I would like to express my deep gratitude to the doctors and all the staff of the KRDMO for their high level of professionalism, kindness, patience, friendly attitude and care for women in labor and their babies.
Delivery on 14.01.25, paid, partner, with the choice of a doctor. Based on dozens of positive reviews, Natalia Yanovna Skobeleva was chosen and not for a second wanted. The doctor is really a high-level professional, very responsive, understanding, kind. The expression "doctor from God" is definitely about her. Throughout all periods of labor, I was there for her, I supported her, I felt absolutely confident that everything would go well - and it turned out that way. Obstetrician-gynecologist Bublis A. and midwife Markevich M. were also at birth, they constantly took care of me, helped me breathe properly, take a comfortable position, and distract myself. Despite all the pain of childbirth, due to such a wonderful attitude of the staff, only pleasant memories remained.
In the postpartum ward, we were in a paid family-type ward, and all four days we were surrounded by care from midwives, pediatric nurses, and orderlies. Seeing my inexperience and anxiety, I was always helped to change my clothes and feed the baby; to arrange breastfeeding or just supported morally. Thanks to the very helpful midwife Elizabeth, unfortunately I did not remember the last name, and the nurse Kalyakina L.M.
A competent neonatologist, Homolko K.A., works with children. She told us in detail about the results of the child's tests and examinations, his condition at the moment, and answered all questions in detail.

I am so glad that my third birth took place in the Regional Maternity Hospital! I have something to compare it with (before that there were 2 and 5 maternity hospitals in Minsk).
All the staff is friendly, helpful and attentive!
During the birth on 04/08/2025, Galina Vasilyevna Kazakevich, a doctor, and V. V. Bronnikova, a midwife, and a couple of other intern girls, were with me. Any whim: hot shower, ctg on football or lying down. They were constantly interested in the condition. In the delivery room, they wiped my face with cool water! This is something! Bow to the ground! I sincerely wish you good health! I will remember you all my life and thank you!
And nurses, and nurses, and doctors, all the staff as a selection! There are no complaints about the postpartum period either: They checked how I get up after giving birth, helped me take a shower, the doctors were very caring and attentive, physiotherapy for uterine contractions, examination of the baby (ultrasound of the head, heart, hip joints, ECG, hearing check). A psychotherapist and a reflexologist came to the ward.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff of the Minsk regional maternity hospital, starting with pathology and ending with the postpartum department. On 02.12.2024, I was admitted to the hospital at 41 weeks of pregnancy. And already on 03.12.2024 in the evening, our wonderful boy was born.
I sincerely thank the head of the gynecological department, Sergey Ivanovich Luschikov, and the midwife, Svetlana Nikolaevna Malevich, for their professionalism and dedication to their work. The birth took place calmly, recommendations were clearly given, to which I listened. Svetlana Nikolaevna immediately put the baby to her chest. These are unforgettable emotions!
Special thanks to the staff of the pathology department, the head of the obstetrics department, Natalia Yanovna Skobeeva, who always found a minute to ask about my well-being. Boltrushko Zhanna Vasilyevna, thank you so much for the reverent attitude towards me and for instilling faith and calmness in my strength and predicting my speedy delivery. Therefore, I was already mentally determined that I should give birth soon.
Many thanks to the nurse, Ulasnevich Anastasia Sergeevna, for her optimism and accurate blood tests. Walking past you in the hallway, I was always charged with light and good mood.

The first experience of childbirth is very important for a woman. And I can say with confidence that I would come to the regional maternity hospital more than once! I have never seen such kindness and empathetic attitude, from a doctor to a nurse.
The postpartum ward was free, however, new renovation in light shades, 3 beds, shower and toilet in the ward. It's warm and spacious.
The food in the dining room is good.
It so happened that the child needed to be monitored in the pediatric department. People "from God" work in this place. Many thanks to Galina Arkadyevna Dragun, a neonatologist. It's like a second mom for every new mom. Coming to the daily checkups, she told me everything, showed me, not a single one of my questions remained unanswered. Galina Arkadyevna is always with a smile, care, necessary advice, and sometimes with children's poems.
In the same department, both doctors and nurses actively helped with breastfeeding and care. They never refused any requests, they were happy to share information.
I have good, warm memories of this place. Thank you again for this level of professionalism and, of course, for your son Leon.

I was registered here for pregnancy with Yulia Lenkevich, a very positive doctor, I will not describe her advantages, but she has many of them, one of the trump cards is the midwife Elena Konstantinovna, oh, she will not let you miss any analysis, you will be like silk. Pregnancy went well. It was a cop, Natalya Yanovna, a SUPER doctor, operated, the birth went so well and quickly that she did not even have time to come to her senses. I would like to emphasize that Natalia Yanovna's work is clear, not a step to the right, not a step to the left. Thank you so much for my son, he grew up in this hospital for 5 days in love and care. I recommend paid VIP rooms, they are very comfortable and new. The staff is polite and courteous at all stages, it is clear that they love their work and do even more than necessary. I'll come here for the second one without a doubt. There is a minus one - there is no parking, you can't stand along the road on a weekday, you have to park too far, and it's not pleasant to walk in the snow at 9 months of pregnancy

