I recently visited KFC, and I have very good impressions. I ordered original chicken wings and a portion of French fries. The chicken was incredibly delicious — crispy crust and tender meat. The French fries didn't disappoint either: it was hot and perfectly toasted.
The service was also top—notch - the staff were polite and prompt. The interior of the establishment is cozy, and the atmosphere is conducive to a pleasant pastime.
The only thing I would like to add is more promotions on combo sets to make lunch even more profitable. Overall, I was pleased with my visit and will be happy to come back again!

I went to the KFS and ordered a combo of Coca Cola, French fries and a cheeseburger. I was just super hungry, without checking the package, I picked up the order and went home. When I get home, there's only a Coke and a cheeseburger in the package. potatoes are missing. I'm angry.

Good night, namely 2:17, I'm sitting hugging the toilet, and all because I ate wings at KFC yesterday. Let's go with our family to Park City, take the children to the playroom, and as always after that, eat at KFC, buy groceries and go home. I ordered 7 wings for myself, my wife 3 wings, strips for children and large potatoes for everyone, order number 833. The wings are a little warm, it feels like they have just warmed up, and the strips are too salty. My wife and I ate because we were hungry after work, it's good that the children didn't. After we went grocery shopping, half an hour later I ran to the toilet with diorrhea. Now, it's been half the night, I'm vomiting, and my wife has diarrhea. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They've deteriorated to the point where people are BEING POISONED. There are a lot of comments, the service is three, the food is bad, it is not possible to order from the car, we drove up several times and it does not work.

The horror! We will never visit this KFS again.
We were on the evening of 30.09, the shift is just not competent. The order was expected for a very long time, although there were not many people. They forgot to put the ingredients in the order, which is why they had to return, and also no one could tell that the vending machine was broken and they would not be able to make coffee. As a result, we received just a bitter black espresso in the order, the first time they approached us politely and without complaints, they changed it to the same one, the second time they approached us with big questions, they told us that it turns out they can't make a glass, and they can't do anything about it. As a result, the money for coffee went nowhere, it just had to be thrown in the trash, yes, the money for 2 coffees is not that big, but the impressions are terrible!

The hall is not cleaned, the quality of the dishes leaves much to be desired. The bun on the burgers is tired, to put it mildly, plus the burger is cold. The meat and fries are bitter... Apparently, it is not fate to replace the oil. There is a separate story about fries in general, it feels like they brought it to me from Minsk and warmed it up in the microwave. A well-deserved stake for the institution.

Disgusting! Employees either sleep on the move, or they don't want to work. I came up for an order, a girl is packing orders at the counter, zero attention is paid to me, I ask to accept the order and wait again, the manager passes by, I say that I have been waiting at an empty cash register for more than 5 minutes, the answer is wait and leaves. Somehow they accepted the order, the waiting time for the simplest order of burgers, potatoes, wings is 25 minutes and this is fast food??? There are 5 tables occupied in the establishment, what could be cooked for so long??? Absolute indifference and laziness of the staff working on the chill. Not another foot!

The establishment is normal, but there are incidents with waiting time, especially if you place an order through an auto terminal, I have encountered several times that they promise 7-9 minutes waiting for an order, but in fact you wait 20 minutes...the quality of the food is normal fast food, there are no complaints, and the manager tries to resolve controversial issues, such as twice the long wait, amicably, in favor of the buyer.

I don't recommend it. We took a child's kit. In the photo, a chicken burger. And children's.. Mustard, mayonnaise, as if for 5 buns, pieces of chicken, not a cutlet, just pieces of chicken. We took a lunch box Mix for ourselves. It's a mess. Fries are old. There is a lot of sauce. Meat is not in pieces, but in chunks. In short, the feeling is disgusting, everything is thrown. Money is wasted, it tastes disgusting. The kid didn't even get the fries, let alone the burger.

In general, KFC standards have been met with regard to the kitchen. But in terms of service... The trash cans are full! There are no trays for "on-site" delivery. Instead of collecting a mountain of trays in the hall, the staff gives out dishes packed in paper bags! The hall is dirty! On the information board, the order number changes to the "Ready" status 5 minutes after it appears in the system, and the actual issue takes 10-15 minutes.
