We came to order takeaway rolls, the service of Karina's cashier (like that's her name on August 19th) is terrible. He takes an order from several people at once, does not listen to one and at the moment of ordering simply switches to another, and you just fall silent in the middle and then repeat everything again several times. I called the order 4-5 times, because the girl forgot how many squid I ordered 🥲
Of course, no one offered me chopsticks or any additions to the rolls. Fortunately, after such disgusting service, I decided to check what was in the box. And then it turned out that you buy the sticks separately and you have to ask for it yourself, no one will tell you that.
In general, the test of strength is still the same, we came here only because we were nearby
I give you 1 star, because you can't get less. The mood was no longer for rolls 😅

On a legitimate claim, after a call to the organization, they were informed that they did not intend to take the roll or return the money and "in such cases we give a 10 discount on pickup," before that they tried to convince that "tuna should be pale in color and have a specific smell." "Specific" in their understanding is probably the smell of rot. Spicy sauce is considered to be caviar with the addition of hot pepper, just as they believe that spicy should be red. In general, it remains a mystery how this eatery was allowed to spin rolls, so take care of your health, nerve cells and money, do not try your luck. The evening will certainly be ruined, and the resolution of the conflict is unlikely to bother them, because in their opinion the buyer is a complete idiot.

Then they referred to some kind of accident, and then to the workload. As a result, the baked and fried rolls arrived to us hungry half an hour later and cold. Like the cherry on the cake - there aren't even napkins, let alone chopsticks... And the intestinal vein in the tempura shrimp was not removed ...
And the fish component of the rolls was significantly reduced ...
From such trifles, the overall impression is formed. And if before today's order I would recommend all my friends to order here, now I doubt it very much...
