In general, a very very solid 4+ , a very spacious center, courteous staff, new as yet unworn slides and climbing walls, a very pleasant kitchen room with lots of soft vegetables and fruits , convenient to get to
Of the cons :
1) in order to eat outside the center, you need to pay back the entrance fee, because they have their own cafe and naturally expect to eat there, but unfortunately not for every child there is something there, although the choice is not bad.
2) if you bring a child in ordinary thin socks (as we did without knowing), the floor is cool in places even where there is carpet.
3) Perhaps the biggest and most dangerous minus, there are two large slides in the center, blue and red at the exit of the red one, the child flies straight into the support of the upper levels, perhaps the management should somehow take this point into account, perhaps additionally close the support with something soft, or close this slide, because it is not safe.
Otherwise , of course , it is still on the list of one of the best centers in Minsk , and I hope it will continue to be so 🙏😌

Also, the administrator of the hall, while in the gaming area, sits on the phone, changing locations, an hour near the slides, another hour near the trampolines (I watched her all the time during our visit, the phone did not leave my hands for a minute)
Also, I think any administrator should know the rules of the club. it does not matter if he is the administrator of the hall, reception or senior administrator

A wonderful space for children and family holidays. There is a variety of activities in the play area: a maze, slides, trampoline, sandbox, etc. I liked that there is enough space where you can sit down at a table + your own cafe with a kitchen, there are many different items on the menu: from soups to salads and pizzas, desserts. Today we were near the railway station. We looked into the City Mall and successfully got into the new Laputa play area. A spacious play area, slides and mazes for different ages. Recently, my child and I visited the Laputa children's entertainment center, and I want to share my impressions. First of all, we were greeted by a friendly atmosphere and friendly staff, who gladly answered all our questions and helped us navigate.
The center itself is stunningly decorated: bright colors, lots of play areas and attractions that attract attention and give real pleasure to children. My child was delighted with the various master classes and exciting programs conducted by experienced animators. I especially remember the theatrical performance, where children could become participants in a fabulous show.
I would like to note safety separately: all inventory and play areas are clean and well-groomed, and employees closely monitor the order. We spent a wonderful day here, filled with joy and fun. Hello. We have been to this center.
I really liked the children's room, it was clean and spacious, there were few children.
We ordered dishes from them, we liked everything, the prices were reasonable. Nearby, people were celebrating others. There were no problems with the seats.
I definitely recommend it.
One of the disadvantages is that you won't be able to leave your child (our child is 6 years old) alone and walk around the shopping center.

Today we visited the Laputa Children's Center with our daughter. My impressions are mixed. The child liked it in general. There are activities for toddlers and slides for older children.
The biggest disadvantage is right at the entrance - you can not leave the children's center. In general, you can't even go out for 10 minutes, otherwise pay the entrance fee again. And I'm not talking about a child, an adult can't leave a child and walk around the shopping center. I understand that you can't leave kids unattended, but 10-year-olds should also go down the hill with their mom and dad by the hand??? What kind of prison is this?
And the second disadvantage is the toilet. The condition of the bathroom itself is normal, but the smell is such that it is impossible to enter without a gas mask.
The conclusion is that we definitely will not come again!

Hello. 09/28/24 visited Laputa entertainment center.
One of the advantages is a large space. Different slides. I liked playing.
Of the cons:
1) I did not specify the name of the Receptionist at the reception, but this is disrespectful to visitors. When asked if we could play, we were told that there were no seats. It turned out that there are no places in the cafe, and not in the game area itself. Everyone visited correctly understood this information, but my husband, my children and I did not! To which we were told that we need to find out everything ourselves and ask! Moreover, it would have been difficult for her to break away from some business and bring the guests up to date. I was standing at the counter and didn't understand if I could play or if everything was full!!! It turns out that these are our problems, that we do not work as an Administrator in the center and do not know all the nuances.
2) not the first review about the change! There was no change from 50 rubles and the Administrator looked as if we had to solve this problem!
3) Is the exit prohibited? What????? You have unlimited money. You cannot leave the center, otherwise pay again!!! This is not unlimited, but it turns out to be a prison!
4) There are no lockers for storage. And I didn't really understand where to change the kids! A wardrobe without benches and poufs. There are no cupboards.
5) We never got to the cafe. And I think it's not in vain.
I wouldn't come back again. There are centers with a more polite and attentive attitude towards guests. Especially for such a considerable cost.

