We spent our honeymoon here with my husband in June 2024.
We chose by location: near the famous beach and various city attractions.
The place is perfect👌🏻
Upon arrival, a gift was left in our room: a bottle of wine, fruits and flower petals on the bed.
I will not say that the linen was perfectly clean. Well, that's a surprise. Towels were changed upon request.
Cleaning was not requested every day.
As newlyweds, we were given a corner room so that no one would be embarrassed. The audibility between the numbers is palpable. The Windows were on the street - the street itself is quiet, opposite another hotel is being renovated (only noisy work during the day).
The hotel staff are friendly, smiling, joking. They printed out the documents for us for free. They allowed me to bring food to my room when I had a migraine and helped my husband make me fresh kiwi fruit.
The main person for customer contact is Natalia. He speaks different languages, helps solve problems, tells you where to go and where to buy what for how much. She is also responsible for the SPA area, through her you can sign up for a hammam. For $ 35 per person, they can do a steam hammam with massage, I highly recommend it
For food. There are 6 meals: breakfast, lunch, snacks, sweets and tea, dinner, night soup. You will definitely not stay hungry. The bar is open from morning to night unlimited. There is always something eggy for breakfast, they can fry scrambled eggs or an omelet with you. One type of porridge, a lot of cheeses, a couple of types of sausages, vegetables, pastries and various jams.
For lunch, 1-2 types of soup, several types of protein foods, a couple of side dishes, vegetables in different variations. For dinner, they always grill something, for our 10 days there were 2 fish, 2 kebabs, once meat as for shawarma, well, all sorts of wings, etc.
There are always many variations of dairy products and desserts.
Several types of fruits / berries, as I understand it, according to the season. We got to watermelons, melons, cherries, apples and pears.
But when it was time for tea and sweets, we came across pastries with mold. I said this to the bartender, passed it to the manager, then I only saw how fresh packs were opened.
It's good that the pool is small, and part of the time in the shade - you can splash in it when it's hot, and you don't want to expose your skin to the sun.
There is usually no noise. All visitors are adults or with adult children. I didn't see anyone very drunk either.
The only significant disadvantage was that apart from soap, there were no more cosmetics in the rooms. For a hotel that positions itself as a 4*, this is not very good. Perhaps this is normal for package tours, I don't know. Just be ready to use your all.
Water is brought in bottles every day and there is filtered water on the bar, stock up on reusable bottles, we saved so much on buying water in the city.
Overall impressions are positive🫶🏻
Good value for money. The food is normal, delicious scrambled eggs in the morning. We could change the towels more often. The location is convenient for walking, the beach is also nearby. You can take a cable car (for money) to the fortress. There is a good Smak cafe nearby (coffee, desserts, pastries).
Cleopatra Atlas is a good hotel for a relaxing holiday, there are many pensioners from Germany and Poland. The staff is polite, the food is not very varied, but everything is delicious, especially the coffee from the coffee machine. The hotel has a super convenient location, the very center, Cleopatra beach, plot 1 is a two-minute walk away. I recommend it!
They were in late November/early December 2024. A very pleasant hotel. It's three minutes to the sea. The residents are mostly Germans, Poles and Russian speakers. Everyone is polite, there was no tension). The first night in the room - the windows were towards the neighboring building. In the morning they asked to change it - they changed it without any problems with a wonderful view of the pool, the square, the cable car and the sea in the distance! There may be problems with sound insulation. Special thanks to Olga, the assistant at the reception. She suggested and we took several sessions of full massage + hammam + sauna. It was made by real pros - two wonderful girls from Bali. Nutrition 'Everything included is great too
We like everything in atlas, except drunken noisy Poles. But if you ask them not to make noise by the pool, they calm down. The Internet is not very much like everywhere else in Turkey, but at least you don't have to pay for it. The food is good, for the 4 times that we have been here, we have never been poisoned or starved. On the contrary, we realized that we didn't need everyone, and we often didn't go to lunch. But it is convenient that you can come at 15 o'clock and at 23 and eat something. The alcohol is decent. The mattresses are good, the cleaning is fine (only for some reason our people always forget about tips, leave at least 15-20 liras to the maid, this is nonsense, do not be greedy!) and you can throw a penny to the bartenders and waiters and they will pour you more and bring it to the table. Good location, but we didn't go to the nearest beach, we went to 4, there are always a lot of people on the first beach (public parking nearby). The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant, the staff is very friendly (there is something to compare. We were in 4 different hotels on this first line of Cleopatra Beach.) and what kind of coffee they have in their coffee machines is super!
