We were in Bobruisk, went to the History cafe...very.I was impressed . Everything is at the highest level from the interior to serving dishes, and you can drink tea in the restrooms), thanks to chef Peter, for very tasty and beautiful dishes, we tried pancakes with salmon, turkey with carrot puree... you'll lick your fingers, the waiters are very polite, we will definitely return)

The pancakes were deep-fried, with a thick crust on top and raw inside. How can you spoil a national dish in Belarus like that?
