We stayed at the hotel 2 times, in 2022 and in 2023, in August. Convenient location, everything is nearby to eat and walk, the suite is clean, convenient, but the first time we were without a SIM card, there was a problem with Wi-Fi, it seemed that it was not too solved with a large number of guests and now. It was no longer so relevant for us, but if there was no connection, then it was just inconvenient. If you are traveling together, then super, the beds are sooo comfortable, but the three of you and your son have an extra paid place. - a very uncomfortable folding sofa. One of the disadvantages is that the video surveillance camera is working loudly, it makes noise all night with the window open. The breakfasts are delicious. The cost is high. 34,000 rubles for three nights for three people. At the level of star hotels in Astana, St. Petersburg and Moscow in the city center.

Excellent hotel, good repair, spacious rooms, bed linen, towels, bathrobes are snow-white, daily room cleaning, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, bathroom accessories are updated daily, tea, water, breakfasts are just great! The location is convenient, opposite the Ferris wheel, 5 minutes to the lake. Among the disadvantages: there is no elevator, no balconies, there is nowhere to dry bathing accessories. The hotel will definitely please you, which I will not say about Borovoye in general...

Booked for one night, everything is great! Parking, cafe-dining room, in-room shower and toilet, kettle, comfortable bed and modern interior. Sleep comfortably, not stuffy. Clear. There are cafes and shops nearby. Special thanks to the girls at the reception, they picked up a suitable room and prepared an early breakfast for us (we left early in the morning). The impressions are positive!

According to the technical condition of the rooms for four (the cabinet doors are sagging, the sockets require repair, the shelf in the bathroom has disappeared, but everything has been fixed). An excellent hotel, clean, cozy, modern, rooms are cleaned daily, everything is snow-white, the location is convenient, we came from Russia, booked on Whatsapp, as they say, honestly, we arrived at 23.30, they were waiting for us., it pleased us. The breakfasts are quite hearty, you can eat both in the restaurant itself and on the street there is a cozy tent. There are also gazebos, we took crayfish and local beer at the local market (by the way, it is 5 min. walking distance from the hotel) we sat in the shade, the air is very good, there is also a barbecue, you can cook a barbecue yourself. The lake is across the street, a beautiful park with attractions, a Ferris wheel on the shore, a very wonderful option without climbing into the mountains to see the lake from a height (but it is better to visit the observation deck). The prices are not even expensive, I believe that I will return to Borovoye again, and when choosing a hotel I will undoubtedly stay in Greenwich, I recommend it!!!!! You won't regret it!!!

A solid four, of the minuses, only the lack of an elevator is especially important when they move to the 5th floor. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is not a buffet, but it is quite satisfying and delicious. The location is not on the very first line, but not far enough from the beach. Parking is hot in the sun, there is no place to hide a car in the morning or in the evening. It is advisable to book only even rooms on the non-hot side.

From July 22 to July 30, 2023, we rested in Borovoye. The Koktem Hotel was booked through the travel agency Eurasia-Tour LLC in Omsk. They are populated by time. The hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean, daily cleaning, gel, shampoo, one-time toothbrushes with paste are replenished every day, there are slippers, bathrobes. Mattresses, pillows are excellent, bed linen, towels are snow-white, soft. The territory is clean, I was surprised that the gazebos (very cozy) they wash it every morning, although they don't litter it. The location is convenient, the lake has attractions, a market, cafes, shops, a park - all within a 2-5 minute walk. The breakfasts are decent – you can choose either rice porridge or oatmeal or scrambled eggs from 2 eggs with sausages or omelette, tea, fruit drink or coffee. And yogurt, dried fruits, vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes), 2 pieces of apple, 2 pieces of sausage, cheese and bread, pancake, butter are served separately on a beautiful plate. You can't eat all this for breakfast. Everything is delicious!!! There are no disadvantages.

Thank you for a great stay, high service and delicious breakfasts at a great price.
Special thanks to the administrator Maria. We picked up rooms for the dates we needed, provided there were a shortage of rooms and free dates. Such attention to guests is worth learning from other, more "loud" places.
The hotel staff is also very friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, the beds and sets are on the same level. The photos correspond to reality. We were not disappointed in the choice at all.
Thank you again for a great vacation for our family in your wonderful place.