We spent our vacation at this hotel in the first half of July. We were checked into the room upon arrival, at 12 o'clock — this is a significant advantage.
The room is nothing at first glance. The more you look at the objects, the less pleasant it is to be there. Shabby walls, beds, doors. Bed linen and towels were changed once. They clean every day and replenish the refrigerator with water.
An additional fee is charged only for the safe, Wi-Fi is provided free of charge in the room, on site and on the beach. The air conditioner is available, serviceable and effectively cools the room. Personal care products such as shampoos, gels and toothpastes are not provided and must be purchased by the guests themselves. The beds are not the most comfortable, and after three days there was discomfort in the back. The sound insulation is insufficient, despite the fact that the room was not located next to the road, there was still extraneous noise.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a public beach, shops, a funicular nearby. Be sure to visit the ancient fortress, the views from there are amazing!
The food was varied, there were watermelons, bananas and melons from fruits. Meat is mostly halal. The soups were unusual in appearance, so we did not try them. The juices are heavily diluted with water.
During the occurrence of an unpleasant situation, when the electronic lock "beeped" at the neighbors at a later time, we asked the reception to fix the problem. However, an hour later the situation did not change, and upon repeated appeal it became obvious that our request had been forgotten.
A decent hotel for your money, excellent non-intrusive staff, room cleaning is timely, the food is arranged, a winning location , without screaming children, the guests are mostly Germans and Poles , the beach is within walking distance, migros is also not far away! In general, everything is normal!
Location at the beginning of Cleopatra beach. They can give terrible small rooms in building B with a view of the wall and with noise from the air conditioners.
The food is delicious and varied. If it ends, I immediately report it. They grill and deep-fry outside in the evenings. Eggs and pancakes in the morning. The wine is not tasty, white and generally has a chemical taste. The mattress is too hard, uncomfortable pillows and blankets. There is only soap in the wall dispensers. There are no bathrobes and slippers.
Good afternoon! We rested at this hotel in September 2024. What I want to say:
1. Room cleaning is just terrible, they don't know how to wash the floor at all, hair is just everywhere.
2. Bed linen and towels are changed if requested.
3. The room itself is not in the best shape, it was possible to paint the walls for that kind of money.
4. The choice of food is not large, a lot of spicy and fatty.
5. Swimming pool until 7 pm.
There was a moment when we had to go on an excursion and we did not have time for breakfast for about 10 minutes and they did not let us in earlier, they did not even allow us to take bread.
Of the advantages:
1. 2 minutes to the sea
2. Natalia will help and tell you everything.
We had a rest from 02/03/2024-02/10/2024 with a friend. We really liked the hotel. What we needed was calmness, relaxation. We received a course of luxurious massage. Dima, the manager of the SPA center, is very friendly. He informed us where and what is nearby. Where you can go. They fed us very tasty. I didn't even have to eat outside the hotel. There are a lot of interesting places to walk nearby.
I returned a couple of days ago from this hotel, I'll start: the food is normal, but I'm not on pp for me, and so everyone eats, they get full plates, it means delicious, the rooms are cleaned every day, the pool is clean, and the most important plus is the location of the city center, I don't want to walk, I don't want to go to the sea, in short, comrades, I advise you to stop It is in this hotel!
I love Turkey, and this beach is a special love. About the hotel itself, the big plus is that it is an urban-type hotel, plus the big one is that + 16, but the very, very, very big minus of the hotel is the Poles, who behave just terribly, because of them I will just bypass this hotel.
Delicious food, polite staff, location, fire in general 🔥the rooms are ordinary, I had a small one with a balcony, cleaning, to be honest, not very much, but otherwise I liked everything!❤️
Good location, all the sights are within walking distance, the only thing is a little noisy from passing cars, and so the price and quality are on top!
