I thought I was going through some kind of quest, but everything ended well, one thing I can say is that there is no teamwork of sellers in this store, they just don't care about customers... There is one cashier working in the hall instead of 2, there were 20 minutes in a queue of 4 people, the answer to the question where the second cashier was:Well, she has other things to do!In general, I had to ask the cashier questions about the second employee several times because she simply did not answer!I just ignored all the questions!Later, after thinking about it, after coming up with another question about the second cashier, she said that lunch.
To my question where they have scheduled technical breaks or lunch breaks and whether it is really lunch time at 16.30, there was no answer either!
Everything would be fine, everything happens, but the boorish behavior and attitude of the cashier simply outrages!

2 women work like turtles. I bought a heater. I said I was in a hurry, so they deliberately slowly unpacked each bag separately while they checked.. Although one of them definitely would not hurt to move faster and more.

We bought the following furniture from this “wonderful” manufacturer:
bed “Cologne” 1600 mod.2;
the dining table “Favorite”;
chairs 10222/DCA.
By the time of writing the review, we have been using them for a year, so there is something to share.
Globally, I would recommend buying this “wonderful” furniture only if, starting from the very first day (the moment of assembly), we are ready to constantly refine and improve something in it. Keep in mind that in a new apartment, you will have sex first with a bed of AMI furniture, and only then, perhaps, with your wife on this bed. Lack of parts (be prepared to go to the service center yourself first to order missing / non-conforming parts, and then to pick them up - this is very convenient if you live on the other side of the city), misalignment of holes, flimsiness of fasteners are only a small part of the problems that you need to be ready to face when assembling and operating this constructor.
The gas lifts (shock absorbers) of the lifting mechanism failed (stopped holding) after about a year of use. The online store sent a reply that they can be replaced within 2 years under warranty. Personally, I think. A correspondence began, which resulted in a letter signed by the director!!, which states that:
the warranty period is 18 months, which is at odds with the data received from their own online store;
There are no gas lifts in the bed they sold. Yeah, they're missing. I probably put them there myself.
And do not dream of finding these shock absorbers in the nearest hardware store (in the nearest one - do not dream either). Thanks to the fastening features that AMI kindly made for you, you will make love to this furniture to the last “sawdust” from which this miracle of technology is made. And when you get tired of looking, just change the design.
Now about the chair. This creation of AMI furniture cracked at the welds (despite the fact that the heaviest person at home weighs 75kg).
In short, you don't set foot in the store of this shit anymore, which I advise you all to do.
