I have always considered Barut to be a model of quality and hospitality, but the opinion has changed! My tourists bought a New Year's tour for a very decent price, have been living since 27/12 and today they find out that there are not enough places for a galla dinner for all guests and my tourists are offered to spend the night in the lobby instead of a galla dinner! The hotel has broken the bottom

I took off the star for the unfriendly reception of the hotel (they don't tell anything when checking in, they refused to extend the room at check-out).
Good food and staff conducting sports activities (yoga, water polo...)
I did not like the sun beds near the pool (uncomfortable, they need mattresses), and there is also a lack of evening towel replacement in the rooms (humidity is high, they do not dry out)

It doesn't happen that way. But it was!
Everything is great! Beach, pools, restaurants, bars, room.
There are no queues anywhere, there are always free places on the beach, by the pools, in the restaurant. The quality of food and drinks is excellent!
Still, there are two nuances: of the two weeks of our vacation, the heat was below +40 for a week; you need to sign up for a la carte restaurants through a mobile application, recording starts at 9.00. After a few seconds, all tables are already booked, and not for that day, but for two days ahead. "Whoever managed it, ate it!"

Nowhere else in 15 years of traveling in Turkey have I met such a friendly person..friendly..responsive staff...The score is super 5....The hotel is located close to the airport...they settled right away...The room is great...sea view...the food is excellent...drinks for every taste around the clock...a saltwater pool with access to the street....a restaurant by the beach with excellent waiters and delicious shefsalat and steak...the best impressions will stay for a long time....if someone is thinking of going or not...we recommend definitely yes!if there is such an opportunity, we will definitely return

I recommend it, especially if you have children. The food is varied, delicious, most importantly, not spicy, made to European taste!!! Everything is provided for children, playgrounds, a pool with mountains, animation, everything is fine. I recommend not walking to the sea, but using cars, since the area of the territory is large. In the morning, the sea, then the children's pool, then the pool at the bar. Have a nice rest. Book earlier, it will be cheaper. In order not to waste the days of arrival and departure, I recommend regular Turkish airlines. We were at the hotel very early and at 10-30 we were already provided with a family room! On the last day of departure, our flight was at 22-30 and in the morning we had no problems, at our request, the room was extended to 19-00. We had a quiet dinner and at 19-50 the bus took us to the airport, fortunately it takes 15 minutes to get there.

Well-maintained large green area, wonderful beach. Well-trained staff. The music is hammering, as they wrote in one of the reviews, but it's from a nearby Nirvana hotel. It usually ends here at 23. Although what difference does it make to the guests? :) The whole impression was spoiled by the fact that, despite all the measures (senseless and excessive), the children still get sick. Our guy picked up some kind of virus and "dropped out" for three days. And the cherry on the cake was poisoning/infecting his wife. One of the strongest in her entire life.

The real UAI. A lot of different food, a large, beautiful territory, polite staff. Towels were changed every day, and bed linen was changed upon request. A large beach. Very clean. I would like to return. It was in February 2020.

The hotel is not worth the money and certainly not 5*. The rooms are terrible, everything is old and shabby. It requires frantic repairs. For the first time I see a hotel where the lights are turned off and the elevator is not working properly. We wanted to take the elevator down for 15 minutes, he rolled us up and down, but we never got to the first floor. The pros are just a huge area and that's it. I really want my review to be useful when choosing a hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

A wonderful hotel. Only positive emotions. I can't say anything about the beach. They don't swim in February yet, but there is an indoor saltwater pool. A great, big restaurant. The barbecue area is separated and all smells are left out. Responsive staff. Any questions and suggestions that arise are resolved within a few minutes.