Not a bad hotel! The main advantage is the proximity to the center, the pier and the best Cleopatra beach No. 1. Although the hotel has a shuttle to the 17th beach, we did not go there, because we liked the first one more, and go there 100 meters. The food is modest, but delicious, I can especially highlight desserts, as homemade ☺️ We got a small room, but with a balcony, Windows facing the street. Of the minuses - audibility, but it all depends on the neighbors, our loved to have fun. In general, I liked everything, I would have returned to the Atlas again!)
It's a great place. We were in May. The hotel is 16+. The buffet is excellent. The contingent is Germans and Poles. Everyone is mostly at an older age. There are no young people.
I liked the hotel staff and food. The food is varied and delicious, 7 meals a day including all kinds of cookies and cakes. Water, coffee juices, cocoa and alcohol almost around the clock! The staff is always happy to help with a smile from ear to ear. There were Poles, Germans and Russians in our arrival. In general, a great price - quality option! Of the minuses, there was only poor sound insulation, you can hear the toilet flushing in the next room.
I lived in the hotel opposite, in the Caligo apart hotel.
My balcony overlooked this hotel. It's always fun there, even noisy. Dancing, singing. Hotel without children
Everything is included. I stopped by to look at lunch, etc.
Cleopatra Beach number 1 and Domlatash Cave are 5 min walk away. I liked the hotel. I'll check in with them next time. Russians, Germans and Poles are the main guests. Natasha speaks Russian at the reception
We were in July 2023, a very good hotel, clean, comfortable. Cleaning every day. Friendly waiters. Convenient location from the sea. The food is delicious, except for sweets. They are beautiful, but it is impossible, they are soaked strongly with syrup . Overall, it's good.
Excellent location close to the beach and the cable car.Good food, especially delicious fried fish and soups. The rooms are cleaned. Exclusive, high-quality drinks at the bar. You can drive up even earlier, and at check-out you were allowed to leave your things at the reception. Private swimming pool.In general, I liked everything, I will go again.
I rested alone for 9 days on 11.06.-21.06.23. everything is fine. we met and conducted))
the massage salon is super what I needed Thai massage! VERY VERY nice -masseuse girls are professionals. they stretched my whole body and put me in the right condition. I recommend a pleasant procedure to everyone. The hotel is generally good, friendly people, staff and order. It is important! Marina, I live in Moscow
And so. When checking in, I think it's better to give money. We got a room with a view of the wall, there are no pillows on the bed. The promised room was 18-20 meters, but it was less than 10. But they settled into another slightly better one without any problems. The food at the hotel is very tasty and varied, the staff is polite and pleasant. If the windows of the room overlook the hotel pool and dining room, get ready to listen to cheerful laughter half the night)) but overall, the audibility is hellish. The hotel is definitely a maximum of 3 stars. But the location is perfect.
We liked the hotel very much, they welcomed us like family)) the location is the most convenient, close to Cleopatra beach, with a funicular, restaurants and most importantly, at the foot of the mountain, which leads, perhaps, to the main attraction, the castle. The food was great, lots of greenery, fruits, the hotel staff, a separate story, we have never been welcomed so cordially anywhere. Thank you very much to Natasha, she, like a mother, envelops her with her care, all the problems are on her shoulders)) The massages were wonderful, we went every day , Aya , the best 👌🏻)) each employee of the hotel was remembered for his participation in our vacation 🙌)) We felt like we were in a big and friendly family. We will definitely come back to you. Thank you very much ❤
I liked everything! The food is super (non-stop) the alcohol is good, the pool is large, the rooms are different (in size) the staff liked it very much (do not forget to tip and everything will be fine). There are no entertainers, but it all depends on you and the amount you drink! There are no muezzins at 5 a.m. The beach is across the street.

We had a rest at the hotel in May of this year. I liked the hotel, I did not disappoint at all. A great hotel for adult couples without children. The sea and all the sights of Alanya are within walking distance. Meals, room cleaning, Wi-Fi - everything is at a good level. And most importantly, I really liked the fact that upon arrival Natalia, the administrator or manager, immediately approached us, we did not delve into it, but a real hospitable employee of the hotel. We were pleased with the attention with which we were greeted, and lunch was offered. All the questions that arose were easily solved when contacting Natasha. I observed that she was equally attentive and friendly to all guests without exception, always with a smile, always by her side. For the first time in many years of traveling to Turkey, I saw such a person in your hotel. I wish you prosperity, and I hope we will definitely come again.
