When we study the invoice, we can see the dynamics of inflating the amount. The comet speaker, which was not working, began repairs by examining all the wires without checking the radio settings themselves. That's where the balance went off-but 2000₽.
They meanly took advantage of their chance, and defrauded us transit workers, although they could have acted humanly.
And all the savings of staying in a magnificent country, the dealers from the service station ruthlessly sucked out of us in 2 hours.
We bought a liter of oil for bottling, they gave it out in a package from under some kind of oil, I also thought it was cool. The oil is poured onto a cold engine.The wife had the temerity to put the oil in the transport box between the seats with all sorts of junk.
Just today, we sorted out and washed all the little things from the spilled oil (which, by the way, was not cheap), and we had to throw out some things. The oil package had a lid that did not close tightly ((

I have applied several times:
1. Install a coolant leak. They did crimping, said it was flowing "somewhere along the engine, it is impossible to install it accurately, because nothing is visible", they did not screw the protection, put it in the trunk, asked why, answered "well, you still need to repair it, so as not to remove it once again" but they took the money for ch / installation and diagnostics.
On another service, the reason was found, and the video was filmed from where it flows (filmed with an endoscope)
2. Maintenance of injectors, replacement of seals in the fuel ramp/injectors (one leaked). - everything was done well here, there are no questions.
3. Automatic transmission oil change. I brought my own filter and oil. The oil was in 2*4L cans, only 8 liters!. But I planned and said that I needed a partial oil change with a filter replacement (4-4.5 assumed it would take) and then replace it myself, without removing the pallet. Stupidly drain / pour.
I came to pick up the car, it turned out that all the oil was used, because the replacement was done through the device. And then I was just in shock, i.e. Firstly, for a hardware oil change, at least 12 liters are needed, since 4 are filled after removing / installing the pallet, and at least 8 more are run through the machine. Secondly, why didn't anyone call and ask / say that you don't have enough oil for hardware replacement, I could at least find out what they plan to replace through the device and either make a decision and bring more oil or say that they would not connect the device but partially change it.
When I picked up the car, there were some incomprehensible clarifications about who was right / to blame. Poking into the order's outfit says that in my words a complete oil change is indicated in it, and the fact that they did it even better (((
In general, I made the final conclusion this time, I will not go to this hundred anymore, and I do not advise anyone. It's a lottery, and the level of service is low.
Excellent service, excellent service, very skilled craftsmen. They do it quickly and efficiently, sometimes they undertake complex repairs. As a rule, you need to make an appointment, because there are not so many parking spaces near the service and the problem is to leave the car in the parking lot. The staff is polite, there is a separate waiting room for customers, tea,coffee, etc. I recommend the service center as high-quality.
I am serviced at Komet because the location is convenient for me. Yes, there is more nearby, but there is a completely negative experience...

In September 2022, he asked to replace the cylinder head gasket due to an oil leak. They called back a couple of days later - "The car is ready, that will be 522 rubles. 25 kopecks." The repair cost included replacing the oil and filter, coolant, and engine oil sump..As well as oil leak diagnostics (20 rubles), coolant leak diagnostics (15 rubles), cleaning of parts from traces of those. liquids (48 rubles). I did not find any traces of washing, and the specialists did not find any traces of leakage. They told me to arrive after 100 km of running. Of course, I didn't come - the problem was solved elsewhere. And I'm going to leave a review just now.
I came to replace drums, pads and cylinders.
As a result, the initial price was different from the final one. The work was done all day.

The final price is about 277p.

For the replacement of drums, cylinders and pads 200 rubles... (I brought everything except the cylinders with me). The replacement price was argued that the drums were without rings inside because of this price.

The person who replaced him on the phone communicated at a very high level of indifference. Whether I would have returned here is still extremely unlikely. My father contacted this company with a request to replace the brake pads and brake cylinders in his Renault car. The spare parts have already been purchased. The amount of work was announced, 170 rubles. During the work, it was discovered that it was additionally necessary to replace the brake cables. A representative of the car service called and said that the cost would be 50 rubles more expensive. The father agreed, hoping that the total cost of the work would be 220 rubles. When he came to pick up the car, the manager announced the amount of 288 rubles. The father objected, because a different amount was agreed upon. To which the car service manager rewrote the act of completed work and announced the cost for 10 rubles cheaper and said that this was a New Year's discount for you. My father is 86 years old.

The car can be picked up with scratches, and they prove that everything was like that, they no longer call for spare parts, they ordered and installed themselves, even what was not originally agreed, i.e. they put what is beneficial to them without informing the client. Suspension diagnostics has become NOTHING at all, the real reason is not being established, perhaps this or that... So why did I come to you?!? After repair for 700 + rubles, you come a month later for diagnosis and find out that the supposedly silent blocks of the rotary knuckle need to be changed (6 pieces, 3 per side), although before that everything was ideal (from the words), it turns out that 6 silent blocks were sharply leaked in a month)). Electronic diagnostics consists in reading errors, which I can read myself, although I applied to reading the indicators that should be and that are now.
In short, I'm no longer here with a foot or a tire, customer orientation is completely gone, they don't solve the real problem, they may be waiting for the next race, I'm xs.
I have been a client since 2017 or 2018, I gave them a chance every time, but my patience ran out. So think about it!

The receptionist, who apparently hadn't woken up yet, took 40 minutes to drive information from my registration certificate into the computer with one finger, not hurrying anywhere, while simultaneously asking what was already in the registration certificate - make, model, year volume. I thought he wouldn't be able to do it before lunch. The diagnosis was done fairly quickly, in half an hour, and a list of malfunctions was given. But I wanted to clarify the details, but I couldn't talk to the person who did the diagnosis. He immediately disappeared somewhere.

And all in that spirit. There are no words at all for the price, one price tag was announced before the repair, after the repair the price increased exactly 2 times (only the engine wash came out about 200 rubles)))

A mechanic came out (Ivan Glushko is an excellent specialist and a very competent, polite person - I Recommend it!!!!), examined the car, fixed all the defects in the car, said let's see what the problem is with the pump injectors and we will be in touch. A computer diagnosis was carried out, it was decided to remove and throw it on the stand. As a result, after removing the valve cover, camshaft wear was found and the hydraulic compensator was pierced. The price for repairs for me was cosmically galactic, but after talking with Ivan, everything fell into place. In short, the camshaft, hydraulic compensators, all mounting bolts, repair kits of pump injectors and something else were replaced. They gave a guarantee of 12 months or 20,000 km. I have a very very good opinion on this service and on the staff who work there, worthy masters of their craft! We did everything quickly and ordered the necessary spare parts ourselves. I recommend it!!!!! Ivan Glushko has a separate respect!!!!!
