I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION!
They installed the air conditioner in May, two men came to the call, one did not understand what to do at all, the second was drunk and smelled of alcohol, as a result, the air conditioner was hung up only in 4 hours, the pigsty of the master was rare, without asking permission they began to put tools and spare parts on our bed, during installation one of the the masters told the other that they had fixed something badly and that the freon would quickly go away, which happened. half a month later, problems began, not only did the conditioner stop coping with its main task (to cool), but it also began to gurgle and the smell of dampness appeared during use, due to improper installation, organizations wrote and called more than once to sort out the problem, as a result, they simply ignore and do not respond They are fed with promises that they will arrive, then they call, saying that they will not arrive today due to a delay on another order and that they will arrive tomorrow, and tomorrow they say that it is already a new day and they already have other applications!
You ask the masters what is how and when, they throw up their hands, IN SHORT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION!

We contacted this company to install (install) an air conditioner.
The installation of the air conditioner was carried out by an employee of the company Andrey.
The air conditioner was installed, but there was not enough decorative element (plug), which hides the box adjacent to the wall.
The installer Andrey indicated that all the plugs were over for today and he could bring it next week.
Without question, we made concessions to the man and agreed.Although the installation costs a lot of money (350 rubles).
Next week, of course, no one called us.We recruited this employee ourselves and tried to pick up this plug ourselves.
But, alas, the man did not have time and was constantly told that he was busy with orders.
And so, having agreed on Sunday that a person would bring this missing part, we expected.
At the appointed time, the employee Andrey did not arrive again.
The person answered the call from our side that he was very busy, on orders and did not have time for us.
Unable to stand such an attitude towards myself, I said that this is not how customers are treated and that the installation was not completed!!!
I want to draw the attention of the head of this company to an employee of Andrey!This is the first time we have encountered such boorish behavior and attitude.The man absolutely did not realize his guilt and did not want to resolve this situation in any way!The installation left unpleasant impressions.
