I liked the hotel, three with a big plus, the price and quality match, it's a five-minute walk to the beach. Cleopatra Beach is famous for its sunsets, they took pictures almost every day. The sea is clean and warm, although it was not very hot. The guys work very well at the hotel, everything is clean, cozy, and there are a lot of old things in the lobby. The rooms are odd, all overlooking the pool. The fortress of Alanya was visible from our room 1311, in the evening it is illuminated, it is very beautiful. I recommend this hotel to people who are not very picky.

Pleasant hotel and staff. Yes, the hotel does not have enough cosmetic repairs. The service at the hotel is also strange, and everyone seems friendly, but it feels like everyone doesn't care about your stay. The strange thing about the hotel is that everything is paid for: water, beer at the reception for money, a safe for a fee, a chaise longue for a fee, a towel for free, but on deposit, Wi-Fi is paid, may be due to competition, and therefore there is a need to lower prices for the tour. Overall, it's a nice hotel, delicious, but very greasy. In any case, you can always find something to eat. By the way, the ground floor of the hotel always smells of overcooked oil and something warmed up.

Everything is fine in this hotel, but we had red ants in our room and battering rams met several times. In the evening, sprayed insect repellent was felt on the ground floor. The bed linen was not changed, dirty towels were folded as clean when cleaning the room)) they changed it only if you leave the money. The Wi-Fi was sold for 20 euros for 10 days. This is all in October 2024.No one had a free one. The food is good, there was enough of everything. There were no cocktails, no entertainment either. There is no beach of its own, everything is a lie. Sun beds will be paid! There are a lot of cenariks on the beach, no one is watching.The sea is not far from the hotel.Everything is very calm, if you want a quiet rest, then it is normal, except for the above about insects.

The vacation is over, which means it's time to write a review) we were at the end of July 2024.
We had a request: definitely a city hotel, close to the beach and near pharmacies and supermarkets, because we went with a small child + preferably with a recent renovation. The choice fell on the Kleopatra Fatih Hotel. Restoration 2020-2023.
First impression: the hotel is small, unpretentious and clean enough. We arrived at about 4-5 pm, so there were no problems with checking in. They were immediately escorted to the room. We had the usual standard: 1 double bed and one single bed, we moved them so that the child would not fall at night and made himself a 3-bedroom))the room was small, but there was a balcony overlooking the neighboring hotels and a piece of the sea and a piece of the mountains were also visible. There were towels, all bath accessories, and they were quietly changed upon request. Towels were changed 4 times in 10 days, bed linen 2. There was also a refrigerator in the room, though empty, but the supermarket helped to fill it up☺️
Before choosing a hotel, I read a lot of reviews and really don't understand people who write that everything is bad. Perhaps they compare it with 5*, but here the question arises, why did you come here?
I didn't expect anything supernatural from the hotel, and that's why I liked everything.
There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, 1 large main one, with an area for kids and a smaller one near the second building, as well as a corner for kids. There was also a bar near the hotel: they pour fanta-Cola-sprite beer, some local spirits, my husband tried, did not appreciate- for an amateur (which, by the way, were not few, judging by the queues). It is open from 10 to 22:00. There is also a bar nearby, you can eat something, cocktails with imported alcohol and fresh drinks (just bombastic from local oranges), hookah and music.
I can't say that the food is luxurious and there is a huge selection, but I always found something to eat and very tasty) I can say that the hotel taught me to eat a lot of greens, since there was a huge selection of them there. The chicken was always in different types, with the same porridge, roast, cutlets or meatballs, liver, fish. The pies are local, filled with syrup (but I don't like this in principle and bought lukum and baklava in the supermarket). There were always fruits: oranges, cherries, apples, peaches, watermelon (there was always a hunt for it).
The beach is 200 meters away, it takes 3 minutes to walk. The water is like fresh milk and clean, it only darkens the entrance, there are plates and it is very slippery (it is done so that the waves do not break the shore), but if you walk along the coastline, then you can find options. Sun beds are paid. 2 sun beds + an umbrella 210 liras.
The hotel staff was very impressed and pleasantly surprised. Maybe because we were with the baby, but she also won't smile and wave to anyone, and then love just happened) All the staff: kitchen staff, waiters and bartenders smiled back, waved, helped very often and played when they saw that help was needed. My daughter even learned to blow kisses to everyone in the end.
General conclusions: the hotel is inexpensive but well renovated, clean, cozy and with very pleasant staff. There is little choice in food, but you will not be hungry.
Everyone who writes bad reviews, I think they just initially expect something 5-star, but there will be no such thing in a 3-4-star hotel.
Would you come back here again? I think so, if the opportunity presents itself.

