And this KFS is just a storehouse of outlets, I already trembled inside as I saw it, after an hour of searching for outlets and wandering around the shopping center. Here, each bar stool and each table has an outlet. Just great! In general, we took care of the students. And I've had enough of this care. And the potatoes are also great - my son liked them. There was also a funny situation. Imagine - an elderly local drunk came in, staggering from side to side. He was muttering and trying to talk to everyone. He went to each table and looked at the faces. In the end, I settled on 2 young black men: a guy and a girl. And let's hug the guy, mumble something and drag the guy somewhere. And he was staggering at the same time, The guy screamed so much - probably in all languages and in broken Russian too, that the sirens would have been blocked. The drunken man retreated, cursing and muttering a little. In general, the local flavor, Belarusian hospitality, love for the guests of the capital, technological advancement met at this institution at the same time for 100%.

I took French fries here at a later time around 22:30-23:00 in a bucket. The volume of potatoes was fine , but it was all overcooked , broken and very crowded. There were almost no people there at such a time , the order was quickly given . Most likely, the potatoes were lying ready in the "tub" and they formed a portion from it and gave it to me. But it was no longer the time to swear on this topic , and I was in a hurry , I didn 't look right away .
The shift is cut off from the customer as much as possible, orders are made for a long time, they are not issued, but they are thrown out into the pick-up area (without marking the numbers), there are no napkins. To pick it up from the pile, you need to wait for at least someone to be nearby and help you figure it out. Printers are not working at information kiosks (receipts are not issued)
The KFS is disgusting, the service is terrible. I ordered an original twist without sauce, not only was it given with sauce, but they didn't bother to wrap the tortilla properly, everything opened up.

I was expecting an order for 20-25 minutes (cheeseburger, potatoes, sauce) there were not many people in the hall, 3 orders on the scoreboard. Throughout the waiting time, I thought that there were no ready-made burgers or potatoes, so I waited a long time. But what I got in the end was trash: oak, cold, smelly potatoes and a cold burger with an overcooked piece of chicken the size of a fingernail!!!! Without exaggeration!!! The fact that I was shocked is not to say anything.
But there is simply no time left to find out the reason for such disgusting service. That's how I ate a bun with sauce and cheese and cold potatoes with a burnt flavor. Delicious!)))
