Great Hotel! The best price/ quality ratio. The service was excellent, everyone was always very attentive, ready to help. The man responsible for cleaning was amazing, our room stayed neat and organized no matter during the day or night. The food was also delightful, thousands of options, we tried almost everything and loved it ( the frozen yogurt is A MUST). The beach was wonderful, the guys working there approached us at times to times to check if everything was alright and if we needed anything, loved that! The hotel was just perfect, totally will come back!!

I recently stayed at the Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and my stay left the most positive impressions. The hotel is located in a picturesque location, surrounded by greenery and beautiful landscapes, which creates an atmosphere of tranquility and tranquility.

Nice hotel. The location is a bit apart from everything, but it's also for the best - quiet and peaceful. The food is decent, I haven't had enough in a week. Cleaning is unobtrusive every day. The view from the window is breathtaking. The interior was elegant, we had a spacious room, and the lobby was generally gorgeous. Its own beach, sun beds, towels - everything is there, always available. The pools are very pleasant, you can always find a secluded spot. There are activities for children, a club, a children's paddling pool under a canopy. For adults, there is yoga, stretching, water aerobics, squash, a fitness room, but everything is optional, delicate, no loud animation. Reasonable prices and good quality food in the hotel's bars and restaurants, you don't have to go anywhere. The hotel has several shops with perfumes, beach accessories and jewelry at fair prices. The staff answers all questions politely. There's a convenience store in the next building. As a city hotel it is very good! The restaurant is delicious, the rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable and large. The staff is helpful. The only disadvantage is the beach area, a sharp entry into the water, children are not very comfortable. The pool area is great! Nearby is Qasr Al Watan, an embankment with a long coastline and urban beaches. It is a little far from other attractions and amusement parks.

I really liked the hotel! Lovely large room with a balcony. Attentive staff, all polite and pleasant. Cleaning is beyond praise, daily. There is a huge abundance of food, themed dinners, delicious breakfasts, fruits, desserts, freshly squeezed juice. The beach is spacious and comfortable, and the swimming area is large. There is animation, we had funny Asya and Dasha. From the hotel, a 25-minute walk to the Marina Mall, to the Corniche, a leisurely stroll. It is very close to the Presidential Palace. It's a great place, we'd love to come back!

It is clear that the hotel has been operating for several years and in places there are scuffs and some traces of minor repairs, but in general everything is beautiful. The room was cleaned every day. Linen and towels were changed every other day. There is a tea station in the room, a kettle, coffee, and bottles of water were constantly brought. There are several girls at the reception who know Russian well, so they helped with some questions. The rest of the staff is English-speaking. The only way to get to your floor is by elevator. There were 4 of them, and sometimes I had to wait until everyone left. The beach is private, sun beds, umbrellas, lifeguards are constantly on the beach. The sand is clean. A good hotel, has its own beach, is always clean, lifeguards are working. The on-site swimming pool is open until 20-00. The restaurant has delicious food, there are themed dinners, they took full board, there were always fresh drinks, you can order cappuccino (included in full board). There is an animation. We recently spent a few days at the Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana Hotel, and we want to share our experience. Overall, the rest turned out to be wonderful, but first things first.
🏨 Rooms.
Spacious, bright, with a wonderful view, especially if you choose a room with a balcony. However, it feels like the hotel is no longer new: the furniture and decoration look a little outdated.And there is some kind of smell. But after ventilation, the smell disappears. And, to be honest, it did not spoil our rest in any way — everything is clean and tidy. Toothbrushes and toothpaste should be requested at the reception. The rest is in the room. Yes, the sockets are also not suitable for Russian plugs, but they bring adapters to the room without any problems.
🍴 Breakfast.
A wide range of dishes: from fresh fruits and vegetables to hot snacks and all kinds of eggs. I especially liked the omelets and cheeses. But the pastries were a little disappointing — not too tasty, but this is probably a plus for the figure!
Dinner was taken several times. It costs 120 dirhams if you pay at the reception. Also quite decent.
🌴 Territory and beach.
The hotel has a pleasant area. The pool is huge, with warm water, lifeguards are always on duty. The beach is clean, with fine sand and comfortable sun loungers. The water in the sea is crystal clear — it's a pleasure to swim! Towels are provided free of charge.
🌸Very beautiful lobby, fresh flowers are changed every 3 days. And a nice girl plays the piano every night.
💁♀️ Service.
The staff is very polite and attentive, ready to help with any questions. At the reception you can always find someone who speaks Russian or will help through an interpreter. Lisa especially helped us.
Overall, Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday. We were satisfied, despite minor flaws, and we can safely recommend it to those who are looking for a comfortable and unobtrusive service.

