The staff is terrible, everyone is as dissatisfied as possible, they communicate terribly dissatisfied at the issuance of skates, at the checkout more or less, you first stand in line on a day off, a huge queue at the checkout (the cash register works alone), while you stand, skating already begins, then while you stand in line to receive skates, 10 minutes of time passes for which you paid, more it turns out that you can not change your skates on the issue when you approach for the first time, you must definitely try on the shoes that you chose at the checkout (size) and then when you put on these crippled skates in terrible condition, 5-7 minutes pass, then of course the skates do not fit, although my size, you go to change them and they say that there are no other skates of one size or another, when you ask what I paid the money for if it's already been 25 minutes and I'm not on the ice yet, although I arrived 40 minutes in advance, and everyone answers you that they have nothing to do with it, they do not relate to one or the other, in general, the situation is without a day off, I went and tried to refund the money for the ticket because I paid the money in 45 minutes and I was eventually offered 20 minutes to skate on ridiculous skates not my size, on I was told by the cashier that they did not return the money, I did not see this sign anywhere that the money was not returned, and the cashier himself could not show this sign the first time because he did not know where it was, in the end they showed me this sign, it is located in the lower corner of the last cashier, a small one where it is not you'll look and you won't notice when you even really want to, in general, the staff is terrible, the service is completely zero. I didn't like it very much, I don't advise anyone to find some other place better

There is not a single cafe as it was before, there is nowhere to buy beer and snacks, only water and chips are sold on the ground floor. We will never learn how to organize a good leisure time, as in many countries. People are not respected.