The hotel is a bit old. Russians are initially accommodated in the worst rooms, but they are changed at the first request. That's the policy of the hotel, so they said.
The hotel is average :
4-minus food, no chic, but you won't stay hungry
Service - the staff is polite, they will always help, explain, but the rooms are poorly cleaned
The beach is close to the hotel, in general you can fall on any site, sun beds and umbrellas are still paid
Near the hotel there is a funicular, a cave, full of various restaurants, a department, shops
The most convenient location in relation to the beach, funicular, park and the city center. Everything is within walking distance. The service is good. Clean, satisfying. The rooms are good, but if noisy neighbors get in, then you will definitely have to endure until 12 at night. the view from the balconies is also nowhere, but near the sea, park, shops. There is no time to sit in the room, since everything is nearby, Any restaurants and any food, although there is a bomb in the hotel. The beach is nearby, I woke up, had breakfast and immediately went to the Sea, swam a couple of hours before 12 and walked forward to the 17th beach, there is a free lunch all inclusive, of course you can go back to the hotel, but why do you go take a bunch of photos along the alley along the beach, high. The next day after breakfast we went to the port for a 7-minute walk, I don't want to choose a bunch of ships, for only $ 20 for two, a foam party on board, lunch, drink all inclusive, high, tired came. The next day, Damlatash cave 12Lir/1h. 2min. on foot, lunch and on the funicular 12Lir/1h. The next day, morning sea 2 hours, forward to the market intersection of Sinanoglu street and Hajikura street, so much abundance of fruits and vegetables, buzz 17min on foot. The next day To explore the Fortress of Alanya To the end, a cool old town with ruins and massive walls from the enemy, you need to allocate 1 day, going down visited the restaurant on the gorge, the view is simply amazing. The next day we visited the Kyzyl Kule bathhouse (red tower), then went down to the beach, high. I would stay for a month to explore the whole city.
Yes, life hack, take euros and go to Migros (like a Magnet) 260 meters through the alleys, buy a tenacious thing or something else, stretch out 100 euros and you will be given change in Lira at the most favorable rate for you, and then to the water park, the market, clothes, well, you understand me.
As for the hotel, everyone is interested in the cons. 4 stars, and this is normal, the wallpaper is torn off or the faucet is not screwed on, chipped on the doors, etc. They feed for slaughter, everything is delicious, the drinks are beaten. Our room was changed on the second day, our faucet was hanging out, it was working, but it was hanging out. They moved to the 4th floor. The location location is just a bomb.
I will definitely repeat my trip there to Cleopatra Beach.
Perhaps the only advantage of this hotel is its location near the sea (literally 2-3 minutes). The rest is questionable. Many people point to the proximity to the fortress and the funicular as a plus, but you won't go there every day. And you can get there from any corner of Alanya.
I'm not thrilled with Cleopatra Beach, it's a very sharp approach, 2 meters, and you can't get to the bottom anymore. For this reason, there are huge waves off the coast and problems with entry and exit. Near the mountain itself (where the Damlatash cave is) there is a huge crowd of vacationers due to the fact that there are no slabs near the shore (a very small piece). And this is in October, what is there in August - it's scary to imagine. Entering the sea with slabs on the bottom and such waves near the shore is extremely dangerous, you can seriously injure yourself. Sand is a large pebble, you can't walk on the beach. My feet are sinking in the sand, unless someone needs physical activity, I can work out).
Now about the hotel itself. We got a "wonderful" room with a view of a tree, another apartment building, a wall and a highway (which just leads to the fortress). Cars and motorcycles stopped right a meter from our balcony. At night, the hum of cars, at first it was difficult to fall asleep. We tried to change the room, offered almost the same, but with a small bathroom, decided to stay in ours. but! Right on our 5th floor there is a room that overlooks the sea (side view), mountains, funicular (it was ventilated after the departure of tourists, we looked there). This is number 520, I think 620 is even better. There are double beds there, and we (the couple) had to move and suffer. I also noticed that the rooms with the most terrible views are given to Russians, later we noticed that Europeans were settled in that 520.
