I often go on business trips.Polite staff.It is warm in winter, and in summer the rooms have air conditioning.Clean rooms, hygiene supplies, towels,bathrobes, etc. are available, hot water is always available.On the ground floor there are inexpensive and high-quality breakfasts, lunches, etc..The hotel has a spa (pools, saunas, baths) below the floor.Sometimes I go.It's clean.There is a guarded parking lot.In a word, I recommend it!

The service is excellent! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! Every time I drive past the city, I try to stop at least for the night (I transit at least 5-7 times a year). Every time everything is clean, tidy, polite and understanding. The rooms are ALWAYS clean, smoke-free, and odorless. There is everything you need (slippers, "soap and soap" accessories, towels, etc.). There is a breakfast for an inexpensive price, very hearty and varied. It is an ideal option for rest and overnight stay!
The cuisine in the cafe is delicious (the serving of dishes needs to be accelerated), fresh, varied.
There is a guarded parking lot, reservations are made by phone and name.

Due to the carelessness of the administrator, the children and I had to urgently look for a room in the middle of the night to rest a little and continue driving. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to do this, since the rooms were all occupied. The hotel is on the 4th floor. On the 1st floor there is a cafe, on the second there is a gym, on the third there is a spa, a swimming pool and a banquet hall. I didn't come in, I can't say anything. The rooms are not bad. It depends on what you expect from her. The suite opposite the reception is quite isolated from the neighbors, but you will always hear the incoming and outgoing visitors. A suite is certainly not a suite, if compared with a Holiday, for example. But quite often, they are cleaned on demand. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, tea cups, glasses. You take drinking water either in a cooler during the course, or a 5 liter bottle near the pantry. 3 towels, a disposable toothbrush with toothpaste, slippers, a bathrobe, liquid soap, a roll of toilet paper. The shower stalls are of course already "tired", the doors don't really close, the water runs from all the holes. The chairs are uncomfortable for long-term sitting - wicker, and there is also a rattan rocking chair in the suite. But the whole bed is boiling white, the bed does not creak, the mattress is good. Breakfast is not included in the price. You pay for it separately. And if you do not want to go down to the 1st floor to eat, then for 200 tenge they will bring it to your room. Dinner can also be ordered from the room menu. By the way, the dinner is very good. Dumplings with cherries for 1100 tenge - top!. The girls at the reception are helpful and helpful. If there are heavy suitcases, they will take you to the elevator, which opens onto the backyard. If you get to the weekend, you can "attend" the banquet on the 3rd floor. The audibility is excellent. But at exactly 23 o'clock everything turns off. So it's cozy enough.

Чистая и уютная гостиница при своеобразном развлекательном комплексе. Номерной фонд небольшой. Жил в "полулюксах", в которых две полуторампальные кровати. В номере кроме кроватей есть холодильник, чайник, стол, два стула, телевизор и кондиционер. Планиров и номеров не одинаковые, но схожие - в одном был стенной шкаф, и стол стоял ближе к санузлу, а в другом шкафа не было и стол стоял у стены в центре. Не очень удобен душ - сделана фиксированная труба без гибкого шланга т.е. вода льется только сверху. Часть номеров расположены вокруг хола-лобби и в них хорошо слышно, что там происходит, а именно мне мешали дети, которые проводили там время.
Персонал очень дружелюбен и вежлив.
Есть закрытая парковка, есть лифт ведущий к этой парковке, а сама гостиница на 4м этаже, рядом автобусная остановка, до центра города 4 остановки.
Гостиница пусть не идеальная, но реально хорошая.

Посещаю тренажёрный зал и очень доволен. Цены приемлемые, персонал вежливый, народу ходит немного в определённое время, есть душ, есть большая парковка, тренажёры есть но некоторые требуют обновления. Рекомендую к посещению.

The hotel seems to be normal, since Soviet times, but the view from the window that looks at the old cemetery struck me, well I didn't see it in the evening when I checked in, only in the morning. Ехали издалека, созванивались узнавали про номера. Девушки на ресепшен очень приятные, ответственные, все по телефону объяснили, пока мы добирались сами нам перезвонили и сообщили, что номер освободился. Номер двухкомнатный просто огромный. В номере тепло, чисто, есть посуда и большой телевизор, на каждого гостя белоснежный халат в индивидуальной упаковке, зубная щетка и маленькая зубная паста в индивидуальной упаковке. Белоснежное белье и полотенца. В стоимость номера входили два взрослых билета в спа. С удовольствием сходили в спа, в котором два бассейна, бани, сауны, хамам, джакузи. Если приедем ещё раз, обязательно в Лагуну!

Из плюсов: постельное белье чистое, из минусов: нет розетки в ванной комнате, телефон упал за тумбочку, а там пылища, стакан в номере с отколотым краем, туалетная бумага самая дешёвая, какая может быть, количество полотенец не совпадает с количеством проживающих.