My impressions of the hotel are strange
The hotel is large with a good number of rooms, there are rooms with wonderful views of both the Sultanate Palace and the sea. But in our room it was clear that he was tired and had seen life, the cabinet doors were crooked, the smell of old furniture, bedside lamps dangling from a wire and held on his word of honor.
BUT you try not to notice all this, since room cleaning is carried out 3 three THREE times a day, if you don't say that you don't need to clean, they will clean everything.
The staff in the breakfast area works professionally and satisfies all needs, remembers that they have booked every table and tries to do everything as quickly as possible.
The staff at the entrance and reception speak Russian, which greatly simplifies everything.
The guards who don 't let people in swimsuits in - thank you very much.
From the food for breakfast, I can say that during the week I got tired of all the dishes . You won't see anything special here. They don 't pour kava .
Regarding the heating of the pool, I'm not sure if it has the temperature indicated on the poster when handing out towels.
It was stated that it was 29 degrees in the children 's pool , but believe me , it 's 22 degrees there . It was upsetting .

We had a rest at Khalidya palace at the end of April, and we had very pleasant impressions.
The hotel has a great location – on the first line of the bay. On the contrary, there is one of the richest hotels in the Emirates Emirates Palace, where you can also go on an excursion, just take a walk or drink a cup of "golden" coffee in the cafe there – it tastes ordinary, but it's interesting as an experience. Next to Khalidia is the Concord Hotel with its observation deck on the 74th floor. Everyone is allowed in there for 90 dirhams, and 50 dirhams are returned with snacks and drinks: it's great to sit with a glass of iced chardonnay and explore the surroundings. And I would advise you to visit there at the beginning of your vacation, so to speak, for orientation. The famous Cornish Embankment is a two–minute walk away, and the Marina Mall is ten minutes away.
Further. Khalidia is very clean – everywhere and everywhere. The rooms are beautifully cleaned, everything you need – bathrobes, slippers, water, hygiene products – is available. If you need anything, just contact the reception. We rented a room with a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea, and we really liked the size and facilities. Yes, it is noticeable that the hotel is not new, but everything was functioning 100%.
About the food. I can say that it is both diverse and high-quality. Yes, someone will miss fish or seafood. It wasn't critical for us. Moreover, if a person's requests are for luxury conditions, then it is necessary to choose in a different class and for completely different money.
The beach for the Emirates is very nice and long. The tides are not felt. At any time of the day, you immediately go deep. At first it seems that the buoys are very close, but given the lack of shallow water, there is more than enough space for swimming. Of course, it's a little confusing that there is no familiar view of the sea to the horizon. Rather, it is an arm of the bay. For whom such a detail is important, you need to keep it in mind. The hotel has a very large swimming pool, but there is a smell of bleach, we swam mostly in the sea, literally for hours, especially since it is warmer. The sun beds are very comfortable, it's nice that towels are provided without cards and records, and they are always available, literally from six in the morning. We are early birds, and we were happy about it.
The staff is very helpful and always ready to help. It was nice to tip.
Will we come here again? I would really like to. Will I recommend the hotel to my friends and acquaintances? Beyond any doubt.

It's a good hotel, albeit with some minor drawbacks. First the good and just the best.
Breakfast items. They are very good. There are not just pancakes / waffles / cereals / toasts, etc. for breakfast, but also quite lunch dishes like baked chicken, a large number of fresh vegetables. You make omelets, cook pasta, collect bagels, bruschetta with poached egg. I ate once and I'm not hungry for the whole day anymore.
Their pastries are really so-so. Just brioches with different names, but with the same essence - sweet bread without fillings, with a small spread of chocolate or pudding, or even sprinkled with cinnamon or matcha.
By the way, they also make cotton candy, which is also nice.
The rooms are cleaned perfectly, towels are changed regularly, beds are made, tea and coffee are replenished.
The rooms have a stove, but no dishes. I can probably ask for it, as I did by calling the reception desk and asking for a knife and a plate, but I don't know if it will work with pots and pans.
I had to ask for a toothbrush, too.
The pool is not the largest, most of it has a very small depth for children, but adults also have a place to swim with a bottom depth of 1.6. the main thing is clean.
The beach is not huge, but it is also very decent, the water is clear and blue, but the view from the beach is not the most amazing, nevertheless, something is being built nearby and the sea is out of the question.
There is a man working on the territory of the hotel with a hawk chasing away birds, because even though they are beautiful, they would have made a fortune without a predator on the territory.
A bus arrives to the hotel every morning to Yas Island, where there are many amusement parks and a huge mall. This way you can save money on taxis very well.
On the downside, it's kind of sad that when you arrive and check in, it's not a fact that you will be greeted with coffee and dates. They didn't greet us, but on Sundays we saw that other tourists were greeted in this way.
In addition, the staff is constantly trying to get along and get to know each other so that they can get good reviews, but you can't figure out where to leave these reviews, even if you have good English.
