A pleasant place, sockets, Wi-Fi, good coffee and impeccable pastries. Lots of seats, one of my favorite places!
Updating the review: it was really my favorite place, laptops were banned and I haven't set foot there since.

There is no service , they will not wish you a pleasant appetite here, the toilet is dirty, always busy and queuing , the room is dark and not cozy , clothes can smell of food afterward , although this is a bakery , the food does not pull at the price tag they ask for, it is difficult to part with the waiter in a narrow aisle , a couple of years ago I tore my jacket about the showcase , which was not installed according to safety standards ( it would have been possible to cut yourself if it had not been winter ) , the issue was not resolved, they simply sent a reply.

Delicious bread, amazing croissants, butterfly-shaped ears! Everything is baked by themselves, fresh and very tasty. Excellent coffee and tea. I always buy bread with me too! I recommend it!! The croissants are the best in the city!

A lovely place, very cozy, very tasty, very polite and delicate, the prices are normal for me. It is possible with animals, imagine!!!!!! They gave me a bowl under the water for the dog!!!! Just lovely!!! Thanks to the management and all the staff!!!!!

I love this coffee shop💖 I'm flying to Minsk to replenish stocks of incomparable granola. The coffee is delicious, the dishes are also on the level. I also want to note that in the morning the barista is extremely quick to correct with a huge flow of people-this undoubtedly speaks about the professionalism of the staff!

For several years, when we come to Minsk, we invariably have breakfast at the Leung bakery and regretfully observe how the level of service decreases.
But first I'll tell you about the advantages, based on which we continue to walk:first of all, Basque cheesecake, it is absolutely amazing, just like in Spain - tender, creamy and of incredible consistency. Coffee is not bad. Really similar to the original classic croissants.
Minuses:one huge disadvantage is the service. Not once in several dozen visits did any of the staff smile at us. Although, I'm lying, in December of the 23rd year there were wonderful young ladies who gave hope that they started working with the staff - friendly and ready to help. Mostly tortured, indifferent girls and boys who mechanically do the work.
On this visit to Minsk, we were completely disappointed - on May 9, we chose avocado salsa with salmon for breakfast. The salmon was really not bad. But the rest is quiet horror. The egg jam is icy, the vegetable salad is sour, the avocado in it is hard, the salsa is salty. On May 10, we decided to return to the proven cheesecake and croissant. The cheesecake, as always, is on top, and the croissant is yesterday's! Yesterday's hard croissant in the bakery, where the workshop is behind the glass! Later, they found a 15% discount in the receipt, i.e. they did not warn us and simply sold yesterday's products.

Delicious desserts, homemade tea with sea buckthorn, good location, pleasant interior, light enough.
It's a little expensive for me, not fabulous money, of course, but a little more expensive than expected. The music is not loud, but I would like it to be a little quieter.

I didn't like it too much, I came in the evening on the weekend, it was very noisy, crowded and expensive. A quiche with meat or chicken costs twice as much as in a good cafe from any shopping center. The food is delicious, but overrated. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends

Among the advantages: cozy and very tasty pastries.
Cons : prices. 300ml of the most ordinary black tea for 6p. And tea in this institution is stupidly a container with water, into which a tea bag is thrown. The cost of such tea is 30 kopecks. They sell for 6p.
That is, if you come to take tea with pastries, then you will pay more for tea than for pastries. It's completely absurd, as far as I'm concerned...

A very pleasant place. Of course, it would not surprise you in St. Petersburg, but it is very good for Minsk. The kraffins are very tasty, the Basque cheesecake is what it should be, the most delicate. The impression of the place remained pleasant.
A small minus among all the advantages of the establishment was the curdled milk in aislatt, there is something for the barista to work on.
P.S. The rolls are so delicious that all the pigeons of Minsk flock to the tables on the streets and barbarously try to snatch any piece, so it's better to sit inside right away.

We were in Minsk on the weekend, came to Flax almost every day) I highly recommend an omelet with cream pesto and pickled tomatoes, I have never tasted such a delicious omelet! Coffee and pastries are also delicious, Basque cheesecake is very delicate. Pleasant atmosphere, the place is popular, it is always crowded (even at 9 am on Saturday).
Thanks a lot to the staff! This place brightened up our cloudy weekend in Minsk!

The most delicious San Sebastian cheesecake that I ate even in Moscow. His tenderness is just off the scale. Quiche with mushrooms is delicious and juicy. We need to work on the fish and broccoli cake- it's a little dry. The pesto omelet is delicious, baked, no residual proteins. I highly recommend this place if you want to start your day delicious. During the three days of our stay in Minsk, we had breakfast here. On the last day, we took food with us on the road - we were not disappointed. Bread with cranberries is a dump of the head. I ate half a loaf at a time, I couldn't stop. Thanks to the staff for making our days tastier. Do not lower the level!

The establishment is uncomfortable due to the fact that it is actually a store.
The food is not delicious, they do not warn about allergens, and I found out that the dish contains nuts only when they brought it.
Ginger tea tastes nasty and pungent, it's impossible to drink, and it's an author's tea that's essentially boiled muck, with one name for tea.

You can also drink without caffeine, the girls ask great questions about preferences, with knowledge of the matter. There are de nata pastels, and they are good, but I've tried a lot of them. They took cheesecakes for children, cheesecakes didn't taste very good, some kind of tasteless mass. They don't have any juices available, just lemonade. We took raspberry passion fruit lemonade, it tastes terrible.. bitter sour, 10 rubles for the wind, at least try what you offer yourself.
In general, the food is mediocre, only to come for pastries.
