A decent water park. Indoor and outdoor space. There are warm and cool pools. Jacuzzi and barrels of warm water in the open air. Extreme slides for adults and a sufficient number of slides for children. There is a pool bar, for those who do not want to go up to the cafe, but only with drinks. A hairdryer is provided at the reception, not very convenient, for those who are not warned about it for the first time. Complex locker rooms, shared, but there are changing booths.
We've been to different water parks, but this is the first time we've met such a terrible water park.
Starting from the entrance area, as soon as you enter the hall, it immediately feels like you got into the state MFC, with the issuance of some coupons and huge queues, then you get into the locker room area, and there are solid gray labyrinths with microscopic lockers that simply cannot be opened and closed, while there is no lighting, light it barely flashes, everything is done in the dark, and there is not a single employee of the water park nearby. Then we went into the aquazone, and there it turned out that the water in the pools was icy!(((When I asked why the water was icy, I was told that the water park was supposedly after preventive maintenance. Funny)). Not a single bathhouse worked, the hammam barely pulled ((( Slides, as in Soviet times! At the same time, the price of a water park is far from small, 110 Belarusian rubles (3800 Russian rubles). But come on, this is not the end of all the delights of this place, at the exit you have to go to the checkout separately and ask for a hair dryer to dry your hair, and then you also need to take it back!))) In general, I do not recommend it to anyone, do not waste your time and money.
Cool. The slides are on fire. On the street, the complex for children is very thoughtful - the children are in sight, everything is safe. If you take tickets online, you can get there faster. 4 hours was enough for us . You definitely don't need less
A great place for outdoor activities. Conveniently, there are several shops and cafes in the very center. There is a children's area. But the only drawback is the huge workload and queue, we waited at the checkout for half an hour and queues for the slides.
Overall, it's a good water park. A minus star for the lack of really extreme slides, all extremely light + the price tag without the promotion is far from humane. It's interesting to go in winter for a change.
I recommend visiting both with children and separately!
The prices are pleasant.
On the territory of the water park you can buy and eat and drink. There is a cafe right in the pool. You can also take food and drinks with you and have a snack after the pool in the locker room area, there are special places for this.
I recommend taking towels, rubber splinters for convenience, many people leave them at the entrance to the pool, but it is also fashionable to be in them on the territory of the water park.
You don't have to take vests and pillows for kids, it's there.
With children, the most comfortable rate is 4 HOURS. be careful about the timing, as the time is counted from the moment of registration. And you need to overcome the path to the water park itself in 20 minutes. This is to find your storage boxes, change clothes, take a shower. And exactly the same story on the way out . In general, set aside an hour for comfortable entry and exit, and three hours to visit the water park.
I stayed pretty and also recommend this water park!
Summer, sultry heat +30
Of course, I want to get closer to the water, I want to swim, splash and have fun - all roads (this time) lead to Lebyazhy🤗 Cool, fun, entertainment and slides for any age.
Of the minuses, there are huge queues, what can everyone do to relax)
We plan to come with a stay at the hotel "On the other shore", but so far the reviews about the road to the hotel are alarming.
In general, a good water park in terms of slides and various spas. It seems that there are not enough pools. The main problem is the number of people: if you come to the opening, you can ride with fairly adequate queues. But after 2-3 hours there are queues along the entire length of the stairs, and inflatable circles (most slides only with them) become quite problematic to find.
The water park is large, there are many slides, there is an open area. A large swimming pool. But! You will enjoy visiting there only if you take a subscription for the whole day, because this is the only way you will justify queues for tickets lasting at least half an hour and queues for slides. Because we took four hours in the water park, we queued for 30-35 minutes on each slide, so then we spat after three rides and decided to just swim. And it was a weekday, NOT a day off. I can't imagine what kind of queues there would be at the weekend. The hair dryer is not shared, you need to get out of the shower, change clothes, go to the reception and ask for a hair dryer, and then come back and dry your head. Inconvenient. We didn't eat in the cafe, I can't say about the food. In general, you can only go there for the whole day! Otherwise, it will only take you a few hours in total to wait.
