There is one drawback, but it is quite significant. In winter, the rooms (especially those facing the lake) are cool. Why is it cool, it's very cool! You sleep under two blankets, but at least don't go into the bathroom at all, it's such a mess. This issue needs to be solved at least with heaters, because it was sensitive.

A good sanatorium. The park has a large territory, it is being looked after, the grass is being swept, the birds are singing, and there is a wonderful reservoir with a lot of swans and ducks. In summer, I think it's a wonderful beach. There is a shop on site. Secure parking. Three buildings-two nearby, the third further away. Its pump room is very soft and delicious water. There are not a lot of procedures included in the package, but everything can be purchased. Unfortunately, the pool is too far away, I didn't get into it. The buffet was excellent, the musician often came-it was nice to listen to music. The rooms are spacious, the corridor is square, which is very convenient not to get dressed or undress tightly. It is very easy to get to Minsk. You can walk across the MKAD, and a minibus runs to the center every 9 minutes. In the evening, the sanatorium has many leisure activities - concerts, movies, discos. but I loved to walk around the territory and around the reservoir.

I really liked the sanatorium - delicious food, gorgeous territory - pine trees, river, swans, clean air. We had wellness vouchers, but the sanatorium has a large medical base. I really liked the stone therapy - warm stone massage, and the back massages were performed very professionally. Excellent transport accessibility to Minsk - minibuses, buses. There is a very beautiful temple nearby.

I really liked the work of the culture department. There are many cultural events, and the department's employees stage concerts themselves. I liked Pavel Kazak- saxophonist, accordion player Valery Kavaley, Marina. I don't remember Marina's last name, but she sings very beautifully and she also leads discos. If we have the opportunity to go to the sanatorium again, then only to Krinitsa, but in the summer, as we really liked the embankment of the Zaslavsky reservoir, Thank you to all the staff of the sanatorium and the management for the days of happiness and kindness.

A solid four! A good medical base. Attentive doctors, helpful staff! The food is not fancy, but everything is delicious at home and there is enough of everything! The rooms are renovated, new furniture. I repeat, it's not gorgeous, but everything is decent. A huge, beautiful and well-maintained territory. The cleaning of the rooms on our floor was a bit disappointing. When Svetlana was on shift, everything was fine. Like other girls, she's sad. I definitely recommend it! We lived in the first building and there was a sewer smell in the room, so strong for me, although the maid treated everything with bleach, but apparently there were problems with the sewer. The reception staff consists of young girls who don't always do their jobs professionally. The rest of the staff is working well! At first, the food in the dining room was not very varied and tasty, but then the commission came and the food became better. But in general, dietary nutrition, you will not go hungry. But in other sanatoriums there was kefir in small bags in the evening, you can have a snack in the evening, there is no such thing here. But there is a cafe and dancing and karaoke in the evening. The evening program is quite simple and unassuming, which is a little better for the money, the rest is free. In Samara, the best thing about this sanatorium is the medical base. There are a lot of different procedures that are not available in other places and very friendly medical staff! The room we lived in was two rooms, small in size, stools instead of chairs, the first time I've seen this, renovated, but for some reason the doors were stripped, apparently they were not repaired. Minsk is five minutes away by car, which is very convenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

We had a rest from 03.01.2025 to 14.01.2025 in the 3rd building. I liked almost everything. There was enough food, many of the products were bland, but if everything was very tasty, then the stomach would burst, because you want to try everything, you can choose basically for every taste, if you do not expect a restaurant menu, the soups are delicious. All the doctors and other staff are friendly, cleaning every day, linen and towels were changed once. Leisure activities were organized, the children were not bored, karaoke, carols, watching movies, table tennis, concerts. The only thing is that I didn't really like the trip to the pool, because there's not much time, I'm given 1 hour to visit the pool, during which I need to get the keys, change clothes, swim and then wash up again, get dressed and dry my hair. We didn't have time to dry our hair properly and ran out getting dressed in winter, maybe it would be okay for adults, but it was hard for me and my two daughters with long hair to meet the 1 hour deadline. And there wasn't much room for everyone in the minibus. The room was clean and cozy, lots of outlets, everything was working, not a 5*hotel, of course, there were 7 channels on TV, but I didn't really watch it, I didn't have time.

