Nice hotel, great location, you can walk to Marmaris in the evening. There are no questions about nutrition, grilled fish, meat (lamb, chicken, beef) everything is there, cooked delicious, greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, cheeses, fruits (watermelons, melons, plums, peaches, apples). I didn't take ready-made salads, but everything is also in large quantities. Ice cream for lunch and dinner. Sweets for every taste, I would also like to buy them with me, but unfortunately there is no such opportunity. The Italian restaurant was visited at lunch, the pizza is very tasty. The sea is excellent, we did not look for flaws. The beach line is quite large, the sun beds had to be occupied earlier, the cakes on the beach are incomparable, they were in different hotels, here they are the most delicious. Minimum cleaning, garbage was thrown out, paper was added, tea, coffee, water were brought, we did not have soap, they forgot to add it to us, but we did not need to. There were entertainment programs in the evening, we did not go, we walked along the promenade. As a result, the rest turned out to be excellent.

The hotel is very conveniently located between the city of Marmaris and the village of Icmeller. The privacy of the beach area is also preserved, which is rare for this area, because all beaches are publicly accessible, and at the same time, access to a common pedestrian promenade along the entire bay. I did not like the staff using the alakart system for a small fee of 10 euros. We signed up and wanted to go to a fish restaurant in a good mood. Since we had a large company, they wanted to check in advance what kind of table we had, and it turned out that a table was fixed for us at the dish distribution, where dirty dishes were collected, we tried to politely agree with the manager that this table did not suit us, to which he categorically refused to change the table for us. We have abandoned the alyakart. And the mood was certainly spoiled. Later, this waiter met us and said it was a joke... which made us even more angry. That's the story that happened to us. The main disadvantage is that there are catastrophically few sunbeds by the sea! And this is despite the fact that there is no beach as such, i.e. you can't put things on the sand. Irreconcilable battles are going on for sun beds and the local administration does not regulate this in any way. You can come at 9 a.m. and see that all the sun beds are occupied with towels, personal belongings, and there are only a few people in the sea, the rest just came, threw a towel and went to sleep! A very ugly trend that the administration does not stop in any way! The second disadvantage is the bungalow! Don't even try to live in them! They are far away, the repairs in them are very old, the unbearable smell of sewage, ancient, crumbling furniture! If you choose this hotel, then stay only in the rooms of the buildings (it does not matter whether it is main or side: both are good there).

The main advantage of this hotel is the views from the restaurant are simply gorgeous. There are many different places with tables where you can comfortably stay. The rooms also have excellent views of the sea, but here you can be lucky.The food is not bad, not worse and not better than in the usual fives. But I would like to note :drinks , real coffee beans from vending machines are excellent .juices are also on top.there is lactose-free milk, sugar-free jam.Well-maintained green area with pine trees. The beach is great, but the small pebbles will not interfere with the aquashouse.

A beautiful view hotel, the rooms are worn out, but everything works, the linen is clean, there are no dental supplies, shampoo, balm too, so keep in mind they were cleaned every day, the food is ordinary without frills but everything is delicious, everything is fresh. The rooms are different, personal recommendation, do not take the attic 4th floor, take the 2,3rd with a view of the pool or the sea (left wing of the main building) there are the most comfortable rooms with a large panoramic balcony. A wonderful hotel! We rested from October 13 to October 21 in a standard room. Cleaning was daily, the area was amazingly clean, there were always enough sunbeds (maybe it's not the season anymore).The menu is very tasty and varied. Minibuses run to Marmaris, a water taxi every 20 minutes to the center. I definitely recommend it for a relaxing holiday!

