Excellent restaurant on the castle grounds, very atmospheric. The menu mainly contains dishes of Belarusian cuisine, but there is a large selection: a whole page is devoted to one draniki) Beautiful food presentation, delicious tinctures) Portions, by the way, are not very large, but enough to eat and not overeat.
The price is acceptable👍🏼
A good place to visit while walking around the Mir Castle. The atmosphere, the interior, the service - everything is at a very decent level. The dishes are delicious, aesthetic, beautiful presentation, BUT there are questions about the taste qualities of some: snails are a little dry, jerks are also weak in cooking, the price tag corresponds to the lock, not small. It's not bad to sit and relax here, but I would like to better present the national cuisine in such a place, otherwise there may be a double impression.
Overall a good restaurant. The interior is stylized according to the theme of the place where it is located, there are several halls. The food is delicious, there are various dishes of Belarusian cuisine. But they cook for a long time.
A very tasty restaurant, an unusual serving of Belarusian dishes! The restaurant is located in the basement of the castle, the entourage of the castle plunges into the past for many centuries! Excellent and very fast service! I definitely recommend it!
In such a wonderful place as Mir Castle there is a restaurant Prince's Court, but.... coming here to the World every year, we notice that the restaurant is getting worse, the prices are completely out of line, greatly overstated, the assortment is small, poor, several dishes and branded infusions are constantly unavailable, indeed, it was possible to diversify the menu with normal, delicious dishes of Belarusian cuisine, and the presented assortment with a hint of sophistication, in particular which constantly lacks something, just disgraces the atmosphere and a pleasant pastime turns into a bad mood.I would especially like to say about the young waitresses, who, apparently, have not been taught to communicate with customers at all, bland faces, strained smiles, unwillingness to prompt and ignorance of the composition of dishes, are boring and disgusting. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, the music is well chosen, the rest is a complete disappointment.Hurtful...
It's a very good place. Excellent cuisine, polite and attentive staff. Good location - we ate and went on an excursion! ;) Fell for the rating in Yandex and did not lose)) But there are also some disadvantages. Since this is a basement room, the connection (in my case, MTS) catches poorly, it was problematic to replenish the wallet balance. And the staff does not give WiFi, motivates by the fact that it is for the operation of the service! ??? We can say that we were lucky that there was an empty table. I recommend calling them and booking in advance.
One star for going there at all.
The food is so-so, for that kind of money it's better to eat shawarma, as I did in a non-movable castle, but it's cheap.
There is nothing from the ordered borscht yet, at least there was meat, you eat the second one and cry. Maybe someone will explain to me why you have to look for pork in a pork neck dish, and not enjoy pork. I basically ate only salted boiled cucumbers for 25 rubles. In general, the aftertaste of pickles after a meat dish, I think, says a lot.
The service was so-so, I had to attract attention to myself so that something would happen.
The atmosphere is a basement like a basement, if the unpainted walls can be called an interior, then the counter is European, in general, about nothing.
And in general, when I applied, I asked to be fed quickly, is it really impossible to make a couple of quick dishes.
In conclusion, I can say one thing I liked the Mir Castle itself, but I won't even go to the eatery called the restaurant anymore.
However, this is what the campaign is designed for, people come and go, and the next time will not be soon.
This is a delightful place where you can experience a gastronomic orgasm in all its manifestations! Service 10/10, feed rate 10/10, food 10/10, atmosphere 10/10
I didn't have time to take a picture of the refrigerator, it was the most delicious refrigerator that I managed to try in Belarus.
I've already eaten here twice, and it was always delicious. Surprisingly, there are few people here, although prices are fine here.
Draniki are just great. As well as coffee, by the way.
The atmosphere is great, so I highly recommend the place to visit!
Interesting menu. Great firewood for dessert. Intermittently, the service is not very friendly and takes a long time. Prices are slightly above average. But the restaurant is also in the castle itself. No wonder)
The restaurant left a bad impression. I got a new waitress who couldn't navigate the food. We ordered scrambled eggs with pancakes and sausages, specifically asked if there were vegetables in the dish, we were told that there were not. As a result, they brought half-cooked scrambled eggs, not even half a sausage and a bunch of stewed cabbage with onions (which was not mentioned anywhere at all).
Dumplings with mushrooms were also filled up with the same cabbage.
Well, for dessert, herbal tea without a filter with sticks. When asked how to drink it, they replied that they always bring it that way. They asked to be removed from the account, they agreed.
