The location is great, the center of Minsk in every meaning. In principle, it is cozy, the interior is authentic with an old fashioned Belarusian style of house like "hata". The dishes are tasty and simple: potato pancakes, goulash, cutlets, pancakes, ... but the prices are like in top restaurants for overseas delicacies or like a for premium meat-house. I think that it is the pricing policy that mainly scares people away, at least from visiting again. We were there on Friday evening, and the place was half empty ... Perhaps the rain dispersed it, but apparently - to other places. But on such days, and with such a location - there should be a line! Special respect to the staff, the administrator is experienced, the waiters are attentive, and Kostyan is simply - Krasauchik! English speaking staff is a big value! Suggest to try!
But advice to Marketing team - wish to enhance this place promotion, probably lack of special campaigns, it's as a must. Also, try to rebrand or simplify the name - as example just "Karchma", or something short, it should be more memorable, and simple for search by foreigners... Why not.

The food is praised and recommended, and we tried to look there. The summer veranda is small and cozy, the tables are occupied, it is better to book in advance. The waiter offered a table in the courtyard, saw him off and disappeared. We took the menu ourselves at the next table. In 10 minutes. Not a single waiter appeared in the courtyard, although three tables were occupied. The yard is not cozy: napkins are lying around, chairs are standing at random, there is nothing on the tables. I had to go to the bar, to my questions whether they would accept the order or serve only the veranda, everyone vied with each other and answered rather sharply that of course, there were just a lot of people. A young waitress appeared, coldly polite. Then they were served quickly and just as coldly. The food (golubchik from the oven, wine, ice cream) is delicious, the price tag is too high, but this is the very center, the tour. the trail is practically.

It's a very good place. The food is VERY tasty. The service is good, the waiters are very polite. If there are few visitors, they will be served quickly, if there are many visitors, you will have to wait a little. But this is the situation in most establishments. The only disadvantage is the toilet, as in roadside cafes, in my opinion it is not serious. But even so, I will not lower the score. The kitchen is really great! Come, I recommend it!

It's a very good place. On the riverbank in the historical center of Minsk. The view is beautiful (we were sitting on the veranda). Sponge pancakes are great! I would like to mention the waitress separately, unfortunately I do not remember her name (with black hair, thin, not tall). A cheerful, kind person, told me everything, advised and lifted my mood) and coped with boarding 12 people very easily!!! I recommend the place

We walked around the Trinity suburb and came here to have a snack. We were sitting on the terrace outside, nice view. The food arrived pretty quickly. I liked the mushroom soup in bread, the pancakes are medium. The prices are higher than the famous Cornflowers, and the food is worse. In general, you can come in if you walk in the area.
I didn't like that the waiter was quite insistently asking for tips, right with the questions "Will you leave? Will you leave it? Leave 10%, if there is no cash, I will enter it at the terminal and pay by card." As a result, it was almost impossible not to leave, but this approach is no good. Apparently, the calculation is for tourists who once came in and need to get these tips by any means.

Delicious, conveniently located, a cozy summer veranda with blankets for finches, near the river - it's nice to find such a successful and cozy place to meet with friends.
The portions are excellent, delicious, served in cast-iron dishes and keep warm longer, the drinks are varied and large, ranging from strong and ending with teapots of tea.
My friends and I really enjoyed it, thank you.

We visited in February 2025. The food is delicious, the receptionist and the waiter are polite, the building itself and the room are very atmospheric.
But the toilet is terrible, and in general, it seems that the room could use a little refreshment.
Considering that this is the very center of the historic Troitsk suburb - a good place, it makes sense to go. But for such a price tag, we will prefer to have lunch and dinner in other restaurants next time.

Excellent location in the center of Minsk, you can sit on a covered terrace with a beautiful view, or in a small courtyard in the shade. They served us very quickly, took a cheese plate and a dry white wine made in France. The wine was just great. It was a little surprising that the prices of wine from different countries were the same. Then we ordered coffee and pancakes with a top. I liked everything, the pancakes on kefir were the most delicate, the coffee was excellent. If there was time, we would love to come again. The disadvantages were not noticed at one time.

A place where once you get there you want to come back again and again. We got to Karchma by accident, being in Minsk for a couple of days on business. And they didn't regret it. After the first visit, the next day my family had no doubt where we would go to eat the next day. Everything is sooo delicious. Rich thick borscht and solyanka. Toasted shingles... Friendly staff. The order was prepared very quickly. The whole family ate with great pleasure. If I suddenly find myself in Minsk again, I will definitely come with my family again.

There was a desire to come in - there was a beautiful view of Svisloch from the veranda, but everything was always busy. Today, in the rain on Monday, we passed by, the veranda was almost empty. We went in, asked the waiter about the service, he reluctantly answered. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come up to us, but they didn't wait and left. There was a "Reserved" sign on many tables, maybe the guys were just spoiled by their demand.

A great place with professionals who work and love their job, and do not work off the day. We were on May 9, of course, they immediately said that the expectation was increased, but they gave it back faster than promised.
The menu is for lovers of local cuisines, 100% disappearing. Belarusian cuisine in all its glory, I don't know what else I've seen. There is something to drink, but there are also soft drinks. The establishment is large as much as 2 floors, the second floor of one of the wings has 2 rooms, one has ± 10 tables with a view of the city and the river, the other has a more intimate 5-6 tables with a window to the courtyard. And the views from the summer veranda are chic, the city center, the river, the historical part, and the tavern itself in colorful knowledge, of which there are many nearby. There are a couple of stoics in the courtyard.
