Nice hotel, helpful staff, everything is great! The mattresses are soft, the bed is snow-white, the buffet breakfast is served, the lake is nearby, steaks and medallions are incredibly tasty in the cafe, I got a gastronomic pleasure, the portions are huge, they sang beautifully in karaoke. ) Thanks for a great vacation !

The hotel itself is very nice. The room is spacious, the territory is huge, with children's entertainment, indoor pool + sauna, children's room, beach. Everything would be great, there are small BUT, or big ones - to whom as). We stopped by - they didn't give us bracelets to enter the beach, without them 1000 tenge per person, then they let us in without bracelets, then they don't let us in. The thing that killed me is that we live as a family in a hotel, breakfast is included, we come for lunch/dinner and charge 10% for service every time. I work at the hotel myself, we don't do that with guests. On the last day, we were not charged this 10%, a reasonable question arises - could we not have taken it?) And finally, on the day of departure, we decided to take an additional payment for an additional one.a place that was paid for in advance by the voucher. Instead of figuring it out in advance, they began to prove to me that their cost had risen, and we paid less, to my remark that everything was indicated in the voucher, they said that the voucher was in the accounting department, which does not work on Saturday. In the end, we barely figured it out, but it was extremely unpleasant.

A great hotel, with very comfortable living conditions! Its own territory with playgrounds, a sports ground, closed Parking for guests! Your way to the beach! Friendly staff! Delicious cuisine (quite diverse)! The prices are all acceptable! There is a large swimming pool, a gym! I recommend it for a vacation!

In general, everything is fine. But it was cool in the room. I had to ask for a heater. In the shower cabin, the seal on the door does not hold water. That's why the floor was all wet. The staff is polite and courteous. Linen, bathrobes and towels are all clean. There is no dust. Water and tea are provided in the room.

Overall, the hotel is excellent, good location, clean and cozy rooms, friendly staff, but the breakfasts were pumped up.
The table is Buffet-style, but there is no variety and the most in-demand products quickly run out and if you come a little later, you will be content with what is left.

We rested in vip1 (a large 1-storey house) - we liked everything. The service is 5. There are no comments or complaints.
P.S. One of the disadvantages is a paid barbecue near the beach. 5000tg one-time use. I.e. if you fry for 3 days = 15 000tg, put it in the supplement.expenses. There was no barbecue area on the territory of the house. :(

It was winter, the rooms were warm, bright, clean and cozy. The room has a refrigerator, TV, kettle, hairdryer. Super girls do wet cleaning every day, bring water, tea leaves, sugar to the room. Bathrobes, slippers, soap accessories, toothbrushes, and a towel are provided. The food in the dining room is super, the waiters are polite, well, I really liked it. Dirt in the rooms, dust, stains on upholstered furniture, stripped bedside tables - and this is a suite.
Monotonous breakfasts that get boring on the second day. Sausage products and instant coffee taste terrible.
In the hallway, you can hear everything that is being said in the rooms.
Narrow, obviously not double blankets.
The steam rooms are turned on at 19.30, although it is stated that they work until 21.00. And there are many more little things that the hotel staff does not keep track of.
And all this could be forgiven for the excellent location, but the hotel spoiled our vacation with its mocking attitude towards its guests.
On April 29, in the morning, we were going to go for a walk and found that no water was running from the tap. We thought it was temporary, walked past the reception, where no one warned us about anything.
Returning in the evening, we wanted to take a shower and found that there was still no water. There is nothing to flush in the toilet either. At the reception, we were assured that water would be provided in 15 minutes. A couple of hours later, they brought bottles of drinking water. And what to flush with???
15 minutes lasted for several hours, a plumber was sent to the request to give water for flushing, who did nothing. Or was he supposed to distract us in some way??? When the water was given for about an hour or 1.5 more, black water flowed.
The staff made big eyes and said that there must have been an accident. And on the street it was clear that preparations for the replacement of pipes had clearly been underway for several days, what a surprise?!?
In the end, there were no apologies, offers to make amends for their jamb from the hotel

We were here in June 2023. The room is nice with a large balcony, where it was nice to sit with a glass of red wine! Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed, slippers, bathrobe, dental supplies, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer - everything is there! The swimming pool, Finnish sauna and hammam are all functioning, used every day! Upon arrival, the pool did not work, but we were pleasantly compensated for a couple of treatments at a local SPA, and the pool worked in the following days. The breakfasts are very good - a buffet. The territory of the hotel is large with access to the beach! I recommend you to visit!

We lived in summer houses and the next time we arrived, we settled in a cottage for 3 days, friends rented a room. Everything is clean, there are no foreign smells, Breakfast in the morning is pretty decent. Then we went to the sauna - dry and hot steam. In general, we were satisfied with both the hotel and the service! The beauty of the territory deserves separate comments)), very quiet and beautiful!

Nice hotel. One of the best in Borovoye. But this only applies to the main block. Everything about him is cool. If we talk about houses, then there is a complete sanitation. It's very dirty. The 3-bed rooms have terrible mattresses. It was especially killing that the staff brought chairs and tables into the houses from the gazebos, but they were not washed at all!!!!
for 3 months this furniture was on the street. In the dust, in the rain, and not just brought in and not even wiped🤦🏻♂️

This is not the first time we have been to this hotel.
I really like it, cleanliness, order, cozy.
The only thing was that in December it was cool in the building itself, usually much warmer, perhaps because of the severe frosts that had been standing for two weeks.
The staff is polite, the pool is clean, the sauna and hammam are excellent, but the water in the shower pool is too cool and the Jacuzzi did not work, although it was installed a year ago. Great Big Ben bar, cool photo zones. The breakfasts are good. I recommend. We will return more than once.

The houses are beautiful from the outside, although the beds with springs were not comfortable to sleep in.
One gazebo for 3-4 houses, which was a little uncomfortable waiting for everyone to eat, the children were tired from the road and wanted to eat.