We rested in the sanatorium from October 2 to October 10. I really liked the good procedures, the picturesque area, a large lake with swans swimming on it. The only "minus" in the sanatorium is not possible to lose weight. The buffet, there is a lot of food, the food is varied, we have never felt hungry, even though dinner ends at 19.00. We were lucky that there was a pianist among the vacationers, so at lunch and dinner a man played the piano. The sanatorium hosts themed evenings, concerts (we got to a saxophonist and an accordion player) and discos. You can get to Minsk by minibus and train. There are shops near the sanatorium and a large market is 20 minutes away on foot. We thought that there would be fewer vacationers in October, but there were no empty seats, which indicates demand. We will come again. I also recommend this sanatorium to everyone for rest and treatment.

There are 3 residential buildings on the territory, everything is clean, repairs have been made. There are elevators in buildings 1 and 2.
There are doctors in every building, and treatment rooms are also located in all buildings. Modern medical facilities, a large number of procedures, Zhdanovichskaya mineral water.
In the 1st building there is an exchange office from Parity Bank, only Mir and bel.rubles cards are accepted for exchange. Paid services are paid at the cash desk of the sanatorium either in white rubles or with Mir cards.

On the territory of the sanatorium there is a small grocery store; clothes; pharmacy; exhibitions and sales of goods come daily.

A tour guide works: excursions to Minsk, Grodno, Nesvizh, Brest, trips to theaters.
the center of Minsk is 15-20 km away, Yandex taxi was called to the railway station. A taxi is 2 times cheaper than ordering a transfer from the sanatorium.
There is a bus stop nearby, a bus ride costs 90 kopecks, coupons to buy for belor.the driver has rubles, and the trip is on the march.taxi 2.50 rubles.
It is about 1 km to the Zhdanovichi railway station, go to Minsk by e-15 minutes, the fare costs only 58 kopecks.

This sanatorium has a huge advantage, it is its territory. She is very big. The first and second buildings are interconnected with the medical building and the dining room. The third building is located at the very end of the territory and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to it. The sanatorium also has its own beach with cheeky ducks. There are very few procedures on the ticket, most of them are carried out for you in the first days and then either there are none at all or pay extra. In the evening, the territory is illuminated, BUT only at the main building, and if you live in the third far building, then after dark it is better not to go outside, as you risk breaking your legs. The building and its surroundings are drowned in darkness, and taking into account the fact that you are climbing the stairs, the risk of falling increases. The infrastructure is quite good: a detached building of a water and mud clinic, a pharmacy, a bar, a library, a shop, a hairdresser. The whole territory is surrounded by greenery and there are a lot of shops. Meals are at 3 with a minus. It is organized according to the buffet system. Every time you walk up to the cafeteria, you run into a crowd of people. The doors in the dining room are kept closed until the last minute, and when they are opened, all hell breaks loose. A crowd of starving people demolishes everything in its path. No one knows which way to run: whether to occupy the table, whether to run for a mug (for some reason they were sorely lacking), or for food. The food is taken out according to the principle that those who do not have time are late, if you hesitate a little, then only vegetables remain on the trays. In short, nutrition takes place in extreme conditions. The territory is surrounded by a fence and no outsider will enter. A bus stop is a 15-minute walk through the forest, and the Zhdanovichi railway station is another 5-minute walk away.