The birth took place on 03/08/2025. The baby was helped to be born by obstetrician-gynecologist Inna Yurievna Tsarik, obstetrician Yana (unfortunately, I do not know her last name or patronymic), as well as a doctor.Sister Maria is very grateful to this team, the attitude was very good, they helped with childbirth, talked very politely, calmed down, helped to distract and even massaged the lower back during labor, helped to breathe properly. It so happened that the baby needed to be monitored in the pediatric department for newborns. Our neonatologist, Galina Dragun, is grateful to her for her daughter. Coming to the daily checkups, Galina Arkadyevna is always smiling, polite, kind, explains everything, tells and shows, always answers the questions asked. Galina Arkadyevna always looked at the baby with care, and sometimes with children's mini-fairy tales, and also helped a lot with breastfeeding, explained everything about caring for the baby.

When I gave birth in 2013 and 2016, I was just delighted! The best maternity hospital! Every man is GOLD! And the courses for preparing for childbirth were at a high level! Classes with a psychologist, which are not available in other maternity hospitals, turned out to be especially valuable. And this is despite my skepticism about how many psychologists are divorced now. It was really at the regional level, and it was knowledge in the field of psychology that especially helped to overcome difficulties, both during childbirth and after!
But unfortunately, the experience of being in the hospital in 2020 and 2024 did not please me. By that time, the head of neonatology had changed and, in general, the approach to newborn babies and newly-made moms. If earlier, with physiological weight loss, a kind woman doctor came and set her up for a positive, showed and told in detail how to feed the baby, set her up for a successful GW, which eventually turned out, thank you very much! Now the head of Homolko, Ksenia Alexandrovna, began to come and literally immediately, I won't call it anything else, intimidate moms by saying that they now have PATHOLOGICAL (her favorite word) weight loss. No matter how you explain to her that the loss is physiological and natural, she doesn't seem to hear at all. Complementary foods are immediately used, and this time even a glucose dropper with a slight excess of iron at birth. She immediately answers any arguments about the protocols of the Ministry of Health on how she should act. It is commendable that she knows the normative literature, however, in my opinion, she lacks the simple life experience to hold such a position. I have a complete feeling that he does not have children of his own. I'll be glad if I'm wrong. Meanwhile, the doctor at the clinic was very surprised when she showed an extract from the hospital and said that with such an iron, the child was offered glucose droppers. The doctor said that the iron was good and so, and literally in a day or two it returned to normal. And that if other children often develop anemia soon, then we are not in danger.
In the end, I managed only by feeding my own milk without additional feeds and ivs, but, intimidated by her, I fed the child like a bad one, so that only she would not write to us that we had pathological weight loss. As a result, children are slightly obese, as lactation has developed excessively! Instead of quietly feeding the children, as before.
And what do other moms do? They just stupidly feed the kids with a double and triple dose of milk, and Ksenia Alexandrovna then claps her hands and congratulates them on how well they gain weight immediately during the first and second days......................
Oh yes, the renovation is cool!!!!!!!! In general, everything else is super!

I also thought about signing a contract on a paid basis with the opportunity to choose a doctor for myself, and I never did. And I also did not regret it, but on the contrary, I was lucky to have a surgeon who did CS. I had to quarrel a little when I saw a gynecologist when I received a referral already at the maternity hospital. They didn't want to accept me, even though it was 40 weeks and 4 days and ofits. a referral from my local gynecologist . It was unpleasant, but then they accepted it anyway. And although they said there were no places, there were plenty of places. About the maternity hospital itself: I was in the pathology department, clean, tidy, my room was for 2 people and free(!), there were also rooms for 2,3, 5 people. The repair is good, although the shower in the hallway is 2 pcs (not very good condition). Food-see the photo. It's quite passable and the porridge is delicious. Many thanks to Associate Professor Larisa Mikhailovna Nebyshynets, she is a smart girl! And to Obukhovich Andrey Viktorovich, who performed an emergency caesarean on me! The seam is beautiful, neat and everything was fine with the baby. And the whole team that delivered me: the anesthesiologists and everyone. The birth was at 04:00 and they all coped. The doctor prescribed Uskov: competent and cheerful! In general, many thanks to the doctors and all my warmth for the beautiful daughter!! The second birth, there is something to compare it with. 06.06.23 I gave birth in this hospital, arrived at night, everyone was calm and friendly, as far as possible at 3 a.m., I was examined and sent to the prenatal room. All the workers on that shift are very nice and friendly girls. Terekhovich M.A. took delivery, according to the contract, this maternity hospital has a doctor's choice service, which is very cool. I wrote to her as soon as I arrived and she was in touch with the midwives from 5 a.m. and monitored my condition and CTG, and at 8:00 she was already in the ward. The birth was not the easiest, but I felt calm that I was in the hands of professionals, I did not feel abandoned, every 15 minutes someone came up, and for the last hour, maybe 1.5 M.A. did not leave me. Everything went fine, the baby was born healthy, the first thing they put on my stomach, and a little later after the examination they put it to my chest. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone for the human attitude and calmness that is so necessary in childbirth. The postpartum department is also fine, the wing is renovated, I was in a paid ward, I felt like in a sanatorium, the food also pleased me. Without details, the bottom line is that doctors who have been trained to work according to protocols for generations have stopped understanding the main thing - humanity above all. Hence the mistakes justified by protocols, hypocrisy, rudeness, which are based on fear of the punishing sword of justice and the "it's necessary" learned by generations, so "they always did".
There is such a term as iatrogenic diseases (resulting from treatment). So the maternity hospital is the source of this phenomenon for the child and the continuation for the woman in labor.
I don't blame the maternity hospital, unfortunately, we are all hostages of the system, and medical mutual responsibility makes everything look very decent..