The room itself, of course, is subdued, patched in places, the cleaning is so-so, the floors are not washed. Of the consumables, only soap and something similar are not shower gel and shampoo 2 in one. The kettle is present, the refrigerator is working, the TV is on. The beds are terribly uncomfortable, they creak, they were dressed like on a train))).
And now the most interesting thing is the food. I think the title of my review is telling))).
It was just the most vivid impressions. Piggy swill is soup. Any kind - night, day, morning porridge. The soup looks like water with starch, some unidentified floating contents and a dye. The taste is zero, like slop after washing dishes, which is given to piglets. Porridge is milk (it is also questionable whether it is milk) and floating hard rice. I wonder if they are not ashamed to offer this to people? At first I thought they were basically eating this. But then I tried lentil soup at a roadside cafe, and it turned out to be quite tolerable.
There are a lot of vegetables on the buffet in the form of tomatoes and cucumbers. In fact, it's just differently chopped salads with or without the addition of greens. It seems that there are a lot of things, but the variety is not of products, but of cuts. It's the same with desserts. The cakes were fine, but the cakes looked like ready-made bags with gelatin and various dyes. Even baklava is not so bad, tasteless.
The whole cover looks kind of sloppy, dirty, sloppy. The dinner was the most decent. Of meat - turkey and chicken, once a week there was fish - very smelly, similar to our haddock. Often all the meat is very spicy, it is impossible to eat. By the way, the Turks' grill is a frying pan with a huge amount of oil.
Of the fruits, the banality is apples, oranges, melon. Everything is tasteless. It's like they're actually buying some kind of garbage. The appearance of the dishes is quite unappetizing.
But the Turks are great, nothing goes missing for them))). Everything is processed, What was not eaten for dinner today turns into a new dish tomorrow. For example, fried zucchini will become cold zucchini tomorrow, only spicy. Fried beef patties will either turn into an appetizer, or an unidentified sauce will be added to them and served for dinner the next day. And fried chicken wings right with the skin and feathers and bones will be thrown into the batter and served as hot))).
In general, if you want to feel like a piglet living in a barn with a view of the walls and eating waste, then you definitely need Kleopatra Atlas!
We had a rest with our daughter (19 years old) from April 22 to 29. We were satisfied with everything. We arrived at the hotel early, at 9.30. Despite the generally accepted rules of check-in - from 14.00, we were immediately sent for breakfast, checked in at 10.40. After a sleepless night, it was very nice to be in the room so early. The food was enough, tasty and varied. The atmosphere is almost homely. We had a great rest! According to my daughter's owls, this is her best vacation! Thank you all! The only thing I personally lacked was a good blanket and a higher pillow. But I'm being picky, by and large, after the sea and long walks, I slept well.
We took a hotel in the city for the first time and were not mistaken. Russian Russian is a wonderful hotel, the staff does not speak much Russian, but the assistant administrator Natalia is Russian and helps in communication. Daily cleaning both on site and in the rooms. The food was good, there was enough for everyone, the choice was small, but it suited us. The sea is nearby, Cleopatra's plaza, we did not go to the hotel beach, although there was a transfer. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants around the hotel, everyone will find something to do in the evening. The embankment is within walking distance. The funicular for a trip to the fortress is a couple of minutes away. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Everything is fine. We stop for the second time. The staff is on top, the food is good, the location is in the center. In general, if you go, you will not regret it. Thanks to the administrators Konstantin and Natalia for their professionalism.
I've never seen so many drunk people in a hotel, people "kvass" around the clock without drying out. Because of this, there are constant screams by the pool. The door to the room has a slit from below, so you can hear everything that happens in the corridor. In general, the only advantage is the location...