We will return to the sanatorium in February 2024. There are a lot of positive things, but there are also serious flaws. Good territory and a huge selection of products at fully reasonable prices. The food is modest and without frills. But you can eat. There are almost no sweets. The pastry is a little dry. No pies and pastries. Very rarely jelly or cream with jam. Of the fruits, only apples. The drinks are also quite simple. Tea, coffee, cocoa. Juices from vending machines, compotes sometimes. Jelly, for example, has never been given. The girls at the reception are a little weird. When my mom checked into the room, it turned out to be dirty and with a strong smell of vinegar. When they asked for a change, Levochka made big eyes and offered to clean up for us. Then the cleaner explained that they had used some kind of chemistry, the smell of it. And they just didn't have time to clean it up. But the number was changed, fortunately for us. There is no water in the coolers, only one in the dining room. When I came with a bottle, they told me that you can't pour into bottles here, only into disposable glasses. Well, this is completely overkill, because I came with a one-year-old child and I need a lot of water. By the way, there is a children's room, but it only works 3 days a week for a couple of hours. The staff is different, from the most pleasant and friendly, to literally boorish. On the plus side: we got a great room. Warm, clean, cozy, everything is comfortable. We were pleased with the procedures. Cleaning according to the regulations every 3 days, linen change once a week. It was cold in my mother's room. They brought a heater. The cultural program is normal. Pianists, Belarusian artists, masterclasses. There is a large supermarket a couple of kilometers away. Another problem is that there are no ATMs. On-site parking is paid, but inexpensive. In general, the price is low, but the quality is four, which is also not bad. However, next time we'll go somewhere else.

Rest and treatment at a high level. But Galina Kuzma's cosmetic procedures are just a delight. After several treatments, she received the effect, as if she had a plastic surgery. It is difficult to achieve this now, but her professional cosmetics and hands have done incredible things. I recommend it to all women who are going for treatment.
One of the disadvantages of the sanatorium is a bad Internet connection. Wi-Fi is practically not pulling and since many people have to work on vacation, I recommend improving the Internet for good attendance, otherwise you have to additionally buy a SIM card for the Internet, it's difficult.

But the most important thing is the atmosphere! On the third day, I was barely persuaded to walk to the disco. I didn't expect anything supernatural, but the circumstances were such that the dance floor was blown up, and the whole sanatorium greeted me in the morning.... It's not my fault!!! They dragged it in themselves. And, I want to note, we are all on PP, there was no alcohol. Yes, when such dances are not needed) The local gentlemen seem to have just come from dance school, confidently leading in pairs, great conversationalists - to keep up a conversation on any topic. In general, as soon as you sit down, three gentlemen are invited right there). I learned to dance a lot of pair dances, I liked the dance of Spanish origin Padespan. It all looks amazing when the whole room is dancing in pairs! The floor was slippery (tiles and you slip on heels), but in the confident hands of a partner you fly! The food is varied, there is always a choice of several dishes in all categories salads/first/second/side dish. There are concerts almost every day, excursions and theater trips are organized. The room is simple, clean, linen and towels are also clean.

She was in the sanatorium from April 5-13, 2025. I liked the service, the food, the buffet, more than enough, the staff is polite. Time-based procedures, no unnecessary expectations. A very large cultural program. Guided tours are organized. It's all good. I will definitely come here. I recommend.

We rested in the sanatorium for 10 days. The territory is quite large and well maintained. There are many beautiful roses in the flower beds. There is a promenade and a beach, but it is forbidden to swim there. And the water is dirty. There is a buffet in the dining room, the food is passable. Our room was neat, but I would like to clean it more often and change towels. The procedures are standard, the girls are very polite and friendly. I would like to say separately about the cosmetologist (I don't remember the last name, he takes it on the third floor of the hydrotherapy clinic). Wasted time. There is zero information, no recommendations either. From the entertainment excursions (fortunately Minsk is on the next street) performances by local artists, and dancing (judging by the repertoire only for the elderly)). In general, it's not bad if you are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and are looking for privacy.

The sanatorium is very conveniently located in relation to Minsk, beautiful and well-groomed territory, comfortable room, convenient Parking. The food is not particularly varied, but you can always find something acceptable for yourself. The restaurant's receptionist is very attentive. The negative points are that there is free entrance to the beach for outsiders who do not always behave adequately. The gym did not work, and no sporting events were held.