Overall, I liked the hotel. I have been to both luxury hotels (once upon a time the Egyptian Hilton was gorgeous) and frankly poor hotels (almost any in Hammamet), there is something to compare.
It is not a long drive from the Dalaman airport, with a traditional stop at the highway store a little over an hour. Basically, everyone went out in the second-line hotels on the mountain, or in the city itself in 4 rooms, in this hotel I went out alone.
Hence the first disadvantage- I didn't meet a single person here at all, so that I arrived right from Moscow. There are Russian speakers who live in the CIS, moved to Germany or Latvia and live there. As a result

The beach consists of two piers in the sea and a concrete strip with sun beds. Yes, the tradition of taking sunbeds with towels at 6 a.m. to come to the sea by 11 o'clock has not gone away. Come and stomp until you find at least 1 free one. On the concrete, the sun only shines in the morning until about 14 o'clock. Then everything is immersed in a solid shadow from the mountain. Or the Pier, where the sun is until sunset. But it will be a long way to walk to the bar. I note that there is a refrigerator with drinks, there are soda and beer in ice. And yes, everyone goes with ice cream, you think they buy it, and then you only find out that it's free, you can take as much as you want in the refrigerator yourself. There are 4 types to choose from, but the twister ends the fastest.
If you buy this hotel is not expensive, it is a very good option, no worse than the vaunted turban next door. But if you pay 280 thousand for this from 1 person for 12 nights (the cheapest room), well, that's it. It does not reach an expensive Doganai-type hotel in Alanya, for a cheap one...It is expensive.

There are a lot of smart people! And these sunbeds are always occupied right before sunrise. Towels are given out only at the pool from 9 am, and whether it will not be torn, that's how lucky you are!;
- beach bar : water only in cups on tap (not tasty), gin and tonic and tea are not poured (;

The trip to this hotel took place in late September - early October 2024, respectively, the description is relevant for this season. In general, I liked the rest, but it will be boring without going to neighboring cities or on excursions!
Positive:
1) Nature! Pine trees, palm trees, huge ficus trees, fresh air, mountains and clear sea. Unfortunately, fires a few years ago battered the area, some mountains are bald (including the one at the foot of which the hotel is located), but along the coast everything has survived.
2) A secluded beach, its advantage is especially felt if you walk towards Marmaris along the promenade - there the beaches of the hotels are adjacent directly to it, which gives you the feeling of a "passageway". Immediately, thanks to the relief, you do not have to watch crowds of tourists relaxing on your sunbed. The "beach" itself is a paved embankment with several descents into the sea, there are showers, a locker room, a toilet, a bar.
3) Cleaning came every day after lunch, changed the bed, towels. Outright dirt was not noticed.
4) The staff is friendly, ready to help. There were no conflicts or misunderstandings during the stay.
5) The choice of food is quite large, there were themed cooking days. But in a week you get bored and you go to pasta on autopilot (so here +-).
Cons and nuances:
1) Officially check-in from 15 o'clock! In fact, we checked in a little earlier, but we still had to sit in the lobby for several hours after an overnight flight (but we were lucky to make it to breakfast, so we would also starve). Is the lobby bar supposed to brighten up this expectation?
2) The hotel is tired, especially the restroom. Something is loose, something is difficult to open. In general, it is tolerable - but this is not what you expect from 5*. In addition to the furniture and rooms in general, you can also note the old towels - some were washed almost to holes.
3) The boring territory of the hotel, it simply does not exist. By coincidence, we managed to visit the territory of our neighbors, Club Marmaris Palace - it's much better there. Therefore, only the mentioned promenade saves - you can walk along it to neighboring settlements.
4) Very much! noisy air conditioner! You can't leave it like this overnight. Although the nights are not too hot at the end of September (~ 18 °), the room was stuffy.
5) Because of the relief, it will not work to lie in the sun all day, after lunch the whole beach goes into partial shade, and by 5 o'clock the sun does not even remain on the pier.
6) Most tourists are foreigners. Offhand, half are British, and then in descending order. Accordingly, it is easier to communicate with the staff in English.
7) It is better to try to sign up for a la carte restaurants right away. Asian and Italian do not work every day and they have the most willing people.

