Starting from the assortment of goods (electrics, building mixes, tools, dishes, plumbing and much more) and ending with the staff. People are in their place. You can get advice on any issue (especially in the plumbing department). Batteries, screws, dowels, etc., even nails can be bought individually. It can't compare with hypermarkets like OM, of course, but it can solve many household issues.
In general, the "tube Soviet vibe" in a good way.

I came to buy a light bulb. I don't understand anything about their choice, yes, it happens. The woman at the checkout, instead of helping and explaining, was rude. I asked for a light bulb with a wide base, I did not understand what to answer to her question of how many watts. I asked what the options were and what the differences were, and they told me: just tell me the number 60 or 75. After that, I asked for a white light, to which they replied that there are no such things. I came home with a light bulb that the seller handed me, and I was extremely disappointed. As a result, I bought a light bulb with a wide base and white light in the fix price. What was the difficulty of the seller to explain how the light bulbs differ and to respond adequately to my "stupid" questions, I did not understand.
