We decided to visit this institution in order to try a set of dishes for 35 rubles. A specific place for fans of blockchain and everything related to it. Otherwise, the design is from back in 2015, which has not been relevant for a long time.
We were seated at a table with a sticky floor, which obviously no one tried to clean. The bar smelled like bad hookah tobacco or a toilet.
It is also sad to see how the receptionist is trying to cope with the duties of a waiter.
Now about the set. Burgers with shrimp and chicken are quite good, the buns are soft, but everything is in sauce. It's not very convenient to eat, but it's delicious. Sausages and potatoes are quite an ordinary dish, but the cold cheese at the bottom of the sausages upset me. I want to say separately about the fish in bacon - after it, my stomach twisted. Sushi with tuna and cottage cheese was very tasty.
It's nice that we were asked for feedback about the set. There are two restrooms in the bar, and there are plenty of places. Parking at the cinema.

Which of these do we see in the delivery: fettuccine without sauce, shrimp, garlic and lime and for this 28p., and where is the rest?
It makes sense to set such a price tag where half of the products in the paste are missing and what do you expect when you bring it?!

In this particular case, I express my subjective point of view.
Now to the point:
on October 25, 2023 at 13:33, I ordered a specific table in the Crypta cafe by the phone number listed on the website. In a conversation with an employee, he focused on a specific table for booking. Upon arrival at this cafe at 17:30 - 17:45, I was informed that the hall in which I had booked a table was fully booked "30 minutes before my arrival". When asked why I was not informed about this by phone, they referred to the fact that "they did not see the need for this." Further, the employee, still not seeing anything reprehensible in her actions, said that she had moved my armor on her own, referring to the fact that this place was also near the window, but it was in the middle of another hall.
My arguments and facts did not move the employee even to some semblance of an apology. I am sure that this review will help to draw conclusions and work on this issue.
I can't say anything about the cafe itself, the desire to continue cooperation as a dinner in this institution was no longer there.

It's always quiet and peaceful here, there are either no people at all or a couple of people. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting.
The prices are adequate for everything. A little higher than in regular bars, eateries like leadbears and clover. But the atmosphere itself is worth it.

The quality of the rolls does not fundamentally match the price, but everything would be fine, but yesterday I made an order in Yandex Food, ordered three rolls for 110 BYN, the rolls arrived quite quickly, but there was no wasabi and ginger sauce in the package, I found out for a long time through technical support, where are they? It turned out that wasabi, ginger and sauce are not included in the price of the rolls, but there is absolutely no mention of this anywhere. Because the quality of the rolls is 2 on a five-point scale, it is impossible to eat them without wasabi, sauce and ginger, I asked to return the dish, or bring additional missing ingredients, but was refused, please indicate in the future when placing an order for the lack of necessary ingredients in the order, so that users can order them additionally or choose a more successful and customer-oriented place to order rolls, the evening is ruined.
