It was in the middle of December 2024 . The station is clean and tidy. but! The money exchange point has disappeared. Where can visitors get tengue? The stall that sells SIM cards did not work, either in the evening or in the morning, at 10.30. The cafe is clean and the pastries are delicious. But there was a drunk bum changing clothes at the next table. But that's not all. Rooms in the hotel on the third floor are, of course, not expensive. But it's a shame to even offer such a “service“ for free! The linen is the color of a doormat and even darned... This is the extent to which the innkeeper does not respect himself or the guests. And what a greedy bastard he is! The air temperature is like in a barracks, the closet is probably a hundred years old, there are no hangers. Rough. The railway station hotel is the face of the country... Shame on you!

I have seen many railway stations in my time and now I can confidently say that my native Kokchetavsky railway station is one of the most beautiful and unusual.
A few years ago, upon arrival in Kokshe, I visited many places that I loved as a child, including the train station. Alas, I didn't have a chance to go inside, but he's still as handsome from the outside!

Firstly, it is cold, secondly, there is no rest room, no normal bathroom, I am generally silent about the shower and the lack of a currency exchange office. The toilet seems to have several cubicles, but all but one are closed, a terrible stench, dirt and unsanitary conditions. The benches in the waiting room are all broken. In general, I do not recommend anyone to visit if there is an opportunity to avoid this.