A normal city hotel with a new clean renovation. The hotel has a beautiful ground floor, there is a museum of dishes. There are staff both Russian-speaking and only English/Turkish. Most of the vacationers are foreigners, all are friendly. Everything in the room is new and serviceable. Well-functioning air conditioning and plumbing. The room was cleaned daily. Poorly washed floors, asked specifically to wash, everything was done without tips. Towels were changed every day or reported generously. The bed was changed every other day. Wi-Fi card 14€ for a week. Wi-Fi is normal. Catches everywhere at the hotel except for the elevator.
A couple of times the hot water was turned off in the room, but the issue was solved in 15 minutes. And then everything was ok. Without problems and complaints 🙏🏼
Of the minuses: a strict schedule of meals. Breakfast until 10, a meager set of food; lunch until 14h, dinner from 18 to 20h. There are a lot of snacks, salads, etc. for dinner and lunch. Fruits: watermelon, melon, grapes, apples. There was an empty mini-bar in the room.
The location of the hotel is good. Not by the road, where it's noisy. There is a roundhouse store nearby. Beach 3-5 min to cross the road. The beach is diverse — in places a slab, in places sand, pebbles are few and shallow. Who likes what))) a large towel for the beach can be bought at the hotel — 300 lira, for the entire stay at the hotel. The city center is 30 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by car. Everything is nearby👍🏽

We arrived with my husband at night, a tedious 2-hour transfer from Antalya, and voila, at 3 a.m. we were settled by Cleopatra Fatih)) We went into the room, immediately liked everything, a snow-white bed, fresh towels, too, a normal toilet room. The balcony, despite the fact that it is only the third floor, the view was beautiful)) In the morning we went for breakfast, normal, regular food, eggs, omelette, lots of salads and fresh vegetables. We had a few drinks, and on mooooeeee, at first we were a little upset by the waves, it was not comfortable to swim, but then we got used to it))) Sun beds are paid, on 21 beaches in May the price was two beds and an umbrella 210 lira. We rarely went to lunch, I can't say anything. We always went to dinner, there was even more than enough food, compared to vacationers, in May the hotel was well filled if by 10%, my husband and I wondered who was eating it all)))) And after dinner, of course, the bar)) Everything is fine in the bar too, alcohol is poured from small bottles, they open it right in front of you, no cheating, everything is transparent, beer too, Ephesus from the glass. Respect to the guys, the staff is very nice, warm, meet, communicate, it was not boring)) We flew away, a paid bar was preparing to open there, it's a pity that we didn't get into it)) Excursions are very expensive, be sure to take boat trips, I really liked it. Fly with a parachute, in Alanya it is relatively inexpensive, compared to Montenegro 100€, in Alanya 50 €. In general, the rest was a success. Come with a good mood, and you will like everything!!

The interior and renovation of the hotel are even nothing. The food is ordinary, it gets boring quickly, but for this price it is acceptable.
When I was there, the service was excellent, the staff was polite and helpful, even managed to get to know the guys and learn about the internal regulations of the hotel.
The rooms run away normally, only ordinary and luxury, but if you take an economy room, be prepared that they will not even come to clean you.
Without tips or they are cleaned the same way, they made Swans for us for 100 lire, it's nice)
The beach across the street is excellent, there is a small stove, due to the fact that it lies flat, it is even better to go in.
The hotel is well located, not the center, but also not on the outskirts, walking to the center took 20-30 minutes of a leisurely walk.
There is a paid bar on the territory of the hotel, I haven't tried anything there, I can't say the norms or not. Of the guests, they praised the hookah, like they score well, not like ours, try it)

We returned from this hotel yesterday. Well, what can I say: the pros - the rooms are clean, spacious, cleaning on request daily. There is a refrigerator in the room - the bar is small and empty. It's old, but clean, it doesn't smell. TV, air conditioning, enough furniture, in good condition. There is a table and two wicker chairs on the balcony.
And from the diet, I will include fruits: watermelons, melons, peaches, apricots, grapes, etc. Everything is ripe and delicious. Coffee in the vending machine, but surprisingly at 4 out of 5)
Well, that's probably all, but the cons:
The plumbing in the room is old, the shower head is rewound with duct tape.
The towels are grey and two per person. It can only be used in the room.
Meal... Well, there is very little choice. One hot serving line. There are always queues, and if you don't take it in advance and get up ten minutes after opening, then everything edible has already been sorted out.
For example, for breakfast (7.30-10.00), we came at 8-9 o'clock. The food was boiled eggs. Well, with coffee + fruit, that's all the food until 12.30. Meals according to the schedule: breakfast from 7.30-10.00, lunch from 12.30-14.00 and dinner from 19.00-21.30. That is, there are 5 hours between lunch and dinner. Between only locally produced drinks are free.
We went to migros for food and water, as there was no water in the room, even at check-in. All drinks are on the ground floor in the dining room from 7.30-22.00.
There were not enough tables, there were not enough sun beds by the pool at all. The smartest watches were occupied with towels at 8 a.m. and went to the sea, those who did not have time were late.
The sea is great, but the slabs at the entrance are very slippery. My foot slipped and got stuck between the slabs, at that time the wave covered me. I got drunk on sea water and almost injured my leg🤦♀️
By the way, everything on the beach is paid and expensive. Two sun beds and an umbrella are $7.50.
Only my own towels. You can buy it at the hotel for a lot.
There is an on-site bar. Paid. People walk until about 4 a.m. It is impossible to sleep if the windows overlook the pool.
And everyone communicates in English, we communicated with the help of a Yandex translator.
Wi-Fi is paid-$ 4, catches only in the lobby and by the pool.
I paid for Bi-line roaming - 450 rubles per day, it catches well and everywhere.