We stayed at this hotel for 17 days from 07/25/22 to 08/12/12. In Turkey on vacation 9 times. There were 5ki and 4ki, so there is something to compare it with. Cleopatra Atlas was chosen purposefully. We love Alanya very much. This time we wanted to relax on Cleopatra beach and in the very center of the city. The location of the hotel is the best you can think of. The beach is 50 m away. The port is a 20–minute leisurely walk away. Ataturk Boulevard is 5 minutes away. When choosing a hotel, the reviews were a little confused. Among the positive ones, there were also negative ones. The reality has exceeded all expectations. Excellent urban layout. The food is great. The rooms are clean with daily cleaning. The staff is 5+. Very friendly. There is an instant response to any requests. The waiter team at the restaurant is very positive. Always with smiles, addressing by name, with a good sense of humor. And, of course, the administrator of the Hammam at the hotel Natalia. This is just a godsend for the hotel. Knowledge of 6 languages, kindness, responsiveness, sociability makes her an indispensable person. It seems that the whole life in the hotel goes through Natasha. And what kind of massage is done in a hammam by masseuses from Indonesia. If you happen to relax in the Atlas, be sure to come in. Natalia gives a free trial massage for 20 minutes. After that, the people sign up in the queue. The price of an hour–long massage is symbolic - $ 25. The Turks are doing well. MIR cards are accepted in most major stores. There is a Vacca Bank near the hotel. At its ATMs, cash was withdrawn without interest from the VTB WORLD card. The cost of the lira was 3.45 rubles. For comparison, in 2021, the lira cost 7-8 rubles. We felt like oligarchs this year. Shopping is brutal and merciless, as all branded Turkish shops are within a 10 – 15 minute walk. The beach is urban. There are always places. Chaise longue – 25 liras, umbrella – 25 liras. One umbrella is enough for 2 sun loungers. The water in the sea is very clean. You can swim even at night under the light of powerful spotlights. Tourists from the coast are brought by buses to Cleopatra Beach every day to swim. And we are 50 m out to sea. We are very satisfied with the rest. The hotel is super. We plan to visit Cleopatra Atlas again next year. We usually try to change the hotel in Turkey. 2 times we went only to the Avsalar Laniser. Atlas seems to have charmed us as much as Lanisera. Respect to all hotel staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Svetlana and Sergey Vstovsky. Krasnoyarsk.
A good hotel, located next to the fanicooler Cleopatra beach throughout the hotel free Wi-Fi the food is standard without the refinement of the territory there is no ordinary city hotel the bar is open until 00-00 the staff is pleasant and responsive the only minus is the location of its own beach very far away there the bar is free but the sunbeds are still paid 10 lira in November, which in the season I don't even know what there are prices. The bus goes to the beach, but it is not a very convenient time, I must say right away it goes more than once every 10 minutes and even more than once an hour, it goes every 2 hours. The location of the hotel is very good, the promenade is a 5-minute walk away, there are a lot of shops and cafes nearby.
Positive ;
location, comfort, food.
Minuses:
They do not change beds and towels throughout the rest (regardless of whether you come for 1 week or for 2 weeks).
Cockroaches in the hotel.
Cleopatra Atlas Hotel. Arrival on 12/14/2022. Number 517. Anex tour operator. Arrival without delay early in the morning, transfer to the hotel at a time of 1 hour and 50 minutes. The pro driver, despite the rain outside the window, drove the bus confidently, seriously, carefully. Respect! I had time for breakfast on arrival. Very pleasant. The hotel made a good impression. A friendly meeting, the hall is spacious, zoned, festive. The room was not ready. Waiting for an hour flew by for correspondence with relatives. A hotel employee took me to the room, helped with my luggage, told me about the room, showed me how to use everything. Nice again. The room is large, two beds, kettle, cups, refrigerator, wardrobe. The room is warm and cozy. I was very comfortable. The restaurant staff is beyond praise. Tables and appliances are clean and always in place. The choice and quality, the variety of food I was quite satisfied with. A lot has already been written about this in the reviews. The room is cleaned daily, clean and tidy. Special thanks to the cleaning service. You create coziness and comfort for relaxation. The hotel is full in December!!! And this is an indicator of the rating and quality of services. I recommend the hotel, at least in December, definitely to the hotel "5"-ka for the room, for the food, for the work of the staff, for the warm welcome. I was very comfortable and cozy with you! Thank you. I hope to come back again and I will recommend it for a vacation.