The atmosphere is strange, the basement is dark, not very cozy, the prices are overpriced
We were on a tour of the castle with the children , went to have breakfast at the castle , a very atmospheric place , very tasty, we were pleasantly impressed. Especially from the bubbling glaze . Cappuccino also pleased me. We recommend it!!!
On the plus side, the food was brought quickly. That's all.
The food is incredibly greasy. He adds a bunch of vile stewed cabbage to any dish. The menu doesn't say anything about it. The waitress clarified the composition, she said there were no vegetables in the dish and they brought 3 dishes, and in each there was a mountain of this disgusting cabbage. We ordered tea and coffee, and they brought it right away, before the meal. The tea brew was without a pouch. You catch pieces and sticks of tea leaves from your mouth.
I do not recommend dining here, plus the prices are above average.
I will leave a negative review because of the waiters. We ordered soups and tea. soups are fine, they wanted pancakes - they said to wait 40 minutes..draniki... 40 minutes?.. They refused. the fiasco was with tea, the waitress was told just Tea. as a result, they brought tea for three and counted tea for 3, although it was said just TEA And 3 mugs. Why did the waitress decide to punch as many as 3 pieces and naturally refusing to pick it up, we paid for 3 teas. In general, the impression is not very good. And the waiters discuss in front of their own guests those guests who have left, and quite loudly) Something like this
And how did you think the nobility feasted during the dawn of the local castles?? And what does everyone know about sbiten? In general: it will be delicious, satisfying, atmospheric and colorful.
And there are rumors that the best draniki are here! Don't you believe it??
A stylish restaurant right in the mir complex. The interior is stylized. Solid menus. The cuisine is interesting with an emphasis on national roots. The price is quite consistent with the pathos of the place. The snails are over-dried, shriveled. In general, improperly cooked ones cost as much as 35 BYN . Roast in a frying pan, called "Yechnya" Belarusian with pancakes in the composition of pancakes, brisket, homemade sausage, onion, egg, sour cream, greens. It's not exactly a delicious restaurant dish. In general, that place is not bad.
We lived in the castle hotel. The restaurant is located in the lower part of the castle. We liked dinner and breakfast. Reasonable prices, delicious food.
The food is monotonous and tasteless, the staff behaves incorrectly towards visitors, it takes a very long time to wait for hot dishes, only the atmosphere gives this place 1 star. We are very upset and hope that the restaurant administration will read it and take any measures.
We stopped by for lunch. The usual draniki were offered 40 minutes to wait!!! We refused. They asked for borscht and coffee. The borscht is slightly warm, and the coffee is not clear at all - and it was served in some incomprehensible mugs. The impression of the restaurant remained bad. We went across the street to Mirum to drink coffee to improve our mood. It's a shame - this is our Belarusian "business card".
A twofold feeling remained after visiting this restaurant.
The interior supports the theme of the place - it's great. But the staff and the food were not pleased.
The waiter greeted her from the doorway with a loud "will you have lunch?". No greeting, no smile, no cordiality…
For some completely incomprehensible reason, she left for lunch during the service (and for some reason she told us about it) and had to wait a long time for the dirty dishes to be taken away and the bill brought.
About the food: the pancakes were like mashed potatoes, there was a rotten leaf in the salad, there was no warm juice available and the waiter offered to dilute what is with hot water…
Then I couldn't remember if they had beer or not…
I can't appreciate the kitchen, because it didn't come to that. I appreciate the service in fact: 9 people came to the company, we were forced to sit where we did not want, although there were other empty tables without reservations. The waitress exuded contempt and all manner of dominance. When asked to issue 3 invoices, I made my eyes roll out and said (I quote) "place an order quickly and clearly." After that phrase, we actually left
We didn't go to museums, but we didn't like the hotel. Firstly, flies were flying, we had to catch them. The windows don't open- the air conditioner is set to 20, it buzzes a lot, and the temperature hasn't dropped much. The remote control from 1 TV did not work, I had to use one and walk around the rooms with it. The restaurant is good, the food is very tasty- it's a bit expensive. The appearance of the castle is impressive.
I didn't like the food. The brisket is unsalted and overcooked. Draniki are not very good. It took a long time to prepare. But maybe it just happened. The benches are not comfortable. But everyone has their own preferences. The prices correspond to the tourist area.
It's a pretty expensive restaurant. Not the largest assortment and selection, I will not say that Price is quality. I ordered the turrets. Delicious. The cheese sauce is very thin, of course. The rest ordered draniki. They were not salty. It's a little expensive for such a kitchen. And they serve you for a long time
The atmosphere is amazing, especially for dinner. Delicious. Everyone will find something for themselves for sure, and they will be satisfied. Fine wine, salads. Personally, I would change the dessert menu a bit.