Most of all, I was annoyed in the morning by a quest game called "Find yourself a lounger." The number of sunbeds on the beach is less than the number of guests! The hotel is a real battle for a place in the sun! We pay money for our holidays. And in fact we get such discomfort. There are not enough sun beds for everyone, so people also throw their things just like that. Some of them I watched and did not come to the beach at all for the whole day. The strangest thing is that there are no managers who would control all this mess. Nobody cares....
Alcoholic beverages of poor quality . If the wine is white , pink can still be drunk somehow - the rest is cheap swill . There is no sparkling wine, no Aperol, it would seem the most popular cocktail in all good Turkish hotels, respectively, is also missing ((( I bought wine if possible in the super market.
The room stock is old. The hotel has many old rooms and bungalows. We selected a room with a sea view when booking a tour departing from St. Petersburg. Upon arrival, they were given a completely creepy room in a building with a separate entrance (room 2432). Where pets are allowed. The room, dirty with dust from a year ago, complemented the barking of a dog left by the owners in the next room! The building itself is very old, the atmosphere of an old hospital! And in such conditions I had to live for 13 days . I was outraged, we flew all night. We didn't sleep, then we waited 8 hours for check-in and got such a "G". One of the advantages is of course the location! The hotel is located in the green part of the embankment, there is a place to walk in the evening. The hotel has its own beach. The concrete base that everyone writes about is not a disadvantage in my opinion. You get used to it in a day, but your feet are clean (not in the sand). You can go down into the water by a ladder or carefully enter by pebbles. There is also a pier. But it is probably necessary to take a sunbed there at 5 a.m. to run 😭 or behave like impudent Europeans - stupidly leave a cap or a handkerchief or an inflatable circle on the sunbed. It 's a pity that my upbringing doesn 't allow me to behave like this .
Conclusion: this is my first time in Marmaris. The service is definitely not like in good hotels on the Antalya coast, say in Belek. You can't even compare. Everyone knows about it. But nature and the sea are so much more beautiful for me! And there is a place to go, i.e. not only a "hotel" vacation . So choose what is more important to you .

