Very good restaurant, cleanliness, polite and fast service. The food is very awesome, the beer is very tasty. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant. A decent place to relax.
In turn, I want to mention the cafe "Lagram", namely the administrator for his adequacy to criticism and, most importantly, to solving the problem so that the client is satisfied. In response to my negative feedback (about the size of the rolls and the amount paid)
, 2 proposals were made to resolve the issue. We agreed to one of them. As an apology, the Lagram cafe delivered 2 servings of rolls to choose from and 1 liter of Cola. We consider the conflict settled and apologies accepted. We will remain regular customers and hope that our story was an isolated one and the cafe staff will take note that customers also know how and should count their money and receive products corresponding to the amount spent. We have always been satisfied with the taste of Lagram products. We wish it only gets better!!!
Today we ordered rolls in the Lagram, five types. The rolls began to decrease over and over again. But that's not all. They began to try Grinch rolls, they found a lot of large fish bones in them, thank God everything went well, they noticed it during. My appetite has gone bad. They responded to our claim that they would simply make a discount on the next order. There were no apologies. We will not order more at this place and we do not advise others. Let it be on the conscience of the institution of Lagram.
A SMALL BUT VERY INTERESTING STORY AND A RIDDLE!!!
1) It will be interesting not only to future clients, but also, hopefully, to the Management. Today I decided to have dinner at this institution. By the way, I used to constantly visit this cafe. A couple of months ago, there was a small incident with the quality of sushi and their compliance with the declared components and their quantity, but then the staff apologized and fixed everything, even offered a complement. After that, everything was not bad.
2) I was leaving Almaty for a while and decided to come in for dinner today. AND I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT (regarding the staff). THIS IS TERRIBLE!!
At the time of my arrival, two tables were occupied in the hall, I took the third.
I sat down, pretty quickly the guy (the waiter) brought the menu and immediately turned around and was about to leave. I had to call out to him. to order a drink. Fortunately, I managed to). After the drink was brought, I still had no time to choose what I would eat and in VAIN!. How, how, to make an order, I then had to wait about 15 minutes, and then, I was lucky that the waiters (and there were two of them, all our "numerous tables", in the amount of as many as three pieces) brought the order to one of the tables and I managed to shout one. You won't wait for the waiter without your shout. No one is watching the hall.
4) Apparently the management is trying to attract customers to this institution by spending money on advertising and promotions, BUT if I hadn't known earlier that there are promotions here, then I wouldn't have received any information, either visual or from the waiters. Therefore, I have a suspicion that promotional offers go past customers to employees of this institution.
5) And finally they bring me the first dish I ordered! These are Spring rolls with shrimp. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo in the swirled form, but there is a photo in the untwisted one. In addition to the fact that there was not even a smell of shrimp, it had to be an interesting dish, there was a live "ice cream" inside. The cream was not even fully thawed, the ice was crunching. After I asked if this dish should be cold or hot, I was told that it was not like that and not like that. Very comprehensive answer))).When I asked the receptionist (This is not a little woman who was introduced to me as an administrator) where the shrimps were, she went to the kitchen to clarify, and then said that they were finely chopped and mixed with cream, so I don't feel them.
5) We move on to the main dish (rolls). I ordered 3 rolls of 4 pcs. and 2 gukan. There are no claims to the gukans externally. (As a result, I didn't try any of this this time.)
- Let's start with a simple one - Ginger! This is something resembling a rag or a "kombucha", in short, strongly weathered pickled ginger, in my opinion, is not the first freshness. To my question, is it weather-beaten? The administrator replied to me that it was just pickled.
- Rolls are a separate mystery. The photo shows both the rolls and the menu I ordered them from. FIND out which rolls were ordered by me? ) !

Well, except for the fact that Canada and America, where the smoked eel should be - (it was, of course, but it was so translucent that rice was visible through it) it's hard to call it an eel, so in "Canada" I barely found an avocado, and even then in only one role.
- Well, I won't even talk about the "BRANDED" role of LAGRAM, everything is visible in the photo.
- To my question, does the administrator see any difference between what was declared and what was brought? The answer was literally this: "For the money that you ordered — it's fine! (ARE YOU SERIOUS????) Although I noticed the absence of avocado! On my request to check the compliance of the availability and weight of ingredients, I was refused. I was told that I could refuse this order, which I naturally did!
Conclusions:
- it used to be not a bad institution, but now no one controls the kitchen, employees frankly "don't give a shit" on the client, if you want to eat, shout.
- For me, the principle of this institution has changed from "We are always glad to have guests" to "Do not want to eat".

An interesting cafe. I always passed by, and then we decided to come in. A large selection of hearty food. The prices are adequate. The staff is friendly. The average waiting time is 20 minutes.
What I liked: we cooked a delicious tom yam and a dessert with a banana. What I didn't like: Other dishes have very dry chicken and the same fish. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is spoiled by the fact that you can already see a pretty shabby interior.In general, a C grade.
