Very disappointed. Usually they always ordered sushi and were satisfied. Today it was very frustrating that we were not warned about the waiting time and we waited an hour for sushi.
But the bigger disappointment was when they came to clarify the waiting time and instead of sorry, they got "Didn't they tell you? Well, the one who did not warn will get it," and that's it, to the clarifying "So how long to wait anyway," they replied that a maximum of 7 minutes. But in the end we waited another 20 minutes.
We always advise everyone, we say that the most delicious sushi is here. But I want not only the chefs to be the best, but also the people who meet the guests to be more attentive and kinder