We arrived at the Dalaman airport, quickly passed through passport control and received our luggage, and within 30 minutes after landing we were sitting in a minivan.
From Dalaman airport to the hotel, the journey time took about 2 hours – we stopped at 3 more hotels
We were at the hotel by 19:00, quickly received the cards and went to dinner.
We bought a standard room in a bungalow overlooking the garden, and settled us in the main building with a side view of the sea.
Number
The room is large, with a large bathroom and a separate dressing room. A double bed and a sofa. Large balcony
Of the cons:
- noisy air conditioner,
- no hooks for large towels in the bathroom,
- a switch in the headboard and at night the light was constantly turned on with your head,
- there is no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom – only soap diffusers.
Everything else is just a plus: the hot water pressure is good, there are shower caps, slippers, a kettle and tea/coffee bags, there are no mosquitoes.
Water is replenished every day, if additional water is needed, then there are 1.5 liter bottles in the cupboards in the dining room.
Canteen
The dining room is large – 2 rooms and each serves food, a lot of everything and several types. Everything I've tried is delicious. In the morning, several types of scrambled eggs, sausages, salads, constantly baking something - donuts, pancakes. The food is very good and everything is delicious. In the evening, grilled fish, chicken, lots of snacks and salads, a side dish for any wishes. Sometimes it didn't come to fruit - there was no place in the stomach anymore. But there were always apples of 2 types, grapes of 2 types, quince, tangerines, melon.
In the afternoon, you can have a snack in an Italian restaurant – delicious pizza, French fries, salads, pasta with different sauces.
We also went to Calmik - you can have a snack in the afternoon, and in the evening it already works as an a'la carte restaurant. Salads, burgers, French fries are served here - it's also delicious. They are served on the menu, not a buffet.
gozleme was baked on the beach with different fillings.
We didn't even go to lunch, as there were enough snacks.
Glassware is used everywhere, only on the beach and by the pool there are large paper cups.
Alcohol is poured in large portions. There are vending machines with coffee and juices everywhere. The juices seemed a little diluted with water, but it's still fine.
Alcohol - we drank mostly beer - is very good. I tried the wine - I liked the pink one the most. But red and white are also of good quality, poured from glass bottles. Tea is brewed in teapots. The coffee is decent too.
The service is not intrusive, the staff is friendly.
We had dinner at the Meyhane fish restaurant – a place right at the water's edge. This restaurant is the only one for which you need to pay extra for a'la carte - 10 dollars for 1 person. We decided to go.
From food - 5 types of bread spreads. Cheese, wine for free. Snacks are tiny – 2 baked small rolls with shrimp. You can choose from one of 3 types of fish (perch, salmon, dorado). I've tried salmon – it's quite tasty.
A man and a woman sang for us, and a man played the guitar. They sang French and English ballads.
In general, an interesting place to visit, without any special delicacies and delights.
Territory.
There are several levels, there is a promenade, but it is not noticeable, since it narrows in the area of this hotel and there are few people.
I think if we were settled in a bungalow, then everything would be fine too. The only thing is that they do not have their own access to the sea – you need to go to the main building and go down there, but this, by and large, would not be a problem. The territory is green - pines and palm trees, flowers. There are mountains around, the sea is transparent.
Live music and singing in the evening.
We went from 15.0 to 23.10 - the weather was excellent for the first few days - it was hot +30 in the afternoon, the water +25. Then it decreased slightly - during the day + 27, water + 24. Some days it was windy and there were waves on the sea.
The contingent is different – there are many pensioners. The hotel is away from noisy restaurants and bars. This is rather a plus
Animation is young guys, not intrusive. If there is a desire to have fun, you need to approach them yourself and clarify. We didn't need animation, but we played water polo a few times.
Beach.
There were always places on the beach - no matter how many people came. Perhaps because we were in October and the hotel was not filled to the maximum.
Umbrellas do not save you from the sun, or you need to constantly twist them or rearrange the chaise longue. But just above there is a row of sun beds that are in the shade all the time.
There is no sand, everything is in the concrete floors. You can go down to the sea both from the pontoon, from the pier, and by stone steps.
The beach is quite large, 500 meters. The sun goes behind the mountain from the beach from 14:00 and only on the pier you can still warm up a little.
The sea is cold in places – perhaps there really are underwater springs
What's next.
The hotel is 4 km from the center of Marmaris and 4 km from Icmeler. Since we didn't go anywhere, we walked along the promenade and reached both Marmaris and Icmeler.
Marmaris. It is very noisy, music is playing everywhere, there are many bars. In the center there is a port, near the fortress (paid for visiting – 6 dollars per person). There are beautiful narrow streets in the Greek style around the fortress of the old town. It's interesting to walk around and take beautiful photos.
Next to the main bazaar, where you can buy anything you want.
I liked Icmeler better. More peaceful, very beautiful views from the promenade. The town itself is quiet and peaceful. It's nice to be here.
In general, a very pleasant stay, the hotel is one of the best in the last 2 years. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back here.

We settled in a newly renovated bungalow with a sea view . By the way, the sea was perfect. My husband and I swam for hours, enjoying the crystal water. The food is varied, but we've seen better. The entertainment is built for one week. The second one was no longer interesting. The service is perfect. We felt like VIP people. The location is excellent- the sea is underfoot, the bus stop is 10 minutes away. A 40-minute walk with pleasure to Marmaris, 30 minutes to Icmeler. I definitely recommend it👍

An excellent hotel for a family holiday, which is located in the wonderful bay of Marmaris. Very diverse cuisine, food for every taste, including children's and diet menus, the quality of food is excellent. Diligent staff who quickly responds to the client's requests, but no one understands Russian. Learn English! The beach is comfortable, well thought out, the sea is clean, transparent, the entrance from the pier, the stones. Amazing tortillas are baked on the beach. I recommend trying it. The rooms are cleaned daily, quickly, efficiently. Linen and towels were changed in a timely manner. The room has soap and shower gel dispensers, of good quality.
The only drawback is that I think the neighbors are very audible in bungalow-type rooms, because not everyone knows how to behave themselves. I recommend the hotel, I would like to come here again.

