нет очереди и нет заказов, а свой заказ приходится ждать минимум 15 минут
Бургеры конечно у них никакие
Из плюсов: крылышки и стрипсы, но желательно острые 🌶️

Захожу часто, из сетей фастфуда KFC лучшая, время ожидания иногда оставляет желать лучшего, по чистоте фопросов никогда не было, персонал вежливый, если нет конкретного наименования или его долго ждать, предложат заменить чем-то похожим

Мне нравится этот фастфуд. Если писать конкретно об этом месте, то в целом ничего так, правда подъем на второй этаж не из самых приятных. Бываю здесь не так и часто, но были случаи когда еда готовилась быстро, а были когда приходилось ждать. Мусорные баки были забиты.

Добавьте персонала, бедная девушка на кассе и пол метет и еду готовит и унитазы моет и чеки пробивает!!!! Медленно ужас!!!! Такая текучка народа, постоянно очередь и минимум 15 минут нужно ждать заказ!! Это ужас

Постоянно долгая подача заказа.
Если ещё в будние дни - нормально, хоть я считаю что 20-25 минут - это долго, то в среду, когда акционное меню, можно прождать и 30-40.
То ли штата не хватает, то ли штат совсем плох, не ясно.
По еде - вкусная.
Фастфуд ли? - Скорее нет.

Я обожаю КФС 🤗особенно шеф бургер де люкс 🍔и тут 🍔 очень вкусный но попробовала крылышки они очень жирные😩 а так рекомендую попробовать 🍔 🍔
