The restaurant is on two floors, my child and I were on the ground floor. There is a children's playground, which is very convenient: while you eat and drink, the children play and have fun. The order is delivered quickly. Khinkali is delicious, but served without sauce. This is a feature of the institution. The network itself is delicious, but the service is a separate pain (specifically at this address). Many of the waiters (not all of them, but there are a couple of people there) are unfriendly, speak quietly and seem to be doing us a favor by being served. They are not in a hurry to serve, which is why the impression is spoiled because of this attitude.
So many greens were thrown into the salad that some had to be picked out and left on a plate. I usually take this salad and everything is always OK. It's sad that such a cool place is being ruined by people working for "fuck off"

The big plus of Khinkalni is the very tasty dishes and the presence of a children's playroom (for our family with children, the most important thing) were 02/14/2024 I liked the compliment in the form of a heart (cookies) and khachapuri!!! Serving and cooking at a height, the waiter girl was friendly and served quickly, but there was not much sediment left in this institution there is a 20% discount from 12:00 to 15:00 and a 50% discount from 15:00 to 17:00 on Khinkali (1 +1 promotion). After paying the check, it was noticed that the 20% discount was taken into account, but the 50% discount was not taken into account. Having informed the waitress about this (the answer was given that, like, we can't use the second action). I had a rest with my wife and she was satisfied, khachapuri in Adjarian was delicious, khinkali and lemonade were also nothing.
But here I am a simple person and having received a menu in the format of one A4 sheet, I was a little stunned. The first thing that caught my eye was that there were only 4 photos of ready meals in it. This is usually done by those who are not ready to be responsible for their dishes. Which was confirmed on my order. The first time I found myself in a Georgian restaurant, I reasoned simply - I will take khinkali as the main product and something closer to our kitchen if khinkali does not come to me. One of the four photos showed a burger with potatoes and sauce... hmm.. It's probably a delicious and main dish for the kitchen, if they even posted a photo of it to draw attention to it. The order is done.. What I got in the end.. It feels like yesterday's rubber chicken thigh fillet and iced potatoes.. it was definitely not cooked while waiting for the order. To say that I was upset is an understatement.. It was the first time I had choked on a burger in 35 years.. I remembered McDuck and thought.. which is not so bad there..
About khinkali.. there are two drops of soup, the meat is not very juicy, they did not cause a wow effect. You can have a snack, but I would choose another place for lunch.
My opinion: to get five stars, a restaurant should plow in, not bring cold food.
troybash is only for the delicious khachapuri and the contented face of his wife. My half of the order does not justify even this mark.

I've been to various restaurants of this chain and it wasn't bad everywhere, but it was here that I didn't like everything, both the waiter service and the food itself. The waiters are unfriendly, they talk quietly and when you find out something from them, they cannot give a specific answer, they communicate in such a way that it feels like they are doing you a favor. On the bill of food, I ordered khinkali, khachapuri and creamy soup with khinkali. Khinkali was bland, the meat was like sand and tasteless. The soup was kind of not bad, but the khinkali in it was almost meat-free, it seemed to me that I was eating clean dough. The only thing that was normal was khachapuri.

In other restaurants of this chain, which had a large menu like a book, there was a picture for all positions and the menu itself looked presentable. There is also a small piece of paper that unfolds and there are three pictures on the entire menu.
In my opinion, the food is not delicious, the service sucks. I wouldn't come back here!

Today I came back to this institution. A great place to have a good meal and spend time. There are two floors in the room, on the ground floor there is a children's area where children can play. I came here many times with friends and family. The service is excellent, the receptionist greets you at the entrance, offers free tables to choose from. We were served by the waitress Evgenia, a very nice and pleasant girl, she came up as soon as she was called, she does not forget anything (like some waiters in other establishments), what we asked for, she immediately brought. Everyone liked her service. It is a little difficult for Muslims to order dishes, since you do not know whether there is pork or not, Evgenia told us everything about the menu, warned us, than we were grateful to her. The dishes we ordered were all delicious. There is also a children's menu, my brother was also satisfied and well-fed.

С мужем обожаем этот место! По сравнению с другими ресторанами цены гораздо ниже, но качество приготовленных блюд просто отличное! Очень приятная живая музыка, уютная атмосфера, отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал.
Классические хинкали с говядиной и хачапури по аджарски заняли отдельное место в наших сердцах.
Единственный нюанс, который хотелось бы уточнить, что персонал на первом этаже значительно отличается от персонала на втором. Когда пришли туда впервые, нас не смог проконсультировать администратор (или старший официант). Когда просили посоветовать блюда, показывала только на более дорогие позиции. Во второй раз тоже решили присесть на первом этаже, и нас не посадили за столик из-за брони на 19.00, к слову мы пришли туда около 16.30 и сказали, что быстро покушаем и пойдем. Но нас развернули. Но мы решили попробовать покушать на втором этаже. Нас посадили за свободный столик, на котором тоже стояла бронь, шикарно обслужили и оставили прекрасные эмоции. Теперь когда приходим в ресторан, сразу идем на второй этаж, чтобы больше не рисковать остаться с испорченным настроением)))

Отличный ресторан.
Еда вкусная, особенно хачапури и хинкали,
Хачапури свежие, нежные с большим количеством сытной и сочной начинки.
Салаты на любителя.
А вот шашлык и все овощи гриль на 3.5, в них нет аромата настоящего мангала, мясо нежное, овощи вкусные, но это всё приготовлено на сковороде гриль или на электро-мангале...
Ну это всё обусловлено их расположением, ведь для мангала нужна мощная вытяжка и разрешение пожарных... А это офисный комплекс.
По поводу вина: Домашнее вино у них есть белое и красное. Белое - это яблочное, а Красное вроде и виноградное с небольшой даже грузинской терпкостью, но как по мне слабо насыщенное, как бедто разбавленное вино.
Если хотите вкусное, лучше выбирайте бутылированное вино🍷
В общем ресторан достойный, можно в него ходить вкусно и не дорого кушать.
