There were very few greens in the schefburger and almost no tomatoes, and there were none at all in the twister... There was practically no iceberg and sauce in the twister either. In fact, there were 2 pieces of chicken wrapped in a flatbread. The sauce that was there was spread not along the length of the twister, but along the width. The dishes are very dry and clearly lacked flavor. Of course, I know that the dishes in reality differ from those shown in the pictures, but not by the same amount (((. I was upset and not happy. Now, if I decide to visit KFC, it won't be soon.
Of course I recommend it, it's light, not far from stops in any area of the city, but most importantly: have a snack and walk in a beautiful park. Of course, I wish there were more professionals in the KFC network!

I used to be a frequent guest, not far away, fast and tasty. Recently, the quality of chicken has dropped and it seems to me not at kfc itself, but at the supplier. Although I used to buy "boiled" chicken in the institution itself. The terminal in the self-ordering room is constantly not working
To be honest, the kitchen is very bad, after their products, wings, the next day my stomach hurts, and stomach upset, I stopped eating, because their food does not bring pleasure, but also trouble the next day.
They cook terribly. Especially the bytes and nuggets inside are raw. Breading is more than chicken. The tables in the hall are always dirty. The toilet stinks.
This is very bad. I waited 17 minutes for one shawarma. And it didn't even turn out to be sharp. The prices are extremely high. There is no update on the average receipt in the description of the restaurant. Poor quality of service. For such a close location of the ticket offices to the entrance and the winter slush, the interior is surprisingly clean. I do not recommend visiting.

After more than an hour of waiting (!), the courier arrived and then some wild trash began: we took the order, but after 10 minutes the courier returned, saying that I had not informed him of the order acceptance confirmation code. working through Yandex Food). For the next 15 minutes, the courier unsuccessfully tried to re-send the code, but nothing came out in the end.
The courier did not leave and demanded a code from me)). As far as I understood, all his actions were led by a mysterious tech support (probably Yandex), to which he constantly referred! After 15 minutes of our discussions with the courier, some kind of "genius" of technical support offered the courier a way out - to pick up the order I paid for back!)) Having pretty much frayed my nerves in vain attempts to convey to a friend with a Yandex box behind his back that these are not my problems as a client, but the bundles of two "world logistics leaders": KFC and Yandex Food and that this order was paid for, I tried to call the restaurant I am writing a review about now! Naive! They only have a support phone so that you can call there for days and never get through!!! As a result, in order to get rid of the courier, whom I felt humanly sorry for, since he
also suffered in this situation (he was fined, as I understood, for late delivery), I gave him another 650 tenge)). The courier finally left...
I didn't want to eat anymore, I was just shaking from this attitude! The funny thing is that I have always been very wary of food deliveries from the restaurant and especially from KFC, but this time I decided to try it! I tried it! I will not set foot in KFC anymore, but Yandex services, I will bypass!

I loved the KFS very much, but after visiting this place several times, I was disappointed. If you want to grow old while waiting for an order, you definitely need this KFS. They work like sleepy flies! The order of twister, strips, potatoes and Lipton was waited for more than 30 minutes! It's just ***! At the same time, they are standing, listening to music in the kitchen, not in a hurry.
Zero maintenance! Employees walk past the cash register and do not pay attention to those who want to buy, showing with all their appearance that they need to go to the self-service checkout and not disturb them.
