One of the best restaurants in Donetsk. A beautiful spacious hall, an attentive receptionist, the dishes on the grill are the best where I have tried. Here's 4k for salads, everything else is 5+. There is a lot of space on the dance floor, everything is on fire, everything is bright. The waiters work quickly, orders are brought just as quickly, attentive. There are a lot of places if we want to sit separately from the music and the engine. This is my favorite place!

Once I was positively disposed to this institution, but after visiting it several times in 2024 I was very upset, of the advantages only the location, when that wonderful institution gradually loses its reputation, the cuisine is mediocre, the service, despite the efforts of the waiters, is also far from up to par, serving dishes for a pre-agreed and ordered banquet with a delay of AN HOUR!!!!! for an hour, the guests ate sliced with pickled mushrooms, while when the kebab was served, it was COLD, how is that????? Hookah is smoked in the common room, ventilation is not in working condition, while many come with children, it is very stuffy, there is nothing to breathe. In general, the impressions of visiting the institution were, to put it mildly, not very good....

I don't know where so many positive reviews on their websites come from, and there's not even one negative one. I will not believe that I am the only one in the whole of Donetsk who was dissatisfied or did not have one like me. Anyway, Mom had an anniversary, she booked a table and all the food a week before the holiday. Naturally, for the discount, I found out if it would be in honor of my birthday, I was told that in honor of my birthday -25% and +3 days after. When we came and sat down at the table, the waiter also clarified twice who had a birthday ( that is, they remembered about us )
The food is wonderful , everything is delicious , the waiter served and took everything out on time ( no complaints) as a result, after sitting for 4.5 hours, I asked for the bill and the terminal to be brought.( we ordered more there , so I didn 't know how much the discounted amount would come out , I didn 't count , I didn 't sit )
Well , the waiter told me the amount , I glanced at the receipt and didn 't think for a long time I paid quickly with a card , took the receipt and left . The next day, I looked at the receipt and realized that the discount was not counted ( 8 thousand ), I called the administrator and explained the situation, to which they replied that the cashier was closed and could not help in any way. She said she would contact the director , but she couldn't promise anything.
The next day, the receptionist texted me to call tomorrow and specify when I would arrive. When she called , she heard : well , come , in such a disgusting tone , when she drove up, she also greeted me with such an expression of displeasure , as if she was giving me money from her pocket . As a result , instead of 8 thousand , they gave me 6200 saying that the neck is not included in the discount , although the site does not say anything about the neck and it was not discussed . The main thing is that the chops were included in the discount , and the neck is apparently special. I did not even argue and find out , especially with a small infant in my arms.
Guys , I came across this for the first time , wherever I rested and celebrated holidays , discounts were negotiated earlier and immediately typed into the computer and the waiter just came and asked for a passport . I came to relax, and not to think about whether the discount was included or not. I understand everything that my inattention is here , but so is their oversight (well , or machinations ) who knows if the waiter really (blundered) as the receptionist said , or my discount went to my pocket . In general, be careful 🤥🤥🤥
