Khinkali is not bad, but the Georgian salad leaves much to be desired. Khachapuri was also not impressed. There are a lot of questions about the work of the staff. For some reason, the waiter took away the drinks, without even specifying whether it was fashionable to take away the glasses. The plates with the unfinished food were also removed. And all this before we asked for the bill.
After arriving from Georgia, I really wanted to at least partially immerse myself in the atmosphere of this wonderful country by visiting the Khinkalnya cafe. However, we were disappointed...
In general, the cafe left a pleasant impression, the interior itself is comfortable, there is entertainment for guests, taking pictures in a burka and a papakha. I liked the salad and Alaverdi wine. That was the end of all pleasant impressions. Hot food is not cooked, but heated in the microwave, homemade wine is diluted. For those who have not been to Georgia and do not know real Georgian homemade wine, it may do...Finally, the unpleasant aftertaste left the deception in the calculation and ... did not even apologize. Therefore, the score of 3 is a stretch.

Actually, everything was delicious. But there were two not very pleasant moments, for each of which I shoot a star. Firstly, with a half-empty hall, they said that khachapuri should wait 40 minutes, they have a queue for the stove (well, as if this is already a systemic problem, buy an additional stove). Salads, soup, khinkali were brought quickly. Also, the chushushuli at the stated 280 g, 70 percent consisted of broth. There was very little meat and vegetables. And it's not like soup.
The staff was not polite, they were rude at the entrance, since the telephone conversation was more important, as they say, they did not come at the right time ((((, but about khinkali in general it is something separate, the dough is good, but the minced meat is disgusting without salt and seasonings, teach how to bring the dishes....I was dissatisfied.....
Personally, I do not have good memories of this network, since I brought guests from Armenia, I thought I would surprise, surprised, but in a negative light. They brought old beef instead of mutton, and at the end they confessed themselves

I had a chance to visit only twice while passing through Molodechno. I can say one thing - as a lover of high-quality traditional Khinkali, I really liked this place. Both the Khinkali themselves and the level of the institution, including the interior and service, are on top. I was with the children - they liked everything too. The menu is not very large, but it is enough to satisfy anyone, including a baby's tummy. Of course, this applies to those who love authentic Georgian cuisine. A girl came up to take the order, we explained that we wanted one at a time so that they would eventually double and we got a total of two of each taste. Later we went to the toilet and the same story happened again with the clarification of the order. As a result, after three explanations, the administrator brought the order and brought twice as much, referring to the fact that we explained to the girl in such a way that we were doubled for the promotion and in total they turned out to be more than we asked for. They refused to change the order, referring to the fact that we did not formulate it correctly. We didn't eat part of the order, we overpaid the extra money. The girl who took the order did not fit anymore, another one was counting, they did not say goodbye at the exit, the administrator turned away from us altogether and no one asked for an apology for this situation. It's no longer a shame that the order is not correct, etc., but that they put us to blame.
