The cemetery of German soldiers appeared here at the end of the First World War. In fact, Austrian soldiers and soldiers of the Russian army are also buried here. The dominant feature of the complex is a monument in the form of a rotunda with a sculpture of an eagle, which supposedly crouched here to guard the room of war victims. The likely author of the monument is the architect Bolman from Bremen. The monument was made in 1916. In 1922, the authorities of interwar Poland carried out the improvement of the cemetery. Rows of graves with tombstones in the form of crosses depart from the monument in different directions. I believe that such places require humane relations from us and should be preserved to remind us of the horrors of war.

Everything is strict and clear, as it is customary for the Germans, in general, a good place to understand how meaningless wars are. And the monument column is very monumental, you don't expect to see this for such places. So who will be passing nearby - stop, evaluate.
