The most delicious San Sebastian cheesecake that I ate even in Moscow. His tenderness is just off the scale. Quiche with mushrooms is delicious and juicy. We need to work on the fish and broccoli cake- it's a little dry. The pesto omelet is delicious, baked, no residual proteins. I highly recommend this place if you want to start your day delicious. During the three days of our stay in Minsk, we had breakfast here. On the last day, we took food with us on the road - we were not disappointed. Bread with cranberries is a dump of the head. I ate half a loaf at a time, I couldn't stop. Thanks to the staff for making our days tastier. Do not lower the level!

We were in Minsk on the weekend, came to Flax almost every day) I highly recommend an omelet with cream pesto and pickled tomatoes, I have never tasted such a delicious omelet! Coffee and pastries are also delicious, Basque cheesecake is very delicate. Pleasant atmosphere, the place is popular, it is always crowded (even at 9 am on Saturday).
Thanks a lot to the staff! This place brightened up our cloudy weekend in Minsk!

I liked the pate and black bread with cranberries (cranberries are natural, they taste sweet). We took coffee and quiche with salad. Satisfying. Delicious. There are many places for two in the cafe. There is a second hall, there is a table for 10 people. Atmospheric. Cafe in the area of old buildings. Nicely.

A good bakery, a croissant with raspberries should be tried by everyone. There are many tables inside, it is warm, cozy, and clean. Polite people work. I can't say anything about coffee, we haven't tried it here. But everything else is fine :)

A great place, delicious breakfasts, tastier than in restaurants where you need to book a table for breakfast in advance. The omelet is good, the soup tureen is good too. You can also drink without caffeine, the girls ask great questions about preferences, with knowledge of the matter. There are de nata pastels, and they are good, but I've tried a lot of them. I am 100% satisfied.

We chose a place for breakfast based on reviews. Delicious, pleasant. As everyone writes, there are a lot of pigeons on the street and they are not chased. The waiters are unfriendly, any request bothers them. The star is not. Tala is responsible for this. The atmosphere interrupted the slight negativity.

I liked absolutely everything : service , interior, a large number of seats! Insanely fresh and delicious pastries, and lavender raf tasted like lavender was really added there. There are only 2-3 people working with visitors in the institution, but they do it just amazing! Very fast, courteous, everyone will advise, no one slows down anywhere, everyone works super efficiently, it's nice to watch!

It's a great place. The best Basque cheesecakes (in my humble opinion) in the city. A wide selection of desserts, delicious coffee. Good level of service. The cozy interior is represented by two halls and a summer playground. There is an opportunity to enter a large company- but about the availability of seats. in this case, it is better to clarify in advance. The price is fully consistent with the quality and level of the institution (acceptable). I came in repeatedly with a girl - we were satisfied every time. I highly recommend you to visit.

It's a very nice place! Excellent breakfasts in the morning, there is a choice. We ordered omelette with tomatoes and cheesecakes with ricotta and rice flour.
Everything is delicious!
The service is fast and very pleasant.
We were in a cafe in the center, next to the Gallery shopping center.
The cafe itself is very nice and cozy. In the European style. It's the best thing for tourists!

Restrictions on the use of laptops and tablets look very strange, especially now, when the vast majority of visitors are sitting at tables outside, and the halls are half empty. Last Thursday, I specially looked into the Flax at 7 p.m.: the large hall to the right of the entrance was empty of the word at all. Who could have been prevented by a person with a laptop is a mystery.
Well, separately, the story is delivered when one mother was told that her child was watching a cartoon from a tablet with headphones while she was drinking coffee. There is nothing easier than to bring an idea to the point of absurdity.

The room is very pleasant and beautiful, spacious. There is no need to sit in a bunch of people. Two halls with tables for couples and large class tables for companies.
