a wonderful institution,
their best branch!
Khinkali is delicious, especially cheese and mutton. khachapuri is as cheesy and soft as possible... Praise the cook!
we look in every couple of weeks, after the fifth time it became officially a favorite place for dinner))
the administration is wonderful, but the waiters have a lot to grow.
The kitchen is beautiful and delicious inside. But the huge disadvantage is that there is still no water in free access. They can only offer to buy bonaqua. It is a huge request to finally make free water and put it either freely available or bring it on request.
It's not the first time we've had dinner at this place, but the last visit left a bad impression. The waiter turned out to be rude, the order was brought the wrong one, and then they tried to sell exactly what they brought, we also did not hear an apology.
The food is delicious, as always! But the staff leaves much to be desired.
Expectations/reality did not match
The price tag of an average cafe in the city, and the quality of service is like in a fast food restaurant) I understand that the waiters are also people and they get tired...But their faces were too openly displeased. And it was impossible to wait for them (I had to go and call them)
In general, I do not recommend it
We have been here 2 times in the last week and the impressions are more than ambiguous. The first time we sat in the hall on the second floor. Among the advantages are the Georgian flavor in design, songs, and sooo attentive waiters. One of the disadvantages is food. The meat in ojahuri is tough, homemade wine resembles freshly poured from a bag, the cheese plate is seasoned dry!!! with parsley.
The second time we were sitting on the terrace outside. They waited for the waitress with the menu for 7-10 minutes, the beer was brought about the same time. The ordered khinkali (2 types) were brought in one large plate, small plates for the guests were not even offered, where what kind was not explained. The waitresses are exhausted, different ones run out every time and run between the tables, trying to figure out which of the guests to hand the order to. But khinkali with spices was delicious)
A kind of hinkalthey. In appearance and on the menu, everything seems to be Georgian, even labukh tries to sing Georgian songs. It will do for a change, but khinkali was eaten much better
We have been here a second time , and the second time we are convinced that this is absolutely not the case ..
We have been going to this restaurant chain for a long time , of course we understand that each restaurant has its own chefs..BUT I think the recipes and cooking methods should be the same.
The first time I took khinkali with meat and herbs , the juice itself was not really there (although they only brought it and immediately began to use it), there was too much filling, maybe it served a small amount of juice.
The second time we came , we ordered a meal .
And they brought one rice, of course it should be thick, but not to such an extent .To the question "why is there so much rice " , they said :"that's how it should be, it should be thick." We ordered two servings, my husband ate, because there is a hunt, after trying the second portion with one spoon , I refused to eat .
We visited more than one restaurant of this chain and for some reason there were no such questions about kharcho anywhere .
Work and work more .
We also sat for a long time waiting for the waiter to come and take the order (On the terrace). When the waiter came out afterwards, neither "hello, are you ready to place an order?" Nothing. At least I think I need to greet the guest.
The nearest sensible restaurant to the house. I go there often, so I can remember a few small shoals behind them. But, in general, the food is tasty and satisfying. I recommend a visit.
Everything is great, but it took a very long time, 40 minutes to cook khinkali, during lunch an hour long, not really wait 40 minutes to eat everything in 5 and run away.
Great place! Pleasant atmosphere. The service is at the highest level! Sooo delicious. Prices don't bite!
A great place to socialize and eat delicious food!
Homemade wine is also great ♥️