I gave birth here in April 2024, the first birth.
The reception and delivery rooms, of course, have been in need of repair for a long time (it seems to be in the process), the postpartum room is a good repair and pleasant rooms, but the beds are uncomfortable (too high, it is difficult to get up after childbirth without straining too much).
A paid ward for 100 rubles per day could be better.
The food is generally edible, but it is interesting that in the corridor there is a memo about GW, in which it is not recommended to eat dried fruits at first, while oatmeal with dried apricots for breakfast. I have nothing against dried fruits and generally do not support dietary restrictions, but it turns out they contradict themselves.
The birth itself: I regretted that I came to the hospital with an opening of ~ 4 cm, it was too early. Belarusian medicine lacks modern approaches, for some reason everyone gets enemas and amniotomy (maybe because they gave birth at night and the staff wanted to finish quickly?), they are not allowed to drink during labor, only one sip (seriously?), CTG cannot be done in a comfortable position, only lying down (and this is minutes 40 with contractions).
On the positive side: during my entire stay in the maternity ward, everyone supported me, told me what to do, did not put pressure on my stomach (I was afraid of this according to reviews from other maternity hospitals), there was no psychological pressure either, the staff was interested in natural childbirth, so they try to help as much as possible in this regard and not bring it to an emergency COP.
I would like to highlight and thank the department for newborns separately: the attitude towards children is excellent. Pediatricians, neonatologists, etc., the staff of the department are very attentive, adequate, explain all examinations and recommendations (not outdated, by the way, as far as I can assess, without having a medical education).

In the same way, the doctor does not ask anything and does not ask a question, it feels like you do not need to know about your health. After the operation, they were brought in, they could not get through to anyone from the post to say that you were ill, they answered the request that it was intolerably painful to anesthetize you, this is how it should be. But I would like to say about one unpleasant moment that happened a month before the birth. I came for a consultation with a doctor, the head of the department will arrange for paid childbirth and conclude a contract. The doctor greeted me and said: what do you want from life? I didn't even understand what the question was. Then she said that she would think about whether she would take me to a paid birth, since I am a person from the street and she is not interested in me. And she added that she would only be paid 60 rubles for me, why would she need such responsibility. I was in such shock that that day I didn't talk much to anyone anymore, even to my husband, and when I came to my senses, then I cried for three days and was afraid to go to this maternity hospital to give birth. Although I got into it because of my residence permit. As for the birth, everything was successful. Many thanks to Yulia's doctor, she delivered the baby (I forgot my last name) and Anastasia's midwife, who did not leave my side for a second while I was sitting on a fitness ball, she squatted next to me for about two hours and constantly supported me. When I gave birth, the doctor said that I was lucky, because I had an absolutely short umbilical cord. But everything turned out well) I asked for a paid solitary ward, of course it was convenient and comfortable there, the only thing that they put a lot of stitches on me, so it took a long time to heal. The staff of the postpartum department are adequate and friendly, except for a couple of nuances. Some people answer questions as if you're dumb and you already have a fifth child. Still, I would like more understanding and patience on their part.

I was very pleased with the postpartum department on the 1st floor. I was lucky enough to get into a double room with increased comfort. The ward was very beautiful, spacious and bright, like the whole ward. The midwives and the rest of the department staff are very responsive and pleasant.
Every day, my baby's temperature and weight were measured, his eyes, nose and face were treated. We were constantly undergoing tests, went for ultrasound.

We were lucky with the doctors. The baby met with his mother (06/21/2022) and 10 days later the two of them checked out home. The birth was the first and turned out to be difficult. Thanks to the professionalism of the DOCTORS and their team, everything was resolved safely. Low bow!!! One thing "killed" how to turn off the hot water in the hospital.... Additional load of honey.for the sisters, water was constantly heated for the women in labor, day and night. Thanks to the staff for their patience and attention!!!

I gave birth there a long time ago, but I'm still treating the consequences. They didn't believe me that I was in labor. I gave birth when they passed, I just pushed. Moreover, the doctor went to another woman in labor, entrusting the neck suturing to the residency doctor. As a result, on the third day, I had to do curettage, the neck was completely closed.
Three years later, I was sent here to treat my neck. The treatment ended in nothing: either the doctor went on vacation, or the equipment broke down. She continued her treatment at a paid medical center.

We faced rudeness as soon as we drove in, the guard sent us behind the barrier in a rude form, my husband went to park the car, I decided to ask how to transfer the package and then it started, go there to nowhere.....