Nice water park, interesting slides. We've been to a lot of places, and children under 10 can't go downhill everywhere. In this case, they are allowed on almost all slides, even 6-year-olds. The children really liked it. The day flew by unnoticed.
Just a great place to relax, lots of slides, cheerful and helpful staff, you can safely take a ticket for 8 hours at an affordable price, but only two disadvantages: 1) Long queues at the slides (not all) and very, no, not so VERY expensive food and drinks
The water park is cool, but there are only 11 slides, counting those that are on the street. And inside there are 7. There aren't many people in bad weather. But the minus is that the outdoor aquazone does not work, it is the coolest. I recommend coming a little before the opening (9:00) and being there until the closing, there are almost no people. Follow this route: gray slide- blue slide- single triple-single toilet bowl- single pink-burgundy-red. Then it's the street ones. You may get a little seasick, but that's okay. But I wouldn't say that this water park is perfect. 4-8 hours 👌. If you take a hotel room, you have unlimited access to the water park, but the hotel has three stars, and the rooms are cramped. You don't strictly rate me for the review, I'm only 13…
Great water park! The child is delighted. All slides are safe (at least the ones we rode). It is better to arrive in the morning, then there are fewer people, and less time is spent queuing for the slides. Relatively clean. There is no smell of chlorine. The only drawback: the site does not describe how to get to the water park (which minibuses, buses run) - this is especially important for nonresidents who get there on their own.
My temple Water Park is a place where there is a lot of happiness , creativity , where cool projects ,joyful events , dreams were fulfilled ! I want the Water Park to develop, so that parties and discos in the pool can resume! To try new projects and attract great specialists! Spa 💕
A great place to relax with children! A lot of different entertainment, everything is clean and tidy. One of the disadvantages is that children are photographed without parental consent! There is no way to take all the pictures, and then where to put them is the question!!!
There are no questions about the water park.
- the staff is polite
- parking is large (we were on a weekday, there were very few cars);
- everything is clean and tidy in the water park;
- two shallow pools for children;
- the water is clean and warm (30 °);
- you can rent bathrobes, hair dryers (perhaps also towels, we were with our own);
- there are cafes (drinks, fast food) in the aqua zone and the SPA area.
In general, you can relax all day, time flies by unnoticed.
I came to the spa, I thought that this level of the water park would be cool, but the expectation and reality of course diverged. There are no shower heads on the hoses in saunas, it seems that all thieves only walk there. Of course, the attitude of the staff was so-so, some woman kept walking around like a special agent trying to get to someone. Of the six declared saunas, only 2 are really worth it. The price is too high for this level of spa.
I liked the water park very much. What is the most important thing?! This is a lot of different slides and no queues. The staff is friendly and helpful. Baths and thermal baths are also normal. Pools with cold and hot water. The food is great and delicious. The only disadvantage in the water park is the lack of a smoking area. And this is very important for those who are addicted. But I liked everything exactly very much
The coolest water park, be sure to take a ticket with a sauna complex, there is a wide variety of baths and hamams. The pool bar, you can swim outside.
In general, the whole family liked it and the 7-year-old child has a bunch of slides where he can ride without adults
A great water park for recreation. There are many slides of different levels, and just a couple of pools. With the outdoor area, it's just great. On the downside, there are long queues on weekends, it's worth taking 8 hours of attendance.
I've been to many water parks before, and of course, the experience here is terrible.. I waited in line for two hours on a weekday, the interior looks like an airport, not a water park.
And in fact, the price is very high for what we end up getting. There are a lot of rusty structures, inside the park looks like a Soviet swimming pool. There was trash everywhere on the floor of the cafe.
The only thing is that the slides are good. But you have to stand in line for an unacceptably long time.
The spa area is not cozy, the ceilings are very low and the room is dark, there is not enough comfort and a variety of flavors. The water bar is ill-conceived: on weekends there is a large load and in order to place an order, you have to hang on each other's heads, with the offered assortment (cocktails, coffee, drinks, beer), one bartender cannot cope.