Good afternoon! If you are planning a trip to Alanya, choose the Cleopatra Atlas Hotel. The hotel is 3 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes away. from the central street, Ataturk Boulevard. The hotel is compact and cozy, the staff is wonderful, everyone is smiling, joking, will help solve any issue. The rooms are clean, almost new white furniture. The bed and towels were changed regularly, and daily wet cleaning was carried out. The cleaning girls are very friendly and tidy. The food is great. In the restaurant of this hotel, anyone from a vegan to a meat eater will leave their soul. There was everything: turkey, chicken, beef, lamb, fish, vegetables in various variations. Even the sausages in this hotel are delicious, although I don't eat them in Turkey. There are an unrealistic number of cakes and pastries with fruits and nuts. Fruits are another strong point of the restaurant, there were watermelons, melons, grapes, plums, apples, peaches, oranges and grapefruit. All the restaurant staff are smiling, courteous and generous. Natalia will help solve any issue for those who do not speak any foreign language. The staff tries to speak Russian, and if they speak their native language, they will present the best. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for a wonderful 14 days! I will be happy to return to Atlas next year.
The Kleopatra Atlas Hotel 4*, which was advised to us by the travel agency as almost a top five, did NOT like it at all and does not pull in its 4 stars.
+ location (within walking distance from all the attractions of Alanya, although not the first line and 3 minutes walk to the sea along the street through the parking lot)
+ the absence of small children in the hotel (the hotel is full, with about half of the Russian speakers, the rest are Poles/Lithuanians/Germans/British, there were no Ukrainians at all)
- at the reception, upon check-in, they asked 5 times for papers with a lunch / dinner schedule, why can't they be given from the 1st time? The vaunted Russian-speaking Natalia at the hotel did not solve any of our questions, but she was endlessly courteous and accepted cans of caviar as a gift from other vacationers
- small rooms (at the entrance they rested on the beds, getting off the bed you immediately get into the shower or onto the balcony)
- terrible audibility (even if they are talking at the other end of the corridor, you will to hear everything and not sleep; our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the entrance to the hotel - the noise of cars could be heard from the road, who has a room on 1-3 floors, the audibility is even worse)
- poor cleaning (not only gel / soap is not reported, but even, excuse me, toilet paper)
- towels are not provided
- the beach of the "hotel" at number 17 is a 25-minute walk from it (this has never been seen before!), and there are beach beds and umbrellas for a fee, and in front of the hotel there is a city beach and someone's beaches at numbers 1 and 2
- monotonous, extremely meager food (there was always chicken, but only 2 there is no side dish, no baking at all, no pancakes / no pastries / no omelets / nothing for breakfast - we just didn't go, the coffee from the machine is INSTANT and tasteless, only apples / pears/ fruits are rare-medlar, there is no ice cream at all
- the pool is small, located between two buildings of the hotel directly opposite the dining area, an unfortunate location, because in the morning 1 half of the sun beds are in the deep shadow of the building, after lunch - 2 half, there were 28 sun beds tightly to each other by the pool and there were no free places
Russians, as always, have a special attitude. Russians are waiting for the time of settlement, but Poles are not waiting. The rooms are ready for them right away. I ask why this is so, to which the Russian at the reception answers me, so they have an economy. They carry suitcases, even for men. And we pull it ourselves. On birthdays, they strew the table with flowers, but they just forgot about us. In general, a good hotel, if you ask for a normal room, the food is good, the location. But the sediment remained
The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Excellent location near the city center. Cleopatra Beach is 200 metres from the hotel..the sights of the city. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted, settled into a cozy room with a sea view, the next day we were offered a massage., hammam. The massage turned out to be Thai, the girls are professionals, many diseases are cured after several sessions (arthritis, osteochondrosis.....) The food is excellent. We turned to Natalia for any questions, she helped us in solving our issues. I will be happy to return to this hotel again and recommend it to my friends
If you want to relax without children and from children, this is your choice!