We didn't have wi-fi, although there was a password in the room, apparently the connection was not very good.

A wonderful, magnificent hotel!!! So, to begin with, our vacation turned out to be very sudden and my husband wrote to five hotels, but only one responded - Greenwich! The Watts ap answered in a minute, told us everything in detail, calculated the cost and booked, and the next day we left Russia for Kazakhstan. We were at the hotel from July 2 to July 8. We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but we were settled for an additional fee earlier, which we were very happy about! They even offered two similar rooms to choose from, you could choose the view from the window, we chose the courtyard. The room turned out to be clean, tidy, toothbrushes, pastes and gels were provided, tea, sugar and water were brought every day. Wet cleaning, garbage collection, too, every day. In general, we are 100% satisfied. There is Parking in the yard, a Playground, benches. We were with two children :5 years and 3 years. I would like to cancel the hotel restaurant separately!!! The food there is amazing!!! In the morning every day for breakfast they gave a dish with pancakes, cheese, sausage, butter, tomato, cucumber, two types of bread and dried fruits, nuts. And additionally, there are 3 types of porridge to choose from, scrambled eggs or omelet. I am attaching a photo. You can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel for a fee. I ordered soups for the children every day. The entire menu at the hotel is incredibly tasty, the portions are large and hearty.(for example, I fed two children with one bowl of soup).
Regarding the location... the hotel is in a very good location, right in the center of Borovoye. There is an amusement park across the street and access to the lake beach. The stay on the beach is free of charge. In general, we had a very good rest, we plan to return to this hotel again! I'm attaching a little photo

The hotel and rooms are excellent, the staff and food are disgusting compared to last year. The waiters can't cope with the influx of guests, they don't pay attention, they have to wait for half an hour and constantly remind themselves about themselves, then about the appliances. They can't issue a neat invoice. They did not include one portion of coffee in the payment, they started calling the room, as if we had not paid, although we paid with a card at the terminal.
Room cleaning is also not very good. There were 4 of us, they left us for two or three. They were accused of stealing foot towels when handing over the room, then it turned out that the maid did not count well.
In general, if you compare the service and cuisine with last year, then you can safely put the hotel 2.

I liked only the location of the hotel and the main facilities nearby. The breakfasts are monotonous (i.e. the same thing every day), the service is slow (I had to wait at an unmade table for half an hour). We tried to order food in addition to breakfast, we also had to wait a very long time! The cleaning also leaves much to be desired... They asked for an iron to iron things, it's just terrible... The ironing board is barely breathing, the iron is leaking, and yellow stains have remained on things. At the reception, you need to get information from the administrators with claws! Don't set foot on you anymore!

Nice room, everything is there. The main thing is clean and tidy. The food in the cafe is all fresh and delicious, but it takes a long time to cook (you wait from 30 to 45 minutes). The breakfast is very hearty and delicious. The location is not convenient if you walk, but you don't feel the difference with a car. The road from the hotel to the main street is dead, parking is open, but under surveillance cameras.

The rooms are nice, clean, not killed.
There are separate cottages on the territory, the hotel itself and gazebos with a barbecue (good quality). The kitchen is very small and works only until 20.00 in fact. It's a little early to close the kitchen. The breakfasts are not bad, but it's the same every day! You'll be eating the same breakfast for 10 days, all 10 days. It is good to have its own parking. Upon arrival on 05/14/21 we rented a gazebo with a barbecue 5000 tenge for 3 hours (coal, dishes, gazebo plus all the necessary tools), stayed for 3 days and wanted to rent a gazebo again, but said it would cost 10,000!!!!!! It all ruined both the mood and the overall impression of the hotel! Then, however, after 30 minutes they said that it was possible for 5000, but everything was no longer wanted! And we went to the Saffron cafe nearby (good cuisine, large portions, reasonable prices). The sound insulation is not very good in the rooms.