It's fun out there. The queues on the slides and the prices in cafes (like at the airport) are annoying, but we had a very good time. One more thing-we spent more than an hour near the ticket offices to get in, but I must say right away-it was a winter day off.
The water park is good, there is a large parking lot, an electronic queue, there are various promotions for which you can get a discount. Good slides and large pools for such an indoor facility. The children were delighted, I will definitely go to Minsk with them again.
The only drawback is the queues for the slides, so it is advisable to ride during working hours when there are fewer people.
There are a lot of slides, 2 children's areas:outdoors and indoors, there are large pools, as well as outdoors, a Jacuzzi, warm barrels, a bar right next to the pool, so to speak, there is a spa area. We liked everything, but if you want to go around all the slides, then you definitely need to take the whole day.
The water park is very large and cozy, there are many different slides, pools, Jacuzzis, there are both for kids and adults. Everything is clean, beautifully cozy, the spa area. There is a cafe. A wonderful place to relax with the whole family. I recommend
Unreasonably expensive. It just opened after renovation. Some of the slides do not work, tropical dodi work worse every year (more and more elements that have stopped working), drying does not work. The most incomprehensible thing is the restrictions on the roller coaster in terms of height. The lower limit is 1.06m. What is such a magic number ... H.Z.))) The main plus is that there are no people with such prices. 2 adults+ 2 children, weekday, 3 hours- 244p...
A great place to spend time with your family and enjoy extreme roller coaster rides and unforgettable experiences. We have been with the family more than once and it has always been fun with the mood for everyone, both children and adults. I advise and recommend those who haven't, but if you keep an eye on them. Have a good rest and positive mood.
Our family visits to this water park have become a tradition, and unfortunately, every year we notice a deterioration in the technical condition of the facility. We have our own opinion about the pros and cons of this place.
**Advantages:**
- A wide range of recreation areas and a variety of slides for all ages.
- Convenient parking, which greatly simplifies the visiting process.
- Places for a snack, including an underwater bar, are a great way to refresh yourself.
**Disadvantages:**
- Crowded: it is difficult to find a free place to relax during rush hours.
- The staff is not always polite.
- Money is not refunded for unused time — this creates discomfort.
- The entrance prices are quite high: for two adults and a child without access to the spa, we paid 250 rubles for 4 hours, which seems unjustified given the other disadvantages.
- Queues on the slides can take from 30 to 60 minutes — waiting significantly reduces the pleasure of relaxing.
- If you didn't buy access to the spa right away, you will have to pay extra separately, which adds inconvenience to time planning.
- Out of eight hair dryers, only three were working — this situation clearly requires the attention of the park's management.
- Bracelets are easily lost due to unreliable fastening; the penalty for loss is 20 rubles. Perhaps it is worth considering the possibility of improving their reliability?
The technical condition of the water park leaves much to be desired. In some places, tiles are missing and there are holes in the drain holes without protection. Although an adult's foot won't fit there, it may well be unsafe for a baby.
It is also worth noting the difference in tile coverings in different areas: once you get used to one type of surface, you can suddenly slip on another.
In general, if you rarely visit this water park and find yourself at a less busy time of the day, it may be suitable for you. However, our recent visit was a disappointment; in fact, we spent only about three hours on the water and left the institution with a sense of resentment due to the shortcomings of the service and the technical condition of the park. We hope for improvements! Although I think it's time to change the tradition of visiting to another place!
The Lebyazhy Water Park is a great place for outdoor activities and entertainment. I visited him several times and was very satisfied each time. The Lebyazhy Water Park has everything you need for a great time: pools with water slides, water attractions, saunas and baths for complete relaxation, as well as cafes and restaurants where you can have a snack.
I really like that the Lebyazhy Water Park is always clean and cozy. The employees of the water park keep order and cleanliness and are always ready to help guests. I would also like to note that the prices here are quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the services provided.