This is the third time we are staying at this hotel. The best value for money - we have lived in Turkey for a year and a half in an active mode - we have been to many regions, but we always return to this hotel for rest and relaxation. A wonderful place, we are very glad that we chose it. The beach area is beyond praise. Stunning views of the bay and islands. Clear sea, almost always calm. Swimming is a pleasure. Pleasant locations, "Coco bar" (on the beach next to the fish restaurant) liked the service and a special relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel consists of a main building resembling a hut, and numerous bungalows with cardboard walls and shabby dark brown furniture, photo attached. The big disadvantage of the hotel is, in my opinion, the lack of a sandy beach: only a narrow strip of tiles with sun loungers in three rows, as they say, heel to heel. The entrance is equipped with metal handrails like in a swimming pool, well, this is so, from the habit. The food is normal, but it haunts the feeling of a dining room. The animation screams until 12 at night. In general, the hotel is of a low level, I'm sorry that we arrived, we will try to change it with an additional payment through the Tour Operator.

This is the most lame five I've ever been in. The most important thing for me is not even that, the hotel is old and smelly, there is no feeling of the sea,,,, !!! How do you swim in a lake, and the water is kind of stagnant, it smells like mud, the beach is just one name, a narrow concrete strip, I do not recommend the word at all.... A huge long embankment from Marmaris to Oludeniz (several kilometers), which connects all the hotels on the coast. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, hookah bars, water entertainment stations, etc. If you want to walk, if you want to run, if you want to ride a bike. Very beautiful nature: the bay and the purest water. Of the minuses: the hotel is tired. It consists of a central building and a bungalow. Of the 200 bungalows, only 6 have been renovated. In all the photos to the hotel, of course, only they are. There is no beach, there is a concrete platform with a descent into the sea. For small children there is an entrance 3 meters wide:(there is no sand. The food is good, but you can't call it great either. Everything is quite monotonous. That's what's delicious, so it's desserts. I will not dissemble here. There is only one pool and it is very small for such a hotel. And the most important disadvantage: it is impossible to sleep. Animation screams until one, two in the morning. Closed windows don't help. This is the first time I've seen this.

We purchased a trip through the Intourist. From May 05 to May 12 bungalows. When choosing a flight, Azur air was a priority with a full 7 days of arrival and a late departure. In the process, everything was changed. Flying the disgusting Southwind. The airport of arrival was miraculously measured for Antalya instead of Dalaman, we arrived at the hotel on May 06 at 05.30. Tired of saying nothing. We settled into a standard room in the main building with a view of a hill with trees. The room was not cleaned after the previous guests. Only the bed linen was changed. There are dirty slippers and personal belongings under the beds. It was not pleasant to be there. It didn't work out to rest after the road (our journey from Moscow took 12!!!! Hours, "thanks" to the intourist and the south wind). After a long explanation at the reception with the English-speaking staff, the situation was saved by the reception manager Ilya (thank you very much). We were given a clean, small room in a bungalow with a wonderful view of the sea.
The hotel itself has a large, beautiful, green area, with a fairly long coastline. The food is delicious and quite varied. Everything was fine with us. They drank their own alcohol, so there are no comments. Towels are both beach towels and room standards. Entertainment program every day. The location is great. There is a place to walk. We walked to Marmaris and Icmeler. The location and the territory are ideal for us. The nuances of cleaning, but you can work with it))) I recommend it for a visit

I'm resting now. I live in building 2. The room is large with a loggia. The furniture is not very new, but it is clean. There is a door to the next room, everything is audible. But for now, the neighbors are quiet. The food is not bad, especially stews and vegetables. Fruits are mostly tasteless or unripe.
There is one significant defect. The shower floor is incorrectly laid out in the room. The slope is in the opposite direction. The water spreads over the floor and flows into the room. I asked for a mop. When I wash, I periodically drain the water. And this is from the day the hotel was built. Work for the tiler for a couple of hours. I did not change the room, the view from the window is beautiful, on the sea. The city and the port are visible.
Everything else is fine. Quiet, fresh air. The hotel corresponds to the money that was paid. Special thanks to Julia. She is always helpful and very friendly.
