The place is not bad, the menu is quite specific, but all the dishes taste good, although the price tag is not the most average in the city. The waitresses were a little upset, one of whom, instead of answering the question about what kind of wine: sweet / semi-sweet / semi-dry, etc., began to repeat the learned variety, and we received a sensible answer only for the third time.

The establishment was very pleased with its atmosphere, a good selection of drinks (cocktails, spirits, tea). The menu is extensive. Hookah will definitely please anyone - a large selection of tobacco, they will always prompt and choose the taste based on preferences. Top-level service - timely serving of food and drinks, replacement of coals in the hookah. I've been there more than once and I really liked everything. With each new visit, I notice that this institution is only getting better. I definitely recommend it.

On Saturday, they tried to get into this institution. Upon a call at around 18 o'clock, we received an answer that only the bar can be booked, all the tables are occupied.
Well, we decided, apparently fulhouse, we'll sit at the bar, since there are no seats.
After 30 minutes, we entered the restaurant and saw the following picture: absolutely all tables except one are empty. Since we had a quick snack plan, we asked if we could take one of the tables, the reservation for which is not in the next 30 minutes. Over the next 15 minutes, three different people came up to us and asked us what we wanted. We asked each of them to look at what time the tables were reserved so that we could comfortably eat at the table. None of them could answer us, they asked us to wait for another administrator. The only answer was that everyone was about to come and take the tables. If you want, sit at the counter, if you don't want, well. And all this in a haughty tone.
In principle, they did not stay, since such an attitude for an average institution is somehow even indecent. As a result, we wasted time, the place was left with an empty hall and no receipt. But I didn 't have to work 🤘

I was there with a girl, the receptionist met me, put me behind the couch. We immediately noticed an interesting and unusual interior.
We ordered a drink, the bartender helped us pick up a delicious cocktail for the girl. The hookah was made pretty quickly, it was delicious and did not taste bitter. I tried the burger, the girl ordered Philadelphia, I liked both dishes.
What is especially pleasant is that cucumbers were added instead of avocados at our request, because the girl does not eat avocados. The prices for the kitchen and hookahs are quite pleasant for Minsk.

We decided to visit this institution in order to try a set of dishes for 35 rubles. A specific place for fans of blockchain and everything related to it. Otherwise, the design is from back in 2015, which has not been relevant for a long time.
We were seated at a table with a sticky floor, which obviously no one tried to clean. The bar smelled like bad hookah tobacco or a toilet.
It is also sad to see how the receptionist is trying to cope with the duties of a waiter.
Now about the set. Burgers with shrimp and chicken are quite good, the buns are soft, but everything is in sauce. It's not very convenient to eat, but it's delicious. Sausages and potatoes are quite an ordinary dish, but the cold cheese at the bottom of the sausages upset me. I want to say separately about the fish in bacon - after it, my stomach twisted. Sushi with tuna and cottage cheese was very tasty.
It's nice that we were asked for feedback about the set. There are two restrooms in the bar, and there are plenty of places. Parking at the cinema.

In this particular case, I express my subjective point of view.
Now to the point:
on October 25, 2023 at 13:33, I ordered a specific table in the Crypta cafe by the phone number listed on the website. In a conversation with an employee, he focused on a specific table for booking. Upon arrival at this cafe at 17:30 - 17:45, I was informed that the hall in which I had booked a table was fully booked "30 minutes before my arrival". When asked why I was not informed about this by phone, they referred to the fact that "they did not see the need for this." Further, the employee, still not seeing anything reprehensible in her actions, said that she had moved my armor on her own, referring to the fact that this place was also near the window, but it was in the middle of another hall.
My arguments and facts did not move the employee even to some semblance of an apology. I am sure that this review will help to draw conclusions and work on this issue.
I can't say anything about the cafe itself, the desire to continue cooperation as a dinner in this institution was no longer there.
