For a suburban Falcon, and administratively this is Minsk - a decent store. The assortment is not too extensive, but it is sufficient. There is no more than a cafe. Clean and tidy. Considering that the Falcon is a kilometer from the M-1 highway, it is surprising that there is no sign on the highway about the existence of a store. There would be significantly more visitors in both the store and the cafe.

Question:-"Security for what, in general, from the word "IN GENERAL" in order (?) to comply with the regime of the outlet (p.s.the order of the Minsk City Executive Committee is the mandatory wearing of masks), and then why does security not prohibit those without masks from entering at all???
Before recruiting security staff, check the level of culture towards customers. The management of the Crown Group::::
- Don't you have suits for protection and size? Since the suits on the guard are just hanging, and this is the norm, inspect the dress code, and at the same time other employees, the uniform seems to be worn out.
The staff of the trading floor, although the pandemic continues in the yard (02/06/2011), masks are hanging under their noses - why does the guard not notice this? is this considered normal?
(p.s.masks in order to put on completely, and do not forget, for maintenance personnel, masks are replaced every 3 hours.). In addition, appoint a manager so that he makes sure that 50-60% of the population of your store (Baramzina str., Minsk district, Sokol village) walks without masks and is calmly served by cashiers, and covid can get sick twice and three times (in fact, it is), this endangers the health of both customers as well as your employees. How is it???
From the side of the product layout, they try, of course, but there are nuances (they are everywhere to "embalm", but not to overdo it), very bad with the assortment of sweets (for some reason only a Communal apartment), very bad with bread and bakery products (sometimes there are honored bread and loaves), cooking is just from the word "MISSING"(!!!). - we don't have them, as they say, although it could be organized.
Minus another one: the work of 2 ticket offices (!). Why? Are there no people at the checkout or is it not advisable?! If it is not advisable, then leave 2 cash registers, and the rest of the space for additional shelves with goods :)