I had a rest at the end of the season. It is located away from the center, so it is always quiet. It is a 3-minute walk to the sea, but the entrance to the water on the beach is made of slabs. It's better to go a little to the left, the beach N16 is just super. You can buy a SIM in the BIM store, it costs about 600 rubles. There is a Migros supermarket next to the hotel. There were few people in the hotel, so there were no queues at the restaurant. There was always enough food, we didn't stay hungry, everything was delicious, the cook was personally present in the hall. The staff is quite adequate. The cleaners constantly wanted to clean the room, apparently due to the fact that there were few guests. Questions arose only about the bathroom when taking a shower, the entire floor is in water. But these are all small things. I did not go to Turkey to stay in a hotel. All attractions are within walking distance.

Terrible hotel! It's not even three stars, let alone four.
There are no such elementary things in the room, such as: a trash can, slippers, water, a kettle, a hair dryer, the Internet is only paid, and that's only 3 MB!
There is only ONE outlet for the whole room! And that includes a small refrigerator. I had to buy an extension cord, as well as slippers with a small urn. The air conditioners are old and do not cope with their task at all.
Very cramped and worn elevators for one person. There are no views from the hotel. Either on a small pool or as I have in the photo. Very dirty in the corridors of the hotel.
They feed some kind of mess all the time. Not at all appetizing. Pressed meat is the most inexpensive. If you are lucky, try to snatch fried chicken on the grill, this is the most edible. But it's not enough, so come early.
All drinks are cheap. There are no natural juices, or even store-bought ones. Only diluted powder (yuppie).
When I checked in, there was a faulty air conditioner in my room that was rattling. At the reception, they shrugged their shoulders and said that there were no free rooms. But, after I insisted that a technician was called and we went to the room with him, we made a replacement.
I have a business trip, so I'm not so offended yet, since I came for 4 days.
I am writing this review for those who come to rest for a week or more. In any case, do not choose this hotel. It is not worth the money you spent and can spoil your impression of a vacation in Turkey.
It is better not to take all inclusive and eat in a cafe.

The room has not been cleaned once, from the word at all. I had to take toilet paper from the shared toilet, and then buy it.

I am at the hotel at the moment. The stars are certainly too high. These are three stars. I arrived at one o'clock in the morning. There wasn't even a bottle of drinking water in the room. There are stains on the bed linen. There are hairs from previous tourists on the bathroom mirror. I had to wash the mirror myself. In the morning at breakfast, the mood completely dropped from the sight of unwashed cups with traces of plaque from coffee. The same analogy with tea glasses. To my remark, the waiter boy lazily wiped the glass with a towel, which did not make it cleaner. The choice of food is varied. Every day there is both fish and meat. A variety of fruits.But, cheeses and cottage cheese are terribly salted, side dishes in places too, for dinner a couple of times I came across rotten tomatoes and eggplants.The beach of the hotel is 21. A separate story. There are rocks at the entrance to the sea . Quite slippery and sharp, I injured my leg on the first day. After that, I went to the 14th beach.One of the advantages of the hotel is the availability of hot water in the room without interruptions.Beautiful design of the hall. Everything else goes into the negative, as well as paid Internet.I liked Alanya itself - nature, sea, parks, Cleopatra beach closer to the center.I would like to return to Alanya again, but definitely to another hotel.

Hot chocolate, the children asked - said no. A minute later, another bartender, Aziz, replaced him for a couple of minutes - he poured hot chocolate and drinks without restrictions.. The woman asked the evil bartender to pour wine, he began to mumble with displeasure and wave his hands - poured a drop of wine and diluted it with tonic and gave her something evil saying to her: she stopped being polite, and in response he jumped out from behind the bar and climbed up to fight with her. But other employees dragged him away, although it was a pity - the woman was big - she did not give offense to herself.. In the morning, for breakfast, the children were put on one plate for two, they were sleeping in the room after the tour - one of the waiters snatched the plate out of wildly smoking something and took everything and poured it into the trash.. The Internet catches only $ 2 per day at the hotel, it is profitable to buy a tourist SIM card and the Internet will work everywhere. The beach is a 2min walk away. Rafting is $ 12 with lunch transfer and you can shoot photo videos on your phone (you just need to buy a waterproof transparent case (their video costs $ 25 with a high-quality flash drive) - you need to wear closed shoes.
