Tez-tur deceived us. We took a tour to Turkey from them in the second half of October. When the contract was signed, the departure time was around 13:00. I understand that it's okay to wait 3-4 hours. But 11 hours before departure...with a child in the sun... that's the name...a 5-star hotel and so on.
