There are no questions about the transfer, it was delivered quickly and comfortably. The only disappointment of this vacation is the Kilit Global guide RASIM. We have never seen such a boorish and arrogant attitude. If you do not want to take trips from him on excursions (and you need to answer right away, because he will no longer come to the hotel, apparently he has more important things to do) and say that you will think about it, then the attitude towards you immediately changes. He doesn't want to answer any questions, he immediately loses interest in you.
Among other things, the guide Rasim behaved inappropriately when he heard that we were thinking of going on an excursion with another guide. He started yelling and saying that he would cancel our transfer from the hotel to the airport!!!Which he has no right to do at all!
I think that such unbalanced people should not work in the tourism sector.
I bought an Elite tour on Pamukkale with a balloon from Kilit global. Elite means a maximum of 10 people without those creepy shops. At night, a bus picked us up from the hotel and loaded us into another, already full bus in Antalya. At my protest, the guide, raising his voice, suggested silence. I didn't dare to continue the discussion with the child in the middle of the night, but in vain. I got on a regular tour that costs 2 times cheaper. Upon my return, I wrote a claim. Kilit replied to me (verbatim): "the tour was held and you took advantage of everything. And there will be no return." And it doesn't matter that I paid 2 times more for comfort. I do not advise anyone to contact Kilit global. I will add: the balloon in Pamukkale was organized by some local criminals, there is no insurance (I asked the guide after Payment), takeoff and landing take place in an open field, as we understood without any official flight permits, our guide conducted the tour in sweatpants and a dirty T-shirt, with a deep binge. There is zero information on the topic of the Excursion, only complaints about personal life. The place where we had breakfast and lunch is a dump. Have you ever had a "soup" made from a cloudy suspension with one sliced tomato per 15 liter boiler? Or maybe they brought you an omelette in one plate for five people? Water, even at lunch during the tour, is paid ($ 1 small bottle), take cash. There were cases when there was nothing to pay with. The children were left without water. The hotel guide arrived on time for the meeting, did not have to search, gave all the information quickly and dispersed. They didn't sell anything when we refused all excursions. The driver was obviously in a hurry, although we left clearly at the stated time, braked sharply, picked up speed, signaled to everyone. Arriving at the airport, the driver opened the trunk and I saw that the suitcase was lying in the back of the luggage compartment (apparently it was flying from sudden braking) and I would not get it. I asked to get a suitcase, to which the driver defiantly crossed his arms over his chest and stood. I wasn't going to help. When I saw a policeman, I asked for help. At that time, the driver threw my suitcase into the roadway and drove away. I started shooting this episode on camera. To say that I had a shock is to say nothing. Thank God that she is alive, and not in a ditch, like our compatriots who died in Turkey. These are the employees of this company. Don't mess with me!!!

I was very upset that the hotel guide Shukhrat sold us a "shop tour" to "STATE" stores, which actually turned out to be an ordinary shop for cheating tourists! Prices are in dollars, not in Turkish lira, there are no price tags and the managers who sell the goods to you!

The most disgusting Tour Operator. When buying a tour, they paid $ 200 extra for a daytime flight, as with a small child. So they picked us up from the hotel at 7 a.m., 6 hours before departure!!! As a result, we were at the airport at 9 a.m., and our departure was at 12:50!! They motivated such an early departure by the fact that we have a group transfer. And what happened in the end: they put me on a bus, like a gazelle with two more passengers, who have a flight at 11 am!!! And because of their whim, we have to sit with a hungry and sleepy child for 4 hours at the airport! I do not recommend flying to anyone.

I didn't like it very much. We rested in Belka. On the first day, the operator advertised the Kekova-Demre-Mira excursion. The guide is Russian-speaking with an accent and for all 12 hours of information you can squeeze out a maximum of 10 minutes. A wine shop, a jewelry store (at least they didn't take you to furs and leather)... a long road with stops at the old church of St. Nicholas, at the theater with crypts in the rocks, a walk on a boat (a collapsing ship with a stinking smell of gasoline, the rumble of the engine and junk in the cabins), the only thing I liked was swimming in the sea near sunken cities. Plus, in the end, "left-wing" tourists from other buses were hooked up to us, despite the fact that we had ordered a transfer individually for 7 people, we paid for it! We also wasted time and brought these "guests" to hotels. No one asked us. The "free private transfer" from the company to the shopping center is disgustingly organized. They asked us to take them to the Belek center, as a result we were out of touch, the driver knows nothing except Turkish, and plus we stopped at another hotel and picked up another tourist from there, this is with an individual transfer. We were taken to the market of "Turkish fakes" (that is, not to the Belek center as requested), well at least the Russians were there and were able to explain that there is a free transfer back, only another car. We explained this to the travel agent from the hotel, she promised to look into it, but she never said anything. Disgusting job, information and recommendations. Unfortunately, Kilit Global is deceiving its tourists. The trip to the Paradise island of Suluada from the village of Chamyuva turned out to be completely un-paradise. The captain of the ship refused to dock on the island, because, in his opinion, the waves and wind interfered with him, although all the other ships were moored near the island, and we sailed past without swimming in the clear waters of the Turkish Maldives or wandering through the snow-white sand. Of the two, including the island, there was one bathing area, almost in the open sea - no one could get out on the rocky shore. Before that, the captain tried to bathe us in a dirty bay with household garbage, but he came to his senses in time. As a result, we had only one and a half hour stop for swimming and dinner, which was very mediocre. They brought us to the mainland an hour and a half earlier than announced, so we watched the sunset not in the sea, but from the bus window. The guide tried to do something, but the captain did not pay attention to her, spitting on the tour program and his tourists. I am very sorry for the time spent, money and spoiled mood. Kilit Global stole one day of long-awaited rest from us.

The guys from TEZ TOUR / Kilit Global worked terribly badly and unworthily, which does not fit in with the fashionable Ramada Plaza Antalya 5* hotel. They pick us up early in the morning, we go for a ride, collect the rest and we are brought 3 hours later HAHA, to a roadside canteen with all the consequences: cheap black tea for free, other drinks for a fee, from food these are cucumbers, tomatoes, eggs, bread, jam - that's how it's called a buffet from TEZ TOUR / Kilit Global! Are you serious, is this a buffet???!!! I understand, of course, that saving and earning is also necessary, but to do it on such a large scale and shame, it will be remembered for a long time! Those who read the review and are going to go on the TEZ TOUR / Kilit Global (but it's better not to do this) - be sure to take your food and water on the road! For Pamukkale, only 3 hours of precious time are allocated for excursions, the rest of the hours are spent on the road, not delicious food and shops ala family textile business, talking about high-quality product materials! Further more, we reach the promised lunch (buffet, guys, oh yeah!) and we already see more, for example: cooked meat on a spit (well done, but forgot about the reputation!), sweet on the water, everything is very disgusting and inedible with expensive drinks, in addition flies and cockroaches!
