A cozy family-run hotel with a history in the very center of Tbilisi. The building itself is located in the historical center of the city, on ornate atmospheric streets. It takes 10-15 minutes on foot from Rustaveli Avenue and Freedom Square.
The building itself is very atmospheric, beautifully decorated with antique furniture inside. The owners are very proud of the history of the house and cherish the heritage - it used to belong to director Sergei Parajaninov.
There are about 6 or 7 rooms, so the atmosphere is homely. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the bed linen is nice. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator, a cozy balcony with a beautiful view.
Breakfasts are included in the price, they are very plentiful, hearty, everything is delicious at home. Many thanks to Manana for her efforts!! A good hotel to stay here for a few days!
A terrible attitude.
We booked a room a month before the trip. Upon arrival, the room was not ready, they said that people would leave at 23 and check us in. At 23, the room was not available.
At this time, everyone is walking around and sighing, oh, how did it happen, this has never happened. What an overlay.
But
I talked to those who did not leave. They booked from the date the day before arrival to check in at 6 a.m. And the room wasn't ready! People lived there! As a result, these tourists checked in only at 15 instead of 6 in the morning.
The whole guest house is a solid theater and a mess, avoid this bestial attitude.
Due to the cancelled hostel, I had to urgently look for a room with the children. The owner quickly replied and settled in. Moreover, he immediately offered a better room for the same money.
The place is cozy and interesting. There is a wonderful view of the city from the window!
The room is spacious and clean. The necessary appliances are available: refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer. Everything is new, everything works. There were also necessary and pleasant little things: shower accessories, towels, including for feet, disposable slippers, cups, napkins ...
Breakfast may not be the richest, but they try to feed everything a little bit - as a result, they did not finish breakfast, but they ate for half a day.
Thanks for the comfort!
Breakfast is an illusion of hospitality. The small table seems to be bursting with treats. They bring plates and put them on top of each other, because there is no place on the table.
In fact, everything is cheap and tasteless. Even margarine is put in place of butter. Curdled milk (most likely the cheapest dairy product).
The condition of the rooms is not monitored. I went to the shower from the road - the drain is clogged, the water is ankle-deep.
The faucet on the sink is not fixed and is loose.
The door handle has fallen apart, its remains are in the safe.
The safe won't close. "You don't need a safe, no one will steal anything," says the receptionist.
And then why is there a safe in the room?
Expensive wireless headphones eventually disappeared.
A wonderful family-run hotel. I liked everything - from the breathtaking history of this house to its current owners - the owners of the hotel -). Manana, thank you very much for the hospitality of your home and for your artistry, artistry and caring -). All the best to you, your family and home -).
