After announcing that the order was ready, they took the tray with the order from me and told me that I needed to wait 3 minutes, because they decided to change the keg for beer, after waiting 10 minutes, I applied for a refund (the cashier does not know how to make a refund, teach me something), after which he left in a bad mood

This CFS just saved me. I was with my son for about 8 hours in Minsk on Sunday. In two shopping centers (on both sides of the station) in the Food Court areas, there just don't seem to be sockets - apparently saving electricity. And here, as always, we urgently need to work on a laptop; we also need to charge phones and flashlights. And this KFS is just a storehouse of outlets, I already trembled inside as I saw it, after an hour of searching for outlets and wandering around the shopping center. Here, each bar stool and each table has an outlet. Just great! In general, we took care of the students. And I've had enough of this care. And the potatoes are also great - my son liked them. There was also a funny situation. Imagine - an elderly local drunk came in, staggering from side to side. He was muttering and trying to talk to everyone. He went to each table and looked at the faces. In the end, I settled on 2 young black men: a guy and a girl. And let's hug the guy, mumble something and drag the guy somewhere. And he was staggering at the same time, The guy screamed so much - probably in all languages and in broken Russian too, that the sirens would have been blocked. The drunken man retreated, cursing and muttering a little. In general, the local flavor, Belarusian hospitality, love for the guests of the capital, technological advancement met at this institution at the same time for 100%.

The twist was not included in the order. After writing about the error to the KFS manager, he promised to figure it out and stupidly disappeared from the radar. It is worth double-checking the order and still not ordering if you are in a hurry to catch a train and cannot do it. So, plus or minus, the order was made in 8 minutes.

I come there often, I almost always place an order around 22:30. No one says anything, they calmly fulfill the order. For the second time, one of the employees (did not ask for a name) talks about closing the kitchen in 30 minutes, and that they will not be able to accept the order. Question: why does this particular employee tell me, while others calmly do their job? The employee is wearing glasses and has a plump build. Because of these, there is no complete desire to go there at all. I really want something to be done about it, otherwise I really itch to write a complaint in the complaint book. 1-nowhere is it said about the kitchen and about not accepting an order before closing 30 minutes. Secondly , it is this employee who always does not allow you to place an order . It 's just awful . The desire disappears immediately .

There were almost no people there at such a time , the order was quickly given . Most likely, the potatoes were lying ready in the "tub" and they formed a portion from it and gave it to me. I was expecting an order for 20-25 minutes (cheeseburger, potatoes, sauce) there were not many people in the hall, 3 orders on the scoreboard. Throughout the waiting time, I thought that there were no ready-made burgers or potatoes, so I waited a long time. But what I got in the end was trash: oak, cold, smelly potatoes and a cold burger with an overcooked piece of chicken the size of a fingernail!!!! Without exaggeration!!!
