We often order combos from this place. The order arrives occasionally in good condition. The fries are sluggish and not salty, then in the burger most of the inside is iceberg lettuce, which is clearly not spared in the burger. We opened the package, and there are 2 sauces in it as per the receipt and only ONE set of combos. They called the hotline, the girl said that the courier would take them. Asked how long it would be, she replied, "It should be fast." Then half an hour passes from this moment, we call the hotline again, they said that the courier left for us a long time ago. It takes 5 minutes by car from the institution to our address, just for a minute. Before arrival, another courier, already more polite, called and asked for the apartment and the entrance. I brought the missing package, we open it and there is a burger, nuggets, some kind of garlic sauce and without French fries. This is the third time we have called the hotline to find out when the order will be fully delivered to us. The girl began to make excuses that they had not reported, as if they had forgotten to put it. Although it is more than clear that this order was stupidly not prepared. The girl started offering a promo code for free potatoes at the next order, when we had already paid for the one that was not delivered to us. We said we wanted to receive the order now, to which she hung up. They called further, they don't take it anymore. We opened a burger, and it contains about 3 cm of iceberg and a few other ingredients. We will deal with it directly!

I bought a Cheese grillroll with chicken.
There were 2 pieces of chicken and everything else was breaded, the cheese sauce was at the very bottom. Because of this, the whole roll is dry. And at the end you eat cheese pita bread with breadcrumbs ((I read the composition, it turns out it's crispy onion rings) that's what they didn't regret), salad and mayonnaise cheese sauce.
And the tomato still seemed to be somewhere, probably a quarter slice for the whole "grillroll".
The pita bread was not fried.
If you want dry pita bread with crispy onion rings, 2 pieces of chicken cutlet, salad and mayonnaise cheese sauce somewhere at the end, then the Cheese Grill Roll with chicken is your choice.
Chicken burger is just a cutlet, a little cabbage and a drop of mayonnaise on 2 halves of a bun.
But there are no questions for him for 3.20.

Located in the center, the institution itself is divided into two halls, the first is small, several and the ticket office seats, the second is more spacious with panoramic windows and a good view, especially in the evening. Prices are average in the city. Sushi (especially baked) 10 out of 10, burgers and cheeseburgers are strong average, it's still better to give preference to other fast food restaurants in terms of burgers. The order (in my case, it's baked Philadelphia sushi, baked Sesame sushi, medium French fries, cola and two burgers) was ready, given the average workload in 12 minutes and 34 seconds, with all the speed of the order, the taste qualities were at their best, if you look before 16.00, from personal experience I will say that the order will be completed almost two times faster. There is one terminal for electronic ordering, it is quite enough, according to my observations, they use it infrequently, due to the fast service from the staff at the checkout. I would also like to mention the staff themselves, they are very polite, patient (more on this later), they process the order quickly, there are no complaints. Also, as a plus, it is worth noting the presence of a second-hand store literally two steps away, it is very convenient if there is nothing to do while waiting for an order.
Cons:
1) The toilet, it is one and common, in an average or heavy load on the institution, you can stand in line for up to 10 minutes, the situation is complicated by the second-hand store listed above as a plus.
2) After 11 o'clock, this institution becomes a shelter for schoolchildren who just like to "clean up", which I have nothing against, but sometimes it creates a shortage of places. It is also worth noting the appearance at a later time, to put it mildly, of persons with reduced social responsibility, patience and professionalism in working with such "clients" are amazing, you know the category of people who, from the stories at the checkout, are successful businessmen and golden youth, but in fact they collect everything for a burger, while not forgetting to offend the staff along the way and release vulgar jokes.
3) It was a little dirty, the tables were not cleaned a couple of times or napkins were lying on the floor.
