I ordered a table, the production takes 10 working days. It's been three full weeks, it seems like they started planning the delivery. In the beginning, it was stated that the table would somehow arrive collapsible. I received a notification that, as it turned out, there was no color scheme for my countertop (they did not know for three weeks until the last moment). In addition, they said that the table would arrive assembled. (????) . I ordered a fairly large countertop, so I did not expect to face the problem of doorways. As a result, I did not like any of the countertops offered to me, I had to find the countertop on the site myself, after which it turned out that there was still such a coloring, but it was not offered. That's all right, but the deliverers arrived without any cash for change at ALL. There are no assembly instructions, there are questions about some holes in the supports. The first point of the warranty card from the Kingstyle company: collect according to the instructions. Kingstyle company after another call: "we do not supply instructions for this model." I suspect that the connecting part of the supports also did not reach, until it became clear, since at the moment the company simply does not have information on the assembly of this model, and the response from the supplier with instructions will be in three days (Why is it interesting that you cannot request this instruction and invest?). In general, I have successfully spent time on the work that the managers of this company should do. I wish the kingstyle company to deal only with chairs, professionally in its field. And I don't want a potential buyer to face a similar problem.
It's a pity you can't put zero stars.
Updated: it was confirmed that the part of the structure connecting the support was not delivered, as an apology, the master will come and assemble the table. Thank you, I can't think of a better apology, considering that someone brought the missing parts anyway. And if there were instructions and spare parts at once, I would have screwed in six screws and four nuts myself.
I don't even want to ask for a discount, so as not to be even more disappointed.
It is interesting to watch how the company offers any kind of apology, but just not to lose money. I think that the table assembly wizard is included in the price of the table initially.

We made an order on the website for a semi-luxurious velour chair in gray with a waiting period of the next day. Delivery was postponed twice, citing long deadlines, cancellation of delivery. As a result, the chair was still brought, but no one thought that the black leather back was a little different from the gray velour one ordered. Orders are not checked by anyone in this organization: neither the company that produces them, nor those who accept them. Even the deliverer was not confused by the fact that the color indicated in the PP act was different from the one stated. Contacting support, it turned out that most likely it was simply not available (and whether it was at all) and sent the one that was in stock. And suddenly it will take a ride.. The situation is terrible, why not immediately specify the exact delivery time on the website and update the stock balances on an ongoing basis.
Addition: on the same evening, they still found a chair in another city, the deliveryman went and picked it up and brought it to me. The chair matches the description, but the current situation is not pleasant

Another week has passed, I call and ask, again there is no specific information, I asked what they are doing with it, they are repairing it or it will be new. In response, I heard that we do not know and as soon as the supplier contacts them, they will find out what they were doing specifically. And so a month has passed, I wanted to find out several times what exactly is being done with the chair, is it being repaired or will it be new, since the REPLACEMENT is specifically written in the act. As a result, they send me an SMS saying that the case was controversial, but since they were loyal, they did everything under warranty. It's just ridiculous how you could break something in a week of sitting, especially when the master came to us and said that this was a marriage specifically. DISGUSTING service, just disgusting. There are no complaints about the store where they bought, the girls did well and the delivery was organized quickly. At the time of writing the review, the chairs had not yet been delivered to us. We should have already agreed on delivery. It's a pity that the service left such a bad impression.

We ordered two ottomans "Vitaly" 03.10 with a non-standard size (a large sleeping place). They promised to do it in 1-1.5 months, for a total of almost 40 banking days (a couple of days before the end of the contract).
The application was for a non-standard size, a standard one arrived. We negotiated for unloading and lifting by movers, as a result, we were brought on a day off, without movers. They called to clarify all the nuances, but the manager, not wanting to understand the situation, immediately redirected to the administration.
Bottom line: we waited longer than the agreed period, and the wrong thing arrived. In the end, the difference was returned due to the size (non-standard was naturally more expensive).
We decided to talk about getting a discount on the interior chair (as part of moral compensation). They agreed and on 04.12 promised to drop proposals for interior chairs. But 2 weeks have passed and there has been no feedback.

I am categorically not satisfied with this company. I ordered a loft table, a bedside table and two good armchairs (each 1200 rubles +). There are no complaints about the table and bedside table. The assembly of the chairs is disgusting, considering that you pay extra for it. One chair was assembled incorrectly, the next day they arrived, they changed it to an already assembled chair, at least something, and the second chair after assembly wobbles left and right, they refuse to fix it, they ask to buy a part and wait 5 weeks. It is better to contact another store when choosing office furniture.
