It is beautiful, but there is little salt in the risotto. Negligible amount of octopus and scallops in risotto. It is better to make the price higher, but with enough ingredients.
2 pieces of octopus 4 mm thick is very small. And one scallop... Risotto when ready is perfect.
Kale in its raw form in nicoise... Brrr.
It's very tasteless. And it's a pity, because the tuna, dressing and egg were perfect... Cale ruined everything.

We were at breakfast with a friend . In the evening, I booked a table at the SB - no one confirmed my reservation , OK - we decided to go at random to the VSK in the morning .
The atmosphere is nice , the waitress girls are very pleasant , the food is served fast enough - everything is wonderful here .
Of the dishes , I liked the poached egg with sliced , croissants with butter and jam , rice porridge with coconut milk did not like it - the rice was hard and the look and feel of the viscous homemade rice porridge was generally lost , tea (my friend and I had it completely different , she had it in a teapot , I just had cup )- it was impossible to drink , I wanted to spit it out rather because of the smell and taste of water ! The napkins on which the devices are lying - when turned around , they turned out to be far from clean , the unwashed stains were visible…Food stains were also visible on some of the chairs.. the wardrobe is just hangers behind the curtain ((; the toilet is excellent, there is even hand cream , but it is located right next to the exit / exit for the staff (which is generally inconvenient neither for visitors nor, I think, for the staff themselves). There is definitely a place to grow and what to fix , I 'm unlikely to go there anymore .

Poached eggs with salmon - I didn't like it, I got the feeling that the salmon was taken just from a pack, I would like the institution to marinate it itself, the salad with buratta is delicious, but nothing special, not a bad wine. Waiters - not everyone knows the menu and not everyone has information on the dishes. Everything is average - that's why the score is average. At these prices, you can visit much more cozy places. Of the advantages - on summer evenings - live music - a duo of guys performs beautiful works and sing well 👌🏻

It's a beautiful place, but I wasn't lucky enough to get on the lunch menu. Nicoise salad looked like a children's menu in a hospital canteen (canned tuna from a can?? Pickled beans? the potatoes look very sad, as if they were left over from the weekend). When asked (a cultural, no-hitting question) whether it is possible to change or remove it from the bill, since I ordered nicoise and not this, they began to convince me that I should have clarified in advance what this salad is made of (you always come to the cafe and ask "is caesar exactly chicken parmesan and lettuce leaves?"). In general, no one decided to solve this issue, the attitude was very cold and without interest. It's a pity, because you've lost several clients with this.

Definitely one of the best establishments in Minsk :)
The style is simple and refined at the same time, the menu is varied, with the opportunity to have breakfast at 4 p.m., dishes are 9/10

A beautiful and fashionable place, we were able to get here not the first time.
The cheese plate is good. The signature snack has a fibrous, non-greasy pate, or maybe stew, or something like that)))The risotto is a little bland. the scallops are delicate but with a taste of trouble - of the three varieties, only one is directly delicious (French), and the other two options are tasteless and odorless, salt and pepper were not given on the table. The service and furnishings (were on the terrace) are at a high level.
I probably came here with slightly high expectations, because it seems that the products are fresh and cooked acceptably, but somehow without "raisins", somehow very carefully.
I will definitely come back to try gnocchi.

I had breakfast at this place many times and everything was fine.
Today I ordered a cheeseburger through delivery and it was terrible. The most tasteless burger I've ever tasted. There was a lot of cartilage in the meat patty, and I had to spit it out all the time.

Unfortunately, the institution has become negligent about orders that are going to be delivered. Shakshuka is in the photo, at least that's how she's seen here.
Thanks, of course, but I didn't want eggs and onions with feta, but shakshuka. By the way, there is no feta in the composition on the site at all, but it is present in the dish.
I ordered here regularly, the quality of the dishes is quite unstable, but more often it was delicious.
This order made it clear that it was better to find another place for traditional weekend breakfasts.