A vacation at the Lebyazhy Water Park is a great option for spending a weekend or a holiday with family or friends. There is entertainment for all ages and interests. And this is not only a water park, but also a great opportunity to relax and forget about everyday worries.
I highly recommend visiting the Lebyazhy Water Park to anyone who is looking for a vivid experience and wants to spend time with benefit and pleasure. This is a place where you can recharge with positive energy and have a lot of fun!
Great water park.My 13-year-old son really liked it.Especially the slides.I didn't get out of them.I didn't like the cool water in the communal pool that runs throughout the water park. There's nowhere to warm up unless you take an extra bath.
Great water park! There are enough different slides: we all liked the red one from the top floor the most - it swings and twists so much that it takes your breath away and it's cool that you can experience emotions together on a balloon eight, driving along bends that are partially on the street, changing the temperature regime in the pipe😅 Another original blue one, where the ascents are replaced in the jets of water and then also in the spray, fly down) The rest of the water slides are similar to other similar establishments...
A spa area with steam rooms and a couple of pools (one round with ice water for dipping and one with warm water, waterfalls and jet massage, where you can swim a little, but it's a little cramped). There are enough steam rooms for different tastes - everyone can choose according to their liking and the capabilities of their body😊
The food and drinks here are good - we ate too much, taking a beer set for 30 bel.rub, where there turned out to be a lot of delicious chicken, nuggets and juicy croutons🍗 I washed it down with some delicious martini-based cocktail 🍹, and the guy with beer 🍺
In general, both were satisfied with visiting this park!) Thanks)
The slides and pools are good, although they are already pretty "battered", the children like it. However, I was upset by the fact that the cabin, which is designed to keep warm, did not work, it was quite cold in the aqua zone, and the children were constantly freezing. There was also dirt near one of the stairs, which people put their feet on slides and pools.
I would also like to mention the cafe on the 2nd floor, fast food seems to be the norm in terms of quality, but the room itself is something, dirty sticky tables, trays stink, it's unpleasant to be in, and if you consider that there is no alternative to a snack, then it's generally sad.
He always visits this water park, he seems to like it, but there are a lot of nuances(
We were on the opening day after cleaning the water park on October 8th
Minuses :
●The locker room did not work , and the lockers are 17-20 cm wide , try to fit a tiny one
●the locker room is shared, where it is very dark, try to put a swimsuit on the other side.
● There are no benches near the lockers
The deck chairs were dirty , as if they had never been washed
●The pool water is cold
● we paid for the water park on a weekday for 4 hours with a sauna of 8200 (2 adults + a child) , some of the saunas did not work , no one warned us when buying , and you will not go in, there are a lot of people .
●The entrance to the spa area is inconvenient and through a bracelet
● a lot of slides did not work , they also did not warn , the children 's area also did not work
● there is a fine for losing the bracelet , but it flew off at everyone , we lost it 3 times and so everyone was looking for it in the pool . We would have solved this issue with bracelets already
● the water park already requires reconstruction !!!
● THERE IS NO HAIR DRYER IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, THIS IS A SHOCK!! she left with a raw head , because there was no time to look for someone to take it from
Saved by the blue slide in the middle. If you have never been to a water park, you may like it, if there is something to compare it with, then these are the nuances
We went on Sunday from the very opening, there are few people, the children are happy!!! Everything is great!!! Everything is clean, neat, and delicious in the cafe
Various leisure activities from slides to spa, bar, cafe. Cool slides, but on one steep slide my panties were torn on my ass) the only thing I didn't really like was that the water was very chlorine
The water park is of a good level. A large territory, street slides are available in the summer season, good organization and security are monitored, large Parking lot.
Disadvantages: high price, long queues for slides even on a weekday, inconvenient locker rooms, towels are not provided.
An excellent water park, and the configuration of the slides, and the number. Plus cleanliness. A separate plus is the street part. We were at +23, we enjoyed swimming in the air. Interesting options for saunas in the SPA area. However, the "Russian bathhouse" almost did not work, the stove broke down, the second one barely warmed. The only negative. And the plus is that the workload is many times less than Moscow water parks.
