This was my first time trying Georgian food. I had heard good things about it and it did not disappoint. There was a nice atmosphere and the food was great. I tried the chasushuli, chkmeruli, adjarian, and khinkali.
We went here 3 times. I would definitely recommend it.

Stupid waiter very angry. We ask to share a table and after 10 minutes she changed her mind, she came very angry and asked us to change the table without waiting. They are not smart really. Different speech between admistrator and waiter.

The family came to dinner twice. A large room, a table both on the street and on two floors. The interior has a slight bias towards Georgia. The music is national, but unobtrusive. We tried many dishes, from khachapuri in Adjarian to dolma, khachapuri in Adjarian and Imeretian were fresh and quite tasty, chashushuli and ojakhuri were cooked well, but somehow "without a soul", there was a feeling that the dish was simply "assembled" from cooked ingredients and warmed up, in a word, there is something to strive for. We didn't get a set of hinkals due to the lack of lamb, but all the other hinkal options were cooked just fine. Dolma is the size of a small cabbage roll, 3 pieces per serving, keep in mind when ordering, one dolma will not get enough😬Maybe it is the name of the institution that still speaks about its specialization in dishes. But in favor of the institution, everything should be said about portion sizes and affordable prices. Come to the "Khinkalnya" you will not regret and taste the national Georgian dishes.

This Khinkalnya was one of our favorites, we often celebrated family celebrations there and just went to eat, but this is probably until today.
My grandmother had a birthday today, a large pre-order was made in advance, it was agreed that they would be put in the ceremonial hall on the second floor.Yes, we were sitting there and there were no questions about the food, everything is delicious, as always.Now about the circumstances in which we found ourselves:the receptionist who called back on the day of the event to clarify the pre-order did not bother to say that there would also be another banquet with us in the tiny banquet hall (otherwise, I would have asked to set the table in the next room, where there was no one, 14.00)
The guests at the next table immediately demanded to turn off the air conditioner, since They were cold, we were hot, okay, they opened the windows.But the climax to everything was that I asked to take out a gift dessert with a candle to my grandmother at 16.00.He was taken out at 4:05 p.m., the whole family started singing "happy Birthday" loudly, finished to the end, and the waitress at that moment said "This is not for you" and took the dessert to the next table!!!

It's not the first time I've been to this place, it's always delicious and beautiful, but the last trip left a storm of emotions.
I celebrated my birthday there on September 8, and the whole company was delighted.
Very fast serving of dishes, we did not expect such a speed :) .
The kitchen is on top, everything is fresh and delicious.
Special thanks to the waitress Maria, a very pleasant and sweet girl, constantly came up, picked up the dishes and napkins on time 🌟
And a mini khachapuri as a birthday present has also become a nice pleasant bonus.
In general, I definitely recommend and advise you to visit! Once again, I was convinced that the restaurant on Komsomolskaya Street is the best of the entire Hinkalen chain.

The cost of meals, of course, has increased since the opening, but, in fact, it is logical relative to other establishments. There are often a lot of people on Komsomolskaya Street, it is better to book in advance. Among my favorite dishes and drinks: hibizgina (it seems that it is not on the menu now), khinkali with cheese, khachapuri in Megrelian, in summer - delicious cold brew, sea buckthorn tea, feijoa and dogwood compote.

There are midges flying in the hall. There is no smell of Georgian cuisine here. We ordered khinkali with mutton, dolma, khachapuri in Adjarian style, eggplant rolls, chashushuli, homemade wine and Georgian beer. Khinkali was served barely warm, the amount of pepper in them was such that the taste of meat was not felt at all. There was almost no broth. The cheese is tasteless in rolls, as in khachapuri. In dolma, the meat is covered with pepper and spices to the point of ugliness, there is no taste of meat. The grape leaves are old and tough. Chashushuli is disgusting, the meat is not in piles, but torn together with vegetables is stewed to a homogeneous mass. Homemade wine is not wine, it's gibberish diluted with alcohol or vodka. The smell of alcohol interrupts everything. Lida beer was poured instead of Georgian beer. Well, later on, there were more khinkali in the receipt than they brought in the order. Red hot pepper is EVERYWHERE. Even in eggplant rolls. Even in dolma. Guys, this is wrong, this is not Georgia, go to Tbilisi on the weekend and try local dishes, they are not like that. It is especially insulting for dolma, because the grape leaves are very good, similar to those that are just used in Georgia - elastic and sour, fragrant, and not cotton wool, as in most places. It would be a great dish if it weren't for the pepper. Khinkali is good. Pepper is quite a topic there, but again, a little too much with the amount. I would have given it 4 stars, but khachapuri finished it off in an Adjarian way. You just don't know how to cook it, the main problem is the cheese, it doesn't stretch at all and doesn't stick to the bun. The main purpose of Adjarian khachapuri is to tear off the crust and dip it in the center. Your cheese just lies in dry lumps and does not stick anywhere.

После длительной прогулки по центру замечательного города Минска зашли пообедать в данное заведение. На входе встретили вежливо, предложили выбрать столик. Заказали салат с ореховой заправкой, харчо, чихиртму, долму и конечно же хинкали:)
Салат был хорош насколько он может быть хорошим с овощами не по сезону, харчо на мой взгляд жидковат и через чур острый, а не пряный. Хорошая была чихиртма которой чуть не хватало кислинки, но это дело личных предпочтений. Очень понравилась долма. Хинкали на 4, почти отсутствовал бульон внутри и повар явно переусердствовал с острым перцем.
Заказ принесли быстро, вся еда была правильной температуры, не холодной:)
Стол был чистым как и приборы которые принесли.
Сан узел тоже оставил приятные впечатления своей чистотой, видно что в заведении следуют нормам гигиены.
В целом заведение оставило приятное впечатление, рекомендуем к посещению.

Очень приятная атмосфера в заведении! Всё чисто, красиво, вежливый персонал. Еда просто невероятная!!! Хачапури по-аджарски бесподобное, хинкали тоже вкуснейшие. Но был небольшой минус: в хинкали с говядиной мясо было чуточку недожаренным в середине, но это никак не повлияло на вкус.
