The third day in Brest.
The weather is great, the appetite is even better.
Belarusian cuisine is impressive, especially draniki with sour cream.
Another restaurant on the main street of the city. Summer veranda.
We managed to come in twice in one day: not only for lunch, but also for an evening cocktail..
The prices are good, the portions are good, clean, comfortable, friendly and delicious.

We were in a cafe with the whole family.We went in for lunch, the tables were almost all occupied, but they found a place for us.The cafe is quite cozy, there is a summer porch, but the weather did not allow us to sit on it.The menu is interesting, for lunch we took the first (borscht and kholodnik), for the second, draniki with sour cream, draniki with sponge, homemade bacon with mustard, homemade fillet and potatoes with pozharsky cutlets.
Everything is very tasty and satisfying, thanks for lunch.

The only thing that confused: we were waiting for another friend, who asked to order her food too, and the waiter came with the question: "do you need more borscht, another portion of pancakes?"". Unfortunately, I can't convey the tone of the question with a message, but it definitely amused me. Yes, at least 10 servings, well, what difference does it make?)
But in general I recommend visiting.
P.S. I don't know what kind of diluted beer they write about in other comments, we took the import and it was excellent.

One star for the food.
We came here because the only place where the place was open at 22:24.
We were tired from a busy day, we quickly selected and ordered everything.
The waiter, Evgenia, came and said that the dishes were ready. Okay, we chose something else, a minute later another waiter Kirill comes and says that of the two selected walleye, only one is there. We asked in advance about the cooking time, because we still have to go to another city. It's been 30 minutes, and we just got our drinks (after being reminded). The other visitors have already taken everything out, who came later than us.
After 40 minutes and a few questions about food, how long will it be? They said "I'll clarify now" and did not come.
As a result, they brought out the beef after 40 minutes, claiming that it was the longest cooking time.
About the pike perch, they asked when it would be, again they said they would clarify. Another waiter came in 5 minutes later, started apologizing and asked if we would wait for the pike perch for another 15 minutes... they didn't really explain why it happened.
We refused the pike perch and left.

It's really delicious here! Just an awesome scraper! Dessert with figs is the first time I've ever tried it and it's just unrealistic. Excellent service. Everything is very fast and pleasant at prices. And most importantly, this is one of the few places in Brest where they keep up with the times and a small well-mannered Pomeranian does not become a reason to refuse to visit. The horror!
They put a flyer of this institution on the Brest Fortress, and after reading the reviews quickly, we went there!We were with the children and explained that they were hungry, the receptionist assured us that you would have all the dishes within half an hour, in the end we waited an hour, they brought us 3 soups and one beer!