The staff is very friendly. As for waiting, if the restaurant is full, you will have to wait, of course, but time flies imperceptibly there), because you are not on the food court), but in a castle that is several hundred years old)), there are other thoughts.
I recommend
Excellent cuisine. The staff is very decent and friendly. Great breakfasts. Unfortunately, we didn't have lunch or dinner. But the coffee and pancakes were great. Pancakes are called nalistniki. I recommend.
The restaurant itself is located in a beautifully restored wine cellar.
The restaurant is pleasant. Do not expect haute cuisine, but you will definitely get a good, high-quality and delicious one. The service is courteous and prompt. The prices are quite reasonable.
A wonderful restaurant in the basement of the knight's castle in the city of Mir, it was especially pleasant to eat and relax in it after climbing the stairs to the fortress towers. The staff is polite and helpful, the dishes are beautiful, the bathroom is dark but clean. We ordered borscht, a pot of meat, boiled pork, pancakes and something else - everything was very tasty. For those who are driving, I really liked the sea buckthorn kvass. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit after a walk around the castle (in any case, there are no other alternatives in the city)!
Kitchen -1
The interior is -3 (does not correspond to the level of the place where it is located, it would be somewhere outside the castle gates -4, a mix of loft style with modernity is not the level of such an institution
Price / quality - 1 (going to SUCH a place, and the castle itself is amazing, you realize that it will not be cheap, but the portions are small, there is no taste, so also the alcohol is diluted, while the prices are -90% of the maximum for the country).
Music - 5++
Service -4+ (there is not enough appropriate staff style, if you have already charged prices, it corresponds)
P.s.
The average check per person, at the time of 02/22/2024 - 50 rubles, excluding alcohol (150-200 ml per person)
Hot from 24p
Soups - 16+p
Salads 20+
Be sure to try the dishes of this restaurant. Sometimes, due to the crowded nature, you will have to wait 30-35 minutes for the dish, but believe me it's worth it. The serving of the dishes and the taste of the dishes themselves are gorgeous!!
It is very beautiful, with its own aura, the food is delicious, we liked everything, the portions are a little bit different in terms of the amount of meat, we had a difference of 2 times, but everything is super.
It's a failure ... It's a pity for the owner: the interiors, furniture, dishes are not bad, but the service and flies in the hall are a guard. The staff should be taught to work, since there is no desire to return a second time.
We had lunch at this restaurant during a visit to the castle complex, a very interesting institution with an emphasis on Belarusian and Lithuanian cuisine.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The waiters are polite, the food is delicious, the service is fast.
It is worth noting the style separately, it is very unusual.
Minus a star for mushrooms to dumplings, very bitter and unpleasant to the taste.
Hello everyone
My wife and I (we are from St. Petersburg) did not like the restaurant: the prices are very high, and the quality is very mediocre - you need to wait in the crowd without being able to book a table, be content with dishes of the most ordinary (without a highlight) quality and do without communication (WiFi is not allowed for guests, and regular communication is not it works). And, as it seemed to us, no one is welcome in the restaurant.
Do not wait and do not overpay!
P.S. Dinner for two at the famous (and similarly stylized) Tallinn Peppersak costs about the same. That the village of Mir is not Tallinn is quite obvious, well, and, as mentioned, everything is not so tasty.
The restaurant is very tasty, I liked everything except the cabbage, it's so-so. There are tables for 6 people and 4, there were six, there was enough space.

Pleasant atmospheric place, good service.
They offered to wait a little at the bar until a table was available. During this time, we have just decided on a choice.
I really liked the pork with potato slices, served with sauce.
The waiting time is approximately 20 minutes.
If it wasn't for the desire to explore the whole castle, we would have stayed longer, the kitchen is worth it)
An atmospheric place.
Only it's better to go further, it's very beautiful there, and everyone sits down in the first room.
Very! delicious draniki!!! The most delicious of all that we have tried.
We also recommend brushwood - tender, soft inside. Take it, you won't regret it
Well, what can I say...As they say - Expensive-rich... The interior is wonderful and fits the place. The staff is friendly. There is an air conditioner. This is very important after the stuffy halls of the castle. There is no Internet or communication from the word at ALL. So if you have an important call or message waiting for you, it's better to postpone the visit. Now for the dishes and their prices... The price tag is designed more for the nobility...not even for the merchants. The refrigerator is 13 rubles!!! Cold weather!!!))) The menu is quite meager, but with big names)Well, I would not say that the taste qualities of the dishes correspond to the price. Payment by card only at the bar at the entrance.
