Terrible service. I called twice - they said 970 rubles. for repainting the roof and trunk. I arrived and it turned out that by order of today, the standard of work has risen in price and the price tag has sharply become 1465p. This is taking into account the fact that no body repair was required there (a couple of bugs and chips). The manager hesitated with the price tag to the last))). There are more truthful reviews about this "dealer" elsewhere. I wish I'd looked there right away.

The history of relations with the FelOkt-service company began with the purchase of a used car in May 2022. It would seem, what could be the catch?! The official Skoda dealer sells his own brand only with mileage. The current warranty, all THAT from an authorized dealer, the entire history of the car (as it turned out, it will not be provided to you before the first visit to the service). Sales manager Alexander S., confidently asserting that there is nothing to fear, the car is as new, "not beaten, not painted", there is high demand for it, there are no discounts... The contract, the cash register - and here you are a happy car owner! All the euphoria of the purchase goes away when that very visit to the service comes and finally you can see the service history. You get access to the car account, you go in and see that the car was not only scheduled for maintenance, but also underwent repairs, the cost of which, by the way, is approximately 25% of the cost of the car. According to the list of replaceable elements, it becomes obvious that the car has been in an accident. This fact was not just kept silent during the sale, but the direct question about painting was answered "it was not." Of course, if the manager had given us full information about the car, we would have considered whether it was worth buying it. Yes, the replacement of all damaged elements was carried out by the dealer (under the previous owner), there is no visible damage now, apart from minor nuances, but the fact of such outright deception on the part of one employee undermines the credibility of the entire company.
There are no questions about the service. They brought me to change the oil. The car was accepted, the seat, steering wheel, and lever were covered with a cover so as not to get dirty. They were replaced quickly, when issuing a car, they handed over a discount coupon for the next appeal, and gave water with them. Everything is fine. Only one drawback: the wrong oil was poured. Admittedly, they responded promptly to this question, apologized, and replaced the oil. Again.
I did not think that by contacting an official dealer you can expect such a surprise. Check the cars and demand her history. Their cars may be correct, but the staff is definitely not.
