You, at least from Minsk, take an example of how people work, your pretentious touch will immediately go away. If you do not want to add draniki to the menu after 16:00 -this is your problem, I will be a customer of other cafes. Is your borscht and okroshka too thick - is that how the chef sees it too? The meat in the borscht is overcooked, which is why it is pulled out of the pan and stored separately so that it does not float all day.
The carbonara is generally disgusting, because the bacon was clearly smelly. The only dishes that can be ordered are chicken broth and pancakes, because they are difficult to spoil, and guests of the city will not be able to spoil the reputation of your institution. 5 clients on a weekday summer day, with such rules, are you serious?🙈 You know better, good luck!

In principle, a sooooo pleasant atmosphere (we were on Saturday evening) . The girl sang pleasantly. The waiter served us well, even recognized the line of serving.
I was disappointed with the speed of serving, the wait between courses was about 30 minutes.
I highly recommend visiting if you didn't just stop by for a quick snack.
The portions are not large, but the food is very high quality.

As it turned out, nothing special. We ordered the most expensive steak, it was tasteless and over-dried. In salads, the most delicious was tofu, which was 4 pieces the size of a coin. In Greek, by the way, there were also 4 pieces of cheese and that smaller size. ZERO drinks in the restaurant are not from the word at all. The tables on the veranda are too high (or the chairs are low), so it is inconvenient to eat.

The receptionist-waiter girl is not the most pleasant in communication, she talked in some slang words, I had to ask again, because I was at a loss that the waiter could really communicate with such phrases.

The duck with pumpkin puree turned out to be simply not edible. The duck stank like spoiled meat. The fillet had a huge disgusting greasy skin.

Premium class cafe. I liked everything. It's cozy at home. The interior is magnificent. There are two outdoor verandas. If it's cool, the staff will offer blankets. The food is delicious, the serving is excellent. It's a pity that we didn't manage to enjoy all the dishes on the menu... The work of the cafe team is impeccable. Politeness, speed and courtesy.