- Only one option for visiting: unlimited for 35p weekdays and 45p weekends. Then it's even "better":

- We also wanted to order a birthday for a child, but there are also prohibitions here: If you bring your cake, you pay a 35p fee, just because you brought your cake, and did not order from them. Is this even legal?

The list of prohibitions is impressive: adults are not allowed to ride slides, jumping on a trampoline with a child is also strictly prohibited. It feels like they didn't come here to relax, but to strictly follow the rules.
In addition, food can only be brought from their cafe — no snacks from the food court. This is extremely inconvenient, I have never seen this anywhere else. The only advantage is that there are few people, but now it's clear why. Unfortunately, we won't come here anymore and we don't recommend it to others.

A visit to the LAPUTA Entertainment Center on September 2, 2024 left extremely negative impressions. My friend and I and our children came here hoping for a fun and joyful day, but, alas, we were very disappointed.
1. Prices for entrance tickets. We paid 45 rubles for the child, which would seem to be good, if not for one thing – it was on the day of the holiday, and the price was an order of magnitude higher than on normal days. For that kind of money, I expected decent service, but, unfortunately, it just wasn't there.
2. The work of the staff. The administrator of the center, putting us in an awkward position, could not give us change from 50 rubles. Moreover, we had to tell her ourselves that we needed to change the money, otherwise we risked not getting to the center at all. Such an incompetent attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable.
3. Entry/exit restrictions. Surprisingly, after paying for the entrance, we will not be able to leave the center without paying again. This means that after paying for the whole day, you must stay on the territory of the center or pay again for admission. In addition, the only cafe on site was crowded, and we couldn't find a place there. The receptionist did not even warn us about this, which indicates a complete lack of concern for visitors.
As a result, we realized that this "entertainment" is absolutely not worth the money that is being asked for it. There are many restrictions and spontaneous rules, and most importantly, the center does not bear any responsibility for its services. After 10-15 minutes, we asked for a refund for the tickets and left the center.
If you are looking for a place to relax with children, I strongly recommend that you consider other options. LAPUTA is not a place you want to go back to.

Yesterday I visited a children's center with my daughter. The impression is on the "three". The cost was very surprising. 45 rubles unlimited. And you won't be able to use unlimited access there, there's nothing to do there for more than an hour. She noted that a lot has already been broken / torn (the coverings on the hill are very flat, she almost fell over there a couple of times (Another "chip" - when leaving the children's center area, your stay is canceled, there is a large food court nearby and you can't go to it for a cocktail /snack and come back, everything is for in order to use the cafe on the territory of the children's center. OK, but the kitchen is very good and there is not much choice. My daughter didn't eat pizza or ice cream, despite the fact that she always eats these dishes. Plus the issue of seating, is there anything missing for everyone??? And, let me remind you, you can't go out.

To begin with, the pre-order was for 5 adults, with the clarification that there may be two more and they will be served accordingly. In four days, she confirmed the number of people in writing. I called on the day of the holiday. On arrival - 5 servings instead of 7 and sad hungry guests.
Then, the serving. This is the first time I've seen this at all. All the cutlery is at one end of the table, all the salads are at the other. The space is catastrophically small. There are empty tables nearby (and I asked in advance, will we fit? Of course!). I had to serve dishes to the guests and lay out the appliances.
Next, the paper show was to be conducted by a girl in a unicorn costume. Well, you get it, right? No one warned her.
The only thanks to Anna for the Bracelet Weaving master class, it was interesting.
So it was necessary not to listen to conscience, but to pay those 100 rubles instead of 1000, which the waiter mistakenly knocked out at the terminal and did not notice. You deserve it. I felt sorry for the boy, I told him about the mistake, I fixed it. My husband also left a tip for this outrage.
The administrator Anna has already left, and without her, everything went according to this very thing.
