The food is delicious, but the service is not. We ordered khachapuri, and found a piece of whip there. Dessert was waited for 40 minutes, we were not warned about such an expectation, although there were not many people, apparently the waiters just forgot, although there were three of them.

Terrible quality of service, tactless staff from the word "absolutely" - interrupt the conversation of visitors with order clarifications.I don't say anything about the friendliness of the waiter at all - the gloomy grin of the staff greets you and escorts you to the table. There was already a negative comment about the waiter named "Ekaterina" (short haircut) - she was the one who served our table.

I am delighted with this restaurant. This is little Georgia. Warm atmosphere, very friendly staff. The food is so delicious that you want to order everything. Drinks are also at a high level. If the minced meat is frozen quickly, then by the action of low temperature, the moisture crystals in the minced meat break the meat cells and when defrosting, all moisture disappears leaving the cake.
And here is the result of this "culinary" work - meat cake (unidentifiable after this identification) + incomprehensible broth + so many spices that a burn on the tongue can be obtained until the taste receptors completely fail.
How could you spoil such easy-to-prepare things as eggplant rolls (why were they rolled in grain mustard? So hard?) And pickled vegetables that are impossible to eat for three reasons - an acute

and the abundance of vinegar is also not clear ...
If you can put a minus rating - "punching the bottom" will be adequate. And a sanitary station for them as a bonus.
Dinner was not a success because I had to cook and the amount for the order was in the negative.

This is not the first time we have visited this institution and everything has always been at a good level, especially the cuisine and the quality of the dishes. Many thanks to the chef! But at the very least, the waiter ruined everything, the dishes were not cleaned, it was impossible to get through, in general, the quality of service this time was very poor, and for the first time in many years, they simply did not leave a "tip" in principle. That's why I gave it 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 5. Dear administration, pay attention to the staff who can make a diner out of a good establishment.

Probably no one here has eaten normal khinkali.. they took all the different ones in a couple of pieces. All tasteless non-salty peppers have no pungency. It feels like everything is made of the same meat. The meat melts in your mouth like pate.. there is almost no juice. Khachapuri in Adjarian is also not a salty dough tasteless. Cheese is only in the middle and in other places only bread.. Disappointed. Children's khinkali with chicken from the children's menu are dry and tasteless. Delicious cocoa is divine. But this is a khinkalnaya. I do not recommend this place. They left a lot of money and 2/10 in terms of taste
The conclusion is all without salt and pepper and without herbs and onions. Everything is tasteless. I do not recommend it!

The oil, which was prepared by a cat, has not been changed for a long time! Then both my husband and I had a bad stomach! I visited this place for the first time and booked a table. they met us on the first floor, said there was a reserved table on the second floor, and here's a surprise on the second floor, no one needs you anymore. no one will come, the waiters are busy with their conversations, and you stand like a fool until you interrupt them. it ruined the impression terribly. and of course, after the waiters bring the dishes, they are no longer visible.

The staff of the institution spoils the whole reputation and impression. We came to the restaurant, took seats at the table. We sat and waited for the menu for 10 minutes. As a result, they did not wait, they had to ask for the menu themselves. After that, we continued to be ignored for a long time. Next, we heard a conversation between the waiters, namely the phrase: "Maybe come to that table, otherwise they are sitting with such faces!" The phrase was uttered with a hostile intonation and clearly the guest of the institution should not hear this!!! We visited the institution on 08/11/2023 at 22:30-22:40, only 3-5 tables were occupied on the second floor, but the staff stood in a crowd and discussed something cheerfully. The guests were left to themselves at this time.
The next table from us also suffered, so to speak. At first, they forgot about their order / lost it, justifying themselves with a large kitchen load. The young people at the next table repeated their order, but what do you think? They messed up the order again… In short, the impression of the evening was ruined. I would like the institution to pay attention to the quality of the staff's work. There is no desire to come here anymore, although it is a pity ... because the interior is very beautiful. I was also pleased with the live music.

There were 270 rubles with alcohol for five people. My daughters celebrated. The staff noticed that the guests came with flowers - they offered a vase for flowers and a discount on others. True, we did not have a supporting document with us, but we accepted a scan of the birth certificate. And they made a gift - a khinkali in the shape of a heart and offered to blow out the candle, making a wish! In general, just well done! I wish the institution success and prosperity!
