It's just a horror, not a service. The guy with glasses at the point in Galileo, with dyed hair, left a terrible impression. The person is not interested in work, so why keep him there. A person either works and works well, or does not work at all. Lavatsa is a brand with a big name, and after you find yourself in such places, as if you drank coffee in the cheapest place, and also try to get something besides coffee - you will have time to grow old!
For a network with a big name, the barista's attitude is at the bottom level. Zero emotions, zero interest in the client. I waited about 7 minutes to place an order until the barista finished with his young man ((( Alas, the impression is bottom.
The place is cool. I come in sometimes.
But today (March 15, 2024), barista Julia talked so much that I regretted coming here. A stone face, speaking through clenched teeth, is unpleasant. It 's like she 's being forced to work here and communicate with people .

I have always loved this network very much, but this time I was very unhappy. we came on Friday evening, there were no people in the coffee shop at all, 2 baristas were working - Amalia and Varya, if I'm not mistaken. 2 cappuccinos were waiting for about 10 minutes, which is quite a lot by my standards, considering that the girls were having their conversations in parallel. both drinks were asked for hotter - the first one was not given that it was not hot: it was even lower than the standard temperature. when asked to simply reheat, and not redo, the girl replied, not in the most polite manner, that she could not do it. the second coffee was quite good. but the converted drink made me write this review: yes, it was hotter, but as far as I know, there is syrup in the nut cappuccino (there was not even a hint of it + espresso was clearly overcooked), as well as nuts, which were not from the word at all. bottom line: for a drink (which in fact turned out to be an ordinary cappuccino) cost 6p, we paid 11p.
I asked to make coffee on the spot, but they didn't warn me that there were no dishes and in the end they made coffee with me. But no one warned me beforehand that the coffee would be in the paper. Otherwise, I would have just refused. Service 0.
Terrible bitter latte. 6 rubles for coffee and 80 kopecks for syrup. The coffee is terribly hot, bitter, obviously overexposed. And the syrup was almost a ruble in value, it was not felt at all. It's a nightmare, like such a place should mean quality, but in the end it would be better to buy coffee from a vending machine.