A great place to relax. Everything is so modern and beautiful. Different slides, for every taste. The spa has a warm swimming pool. But in the aquazone, the pool is quite cool. I wish it was warmer. Although the information board indicates that the water temperature is 28 degrees, but this is not the case
It was autumn, you can't do without a SPA area: a warm pool and bath complexes, because mostly it was a barrel, it felt cool. In summer, the children's area on the street is gorgeous. And do not climb on adults without sunscreen - there is enough queue to get burned. The slides are not all passed, we will gradually catch up. The rest is cool, so far only positive impressions.
For the first time in Minsk, so far, pleasant impressions have remained everywhere we have visited, except for "Lebyazhy". Firstly, not everything worked, the outdoor children's area was closed, and the price tag remained the same and very high, I have something to compare it with. Secondly, the water in the Jacuzzi and hot pools is cool, in my opinion, it can be hotter. There is nowhere to warm up, the high price for tickets, baths are not included and there is nowhere to warm up. Thirdly, it was dark in the locker rooms, and we were in the daytime, so we had to turn on the phone's flashlight. At the entrance, the receptionist was rude, did not explain anything, did not prompt, although she knew that people were here for the first time. In general, there is no desire to return to this place.
A great water park. It is better than all the combined water parks in St. Petersburg. The whole family rode the roller coaster. Very clean, no queues on weekdays
A great place for the whole family to relax.
The temperature is comfortable, the service is fast.
There are a lot of slides and entertainment.
It was just on a warmer day when it was possible to swim outside.
Everyone liked it. Cheerful and interesting.
I had a wife and daughter in this aqua park. The aqua park itself is very decent, there are many slides for every taste, an excellent children's area. Nice swimming pool. Now about the disadvantages. Queues at the entrance to the water park for two whole hours... Without exaggeration. If you honestly take a voucher for a family with children, you will have to wait in line for a very long time. And if, like "alone," a company of young people can pass with minimal expectation. We didn't have such a room, because my daughter is a minor. It turns out that families with children over 3 years old wait the longest at the entrance. At the same time, only 5 cash registers out of 10 were working. As I understand it, this regulates the number of visitors. But it doesn't really work either. Inside the queue on the slides, it was possible to stand for half an hour. This is no good. Let those fewer people be better, for a higher fee, than to inconvenience people instead of relaxing. If you go for 4 hours, it is enough to ride only once on the most popular slides, which is very sad. For these shortcomings and the thirst for profit of the owners, I take off two stars.
It's a great place. There are many different kinds of entertainment. 4 hours fly by instantly. In summer, when there is also an open area, there is generally a fire.
A good water park. A large number of zones, safe slides, a relaxation zone and its components, all of a decent level.
Special attention to the spa, everything is fine, especially the massage.
Lots of parking spaces.
We have been visiting Avka Park since 2017, everything was great, but this year it's just trash. The impressions of the rest were not very good... prices have been doubled for hotel stays, and the time of stay has been reduced. Come on, it doesn't matter. But the staff at the aqua park really does not want to explain anything, because the rules of visiting have changed over the year. They grumble under their breath at the questions they ask, the same thing at the checkout. The service is so-so.... We are your guests who bring you money and not small ones.
A large water park, many slides, there is a rental of some things (towels, etc.). That's where the advantages ended
Minuses:
1) the queue for buying tickets: 5 out of 15 windows are open. Coupons as in the MFC. You wait for your turn for at least 1.5 hours if you did not come to the opening at 8 a.m.
2) You can buy a minimum for 3 hours, of which 50% of the time you stand in line for the slide. There is no logistics. One staircase leads to the 3rd-4th slides
3) cost: for a minimum of 75 br you get access to the aqua zone (pool and slides). If you want a spa (baths / hamams, etc.), you pay separately
It's a very wonderful and cool water park, there are a lot of emotions left, but the only thing that disappoints is the queues, especially on weekends, the queues on the slides are even worse, something needs to be done about it.