For the first time we went to an urban-type hotel, usually we always chose club hotels and somewhere outside the city. The hotel impressed with its friendliness to the guests - as soon as we entered, the guard immediately rushed to help us reach the reception desk, the receptionist turned out to be Russian-speaking, which was a salvation for us, because we do not speak Turkish, and our English is school) Natalia (administrator), despite the fact that there were a lot of people at the check-in, she managed to pay attention to us and help us fill out the questionnaire and also with maximum kindness). And in the future, Natalia helped us with the same warmth to solve any issues that arose, even those not directly related to the hotel) The room where we were settled turned out to be quite comfortable in size (we were worried that it would be small) and very clean. All the plumbing in the room is fresh, the bathroom is cozy and pleasant. They write a lot that the walls are thin and all the sounds are audible, I don't know, I'm probably lucky with the neighbors and the location of room 207) There are sounds, but not so loud as to interfere with rest. There is a kettle in the room, 2 bottles (0.5) of water are brought daily. The wifi in the room is very confident) As for the food in the restaurant, for my taste, delicious homemade food. The fish that is fried for dinner is simply delicious! The waiters work very smartly - I have never seen tables without visitors with dirty dishes, and while you are eating, the empty dishes are imperceptibly picked up by a waiter running past.) The staff is always smiling and tries to help with any issue. Generally, according to the hotel's occupancy, most of the tourists are Poles, then Germans, and quite a few Russians. The hotel itself is located in the center of Alanya near Cleopatra Beach. But the beach area, which belongs to the hotel, is a 15-minute walk away at number 17. I'm a fan of hiking, so I didn't use the shuttle to the beach, although it seems to be there. There is beer, coffee, drinks at the beach bar, and after 12 they give a hamburger with French fries. Sun beds on the beach are paid, in the area of 40 lira. A towel can be obtained at the hotel
We stayed at the hotel from 03 to 10 June 2022, room 212. We will not return to this hotel for sure. The staff does not know Russian, English is in the mood. Upon check-in in the room, the floor is dirty (legs turned black after half an hour of walking barefoot on the floor), bed linen and towels are very tired, stained, the toilet is dirty, the seat is all stained and yellow streaks, the mirror is streaked, someone else's hair. There are three bottles of shampoo on the sink. Moreover, the bottles are not closed, as if they took used ones, poured some cheap I don't understand what, and didn't even screw the lid down to the end. They asked at the reception about the shower gel, they replied that it was not provided. Seriously?! In 4 stars? But on the website their photos of the rooms say the opposite. They asked me to clean the room properly. They never came to us. They caught the maid (she cleans the entire hotel alone), somehow walked across the floor with a dirty rag that cleans the entire hotel. The beds are like concrete, the pillows are pieces of sintepon. In general, we were shocked when we checked in. What are the 4 stars?! This is a 3-star stretch. OK, they changed the seat for us, brought more pillows, but I'm going to rest and relax, not solve problems. For the first 3 days, the food was simply terrifying, we went hungry, especially at lunch. Garnish with peas. What is not clear. They put what they hadn't eaten for breakfast out for lunch. The coffee in the coffee machine is poison. Some kind of powder. Instead of juice, syrup diluted with water. Of fruits, watermelon, more often white and unsweetened, melon, more often tasteless, apples and oranges. Sometimes pears. That's it!! And this is in the season of strawberries and cherries! They were not given even once. There is no ice cream, there are no yoghurts. Desserts for one taste, well, except for 2. Tea is a mess in an iron (!) The teapot. We brewed several bags and it all languishes for hours. So far we have not voiced the question, but where, in fact, are at least tea bags?! Why is the kettle in the room (rusty inside) if there are no cups or tea bags?! On the 4th day, the dinners became more or less edible. But of the salads, only cucumbers and tomatoes, chopped in different variations, finely, coarsely, very finely. The sausage is not edible. They gave me an omelet a couple of times.
Perhaps the most peaceful and comfortable hotel for adults. Compact and small. The power supply is solid 3-ka. Cleaning, if you give a chocolate bar, will be perfect. A Russian-speaking manager, always on hand. Mini markets are located nearby, there are no places in the season. The beach is a 3-minute walk away.
I really liked the hotel. It takes 5 minutes. We have been here since March 30 for a week, very clean, the food-even if there is not much variety, but everything is cooked with love, bravo to the cook! All staff are helpful and polite! Special thanks to Natalia! The location of the hotel, walking distance to all shops, the port is another huge bonus. We will definitely come again! We recommend it!
